Fantastic experience: I when I first started PT for my ankle it was a struggle and a little frustrating knowing that I had to basically relearn to walk again. Mo, Rachel and Aditi really made these past few months fly. They all help you push yourself without it feeling like you have to do something you’re not comfortable with.

Fantastic experience: I typically don’t leave reviews, but I had to post one for Achieve. Shelby, the receptionist, made me feel welcomed since day one. Moe and Debbie were amazing and helped me strengthen and rehabilitate from injuries that I suffered in the military. Achieve is an organization with great people that ensure you will be challenged to meet the goals you need for recovery. Thank you again for your assistance with my journey.

Fantastic experience: I have had several injuries in my life time and most have required some sort of restriction, rehab, or physical therapy of some sort. I have always done this on my own and in some cases ended up re-injuring myself. That being said I was still skeptical about going but really had nothing to loose so I went. Best post injury decision I have ever made. Everyone is extremely knowledgable, and understanding of our limitations both physical due to recent surgeries, sprains and strains, as well as mental those we put on ourself sometimes because we are now temporarily limited and have to relearn how to do basic tasks we all take for granted and just dream about being at 100% again. This group of professionals can help you achieve normalcy again. I have learned so much coming here and my results are at least 3 times better than anything I could have achieved on my own. I can’t count how many times their suggestions have protected me from myself. So if you are on the fence like I was please give these guys a try you will not be disappointed that you did. A shout out to the team, my personal 2 therapists that are uniquely gifted in diff areas yet compliment each other like a fine wine; Aditi and Mo, these guys are rockstars, Debbie, Victoria have both helped me when it’s busy and didn’t really need the help, but it was certainly nice to have, and Shelbi who is the Grease that lubricates the engine, front desk, phones, appt’s, and helps out on floor when needed. Everyone has a skill set that compliments the next. I do not take reviews lightly and do not give many, and when I do it’s because I really do like/love the business I am referring to. I absolutely love Achieve physical therapy and performance and if you give them a shot; I’ve no doubts you will love them too. Christian

Fantastic experience: I found myself unexpectedly starting off the year with an injury. As the Frisco community has grown I could have gone to any PT location but I chose Mo and his team at Achieve. They were friendly professional and their number one goal was to get people better and rehabilitated. Debbie worked with me ; pushed and challenged me in a good way weekly. Fantastic experience: This particular PT place is truly awesome! All the staff, starting from the front desk to the PT’s (Colby, Debbie and Mauricio) were all very knowledgeable and professional at all times of my treatment duration of 6 weeks. Their precise diagnosis and pinpointed treatment was very effective and because of their deep understanding, knowledge and experience……I am able to resume my normal routine and activities without any pain or discomfort from sciatica. Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience at Achieve PT! At the first appointment, Mo and team crafted the right plan to help my shoulder issues and after 7 weeks of 2x visits I am relatively pain free for the first time in months! Now I’m able to get back to playing golf, tennis, pickleball etc. and sleeping through the night. I would highly recommend Achieve to anyone in need to physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several physical therapy clinics, but this is the first clinic that have taken the time to invest time and get to the problem of my condition. I was able to walk away with a complete program that works for me. Mo is a very knowledgeable PT and explained really well what the problem was a why my neck keeps hurting so bad. He will listen to you when you are in pain and thinks thru where the problem could be coming from. Very friendly office and very hands on. From the front office to PT assistant (Alli), she is great and will be a great PT one day...... Check it out. Fantastic experience: Achieve physical therapy at frisco is a very good facility and the therapists are really knowledgeable and understand what the patients needs and goals are. Appreciate Mo and Colby’s help in getting me better with my low back and shoulder pain. Debbie is also equally good. They also help with dry needling. I still have pain but considering my long history of low back pain I have definitely improved strength wise and activity wise. Thanks to Achieve physical therapy, Frisco.

