Natalie is incredibly experienced in treating my condition. She is always nice and polite, and she listens attentively to my questions and is very responsive to my requests. Her hands are both strong and gentle when treating my neck, which has made a significant difference in my recovery. Fantastic experience: My husband fell and hurt his shoulder in May 2024. He had surgery and he needed to start physical therapy. Elite Physical Therapy and his physical therapist Kathleen have been wonderful. Fantastic experience: I found Frisco Elite Physucal Therapy when I was at an appointment with my surgeon. I noticed the Dr talking to someone and asked the receptionist about him. She stated it was a physical therapist who visited every Thursday to review cases with the Dr. Right there and then I made the decision to use Randall Denton for my therapy. It was the RIGHT decision.

Fantastic experience: Had a signifigant surgery on my leg/knee last December. When I showed up in a Wheel Chair I was in pain and not very happy. Randall and his Staff were awesome and always positive. This past weekend I was back on my water ski doing what I love to do. My surgeon did not think I would be able to ski this season but thanks to Randall and