Fantastic experience: My doctor referred me to this facility for a pinched nerve in my lower back, which was causing me great pain in my left hip all the way down to my left foot. My assigned P.T. was Mo. Mo introduced me to a number of exercises to eliminate that pain. Mo is very experienced and skilled in numerous P.T. treatments. He patiently shows you how to perform the exercises and answers any/all questions you may have. The staff is friendly, and the facility is well-maintained.

Fantastic experience: My daughter visited after her ACL surgery, and I after my shoulder surgery. We highly recommend, as the therapists are all friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. We don’t look for any more injuries, but if we do have them, we know where we will go!

Fantastic experience: Very clean facility. Staff is always Disinfecting tables and using clean linens after each patient. Mo is a very knowledgeable , experienced and excellent therapist. Would definitely recommend this facility for any type of therapy.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Mo and the whole team at Achieve Physical Therapy for the amazing care I received for my low back pain. Rachel at the front desk always greeted me with a great smile and asked how I was doing, which I greatly appreciated. I can’t say enough about Mo. From the very beginning, he listened to what I had to say. I mentioned the Vertigo and diagnosis of PPPD that I have. He was very knowledgeable and adjusted exercises that might irritate that diagnosis. He was very thorough with instructions and answering any questions I had. We were in Texas for a couple of months and are heading back to Arizona. Mo made sure that I understood all exercises, especially when sitting in the car on our 1,000 mile trip home. The whole team made me feel like family!!

Fantastic experience: I think Achieve Physical Therapy & Performance is the best! I just finished my sessions to restore the mobility of my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery in April. My shoulder feels great and my doctor is very pleased with the progress I’ve made. My therapist, Colby, is an awesome guy. He challenged me to do my best but was also kind and compassionate and patient in answering my litany of questions. Every time I came for my appointment I felt like I was greeted by family. The place is very clean and well organized and the support technicians are awesome. Fantastic experience: Started going here almost a month ago to get my hip recovered from hip surgery. All of the PTs are amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and the environment is so fun!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about Achieve Physical Therapy. It is formerly Frisco Physical Therapy. The therapist are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They listen to you and always ask to be sure you are comfortable with the level of exercise. You are always monitored. I have been seeing Colby off and on for many years. I have always improved. I have enjoyed watching Mo work with other patients. His treatments are always innovative and well explained. Mo and Colby are the therapist I know best. There are other therapist in the group who I am sure are very good as well. I am also aquatinted with the student interns.They are friendly and hard working. Alissa who is in charge of the front desk is so good at her job. She has many things to do but will always stop to answer a question or book an appointment. She even stops what she is doing to help a patient start a piece of equipment if the therapists are busy with other patients. It is a small friendly and place to do physical therapy. It is very obvious that they all love what they do and want to see their patients improve.

Fantastic experience: I had my neck fused from c3 to c7 had no mobility in my neck i went here thinking its gonna be like other ones i had been to! I was so wrong this place was so much better from the front desk to the therapists there all the bomb .com they always listen to what's wrong and how your feeling and what's working and not. Fantastic experience: After having both hips replaced over the summer, I asked my orthopedist for the best outpatient PT in Frisco. He recommended Frisco PT and they did not disappoint. Rachael got me from two full hip replacements to full participation in aerobics classes in less than six months. Some dry needling with Colby to loosen things up sealed the deal. I heartily recommend Achieve PT in Frisco.

Negative experience: Did not like their main therapist at all, pretty rude and non caring

Fantastic experience: Dr. Reddy is amazing with identifying the problem and gives apt treatment which helped me with my shoulder issue and also helped my 8yr old son with right stretches to ease the utterly tight muscles .

Negative experience: Be careful seeking treatment here. My son was injured in school athletics. We had both BCBS coverage and the school district's insurance. 6 months after my son completed treatment, we received a bill for $866.97 for PT treatment. We were never notified during treatment that any balance was owed, so we had no option to determine whether to continue treatment here. The sessions range in cost from $275 to $507 per session. Insurance says it is a duplicate claim and refused to pay. I pointed this out to them and they still demanded the full amount and sent it to collections.

Fantastic experience: After breaking my hip three years ago and three subsequent operations, I received therapy from two other clinics. Over the past ten years before, I had used three other clinics for a frozen shoulder and chronic back pain. I have never been treated better than at this clinic. Not only are the therapist well-trained and qualified to treat all of your physical needs, they actual do the therapy themselves. Most clinics often turn over the day-to-day treatments to trainees who are not very experienced but here you get hands-on help by experts. The therapist for my first twelve sessions has been Dr. Cozette Hanegan. She is competent and intent on your progress. I have observed that the other three staff members also do a very good job with their patients. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! UPDATE, 11/26/2020: I am receiving the same GREAT personal therapy for my ongoing problems with balance and another fall. (My doctors all recommend my wrapping myself in bubble wrap after this 5th serious fall in five years.) However, this is not about me, it is about the consciousness care Colby and his skeleton staff are taking to provide all reasonable protection for his clients from this nasty virus. No place can be made perfectly safe but the staff here really try to minimize your risk. Delaying needed care is a sure risk, in my 80-year-old opinion.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Frisco Therapy for 3 mos following shoulder surgery along with some lower back issues. Mo has been my main therapist and is outstanding. Very, very knowledgeable, explains all treatments and really pays attention to all your needs. He listens extremely well to your feedback and will make very sensible adaptations to better your results. Additionally, Colby assists on occasion and is terrific along with the ENTIRE STAFF. Having knee replacement surgery next year and will definitely return for that rehab.

Fantastic experience: Colby’s evaluations and treatment program were right on track for my shoulder healing after surgery. His knowledge and experience are unparalleled. He utilized assistants but had his own one on one with me each time I came. You’ll be happy with this experience.

Fantastic experience: This was my second knee surgery, I went to Frisco Physical Therapy with my left leg and they did a great job getting back on my feet. This time it was my right knee surgery so I chose them again. The Staff is always polite and interested in what you need. I don't usually name names but Mo and Colby just do a great job. Mo usually takes care of my therapy but when he is not there for some reason, Colby takes good care of me. They always insure you get the right physical therapy and do regular checks to insure the therapy is working. I just finish my therapy on my right knee and I have full motion and no pain. Great people make Frisco Physical Therapy the place to go.

Negative experience: I made an appointment for my ankle at 8:45 am this morning. I arrived at 8:25 (I am always early to fill out paperwork etc.) After I filled out the paperwork -- the girl at front desk told me that my actual appointment was at 9 but they called me in at 8:45 to take care of insurance etc. I felt pretty stupid -- why couldn't they tell me that over the phone? Then she told me that my physical therapist was not even there -- was supposed to arrive at 9. I kept waiting -- and at 9:10 I asked them again and she said, "oh, she must be running late". By now I had already been waiting for 45 minutes -- felt so dumb. I just walked out. I also didn't like what I saw while waiting there. Several elderly patients were getting treated -- and they were being yelled at by staff. One of the girls kept pointing to different machines from the front desk and told patients to go do them -- without checking on them to see how they were doing. Stay away -- I do not recommend this place. A waste of over an hour of my time-- that I will not get back. :(

Fantastic experience: I graduated from therapy this week after having rotator cuff surgery and going through 4 months of rehab. They were great about setting expectations and pushing me to meet my goals. Staff is all helpful and knowledgeable. If I had to do therapy again I would come back to this location.

Fantastic experience: I had a total knee replacement only 7 weeks before an Alaskan cruise. I asked the staff to get me ready so I could enjoy it. Kyla and Mo were my primary physical therapists and I couldn't have been happier with the results. I had been told by others who had had knee replacements that it would be several months before stairs could be comfortably scaled. Although each surgery stands alone and recoveries will vary by patient, there can be no doubt that these two professionals made a difference. I easily handled multiple flights of stairs and a few land hikes. Thank you Kyla and Mo.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering with pinched nerve and my shoulder and neck was in severe pain. I tried to address with chiropractic procedures but didn’t helped. I took few sessions at Frisco Physical Therapy and I am happy now, no more neck and shoulder pain. Thanks to Cozette and she is great and helpful.

Kyla was my physical therapist and she was extremely helpful in providing the information for my at-home exercises. She told me the ones to avoid and the ones that would be most beneficial. Would I keep coming back if I didn't believe this is the very best place for me? I come back because of Kyla, she is the most professional, experienced, and knowledgeable PT and I trust her. Fantastic experience: had full knee replacement surgery on my left knee in mid-December. After 30 days of In-home therapy I went to Frisco Physical Therapy 3 days per week for 6 weeks on the recommendation of my surgeon. Colby Pigg assessed my flexibility and the strength of many muscles and then proscribed a series of therapies to get me ready to go back to work. Over time, these therapies and exercises evolved to keep pushing me to my goals. I noticed that other patients who had had knee surgery before or after me doing similar but not the same things. Clearly, there are lot of subtle adjustments Colby made to keep me progressing. I noticed the same thing for other patients recovering from shoulder or hip surgery, dealing with carpal tunnel syndrome, or athletic injuries. He knew how to push me to the edge of my strength or pain tolerance, but never past it. Periodically he would reassess me and make changes in my program. Thus, I could see that the therapy and exercises are precisely tailored to the patient’s need and evolve over each week. Looking back, I can see I made progress each and every session. He was ready to answer any questions I had and in the process has taught me what I need to know and do to continue my own therapy and exercise at home or the Frisco Athletic Center. When I told him my job required me to be able to kneel and stoop a lot, he immediately devised unique exercises to help me achieve that goal. This is a friendly, caring, genuine, family place, yet is very professional – from the therapists, assistants, to the receptionist and admin/claims processing. Like the ‘Cheers’ TV series, everyone knows your name. Each member of the staff is quite knowledgeable, well trained, and capable. If Colby was busy with a new patient, any of the other staff members knew exactly what my program for that day entailed. Fantastic experience: This place, and all the therapists are amazing!! I had such a rough year, and I don't just mean tearing my ACL in my left knee. They saw me through getting the strength up in my knee and were so patient with me and encouraging, even when life got in the way of my recovery. I owe them so much, and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs physical therapy. 10/10!!!

Fantastic experience: "Moe" (Mauricio Frye) is AWESOME! Here's why: He LISTENS! Over the span of a few appointments he took what my body told him and listened to what I was able to describe & adjusted my treatment accordingly. It has changed my way of life. I know, all cases are different. However, you can count on Moe to listen to both your body and your words. He taught me the things I need to do to keep on the right track physically and I'm grateful for that. ALSO, when you graduate you get a t-shirt..LOL

Fantastic experience: Wow! Great service with my first phone call to Frisco Physical Therapy. This was call was a result of a referral from my Surgeon after cervical fusion surgery. This is so refreshing. The very professional person on the phone took my basic info on over the phone and then checked my basic insurance benefits for me while I was on the same call, and then scheduled me for my first appointment. Fantastic experience: I came in with an unusual problem after a hip replacement. Colby listened to all my concerns and developed a program to help me. With Colby's help I was able to overcome my situation! Colby is the very best! The ladies at the front desk - are pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. The facility is clean and bright. No complaint from me AT ALL.

Fantastic experience: After many surgeries, my wife and I have experienced a number of PT clinics. Frisco PT is certainly the best. All wonderful and knowledgeable therapists and staff who will work you to achieve the highest level of rehabilitation that you are capable of. Always with a smile and encouraging words. Fantastic experience: Overall, just an amazing time. After getting surgery and feeling as if I would never gain back my ability to play basketball, I came here and after about 3 months, I’m back in shape and feeling better than I did before. All in all great, front desk, amazing, facility, amazing, had everything that was needed, and finally, my physical therapist, she was amazing, she helped me through all I needed and more, and everyone else was the same. Fantastic experience: I am 3 mo/3 wk post-op from a dual cervical fusion, and my recovery is ahead of schedule. Colby is knowledgeable, and has been amazing at tailoring a program that fits my goals. And he does all with a sense of humor...even at 7am! Thanks to him, I'll be getting back on my motorcycle sooner than I thought!
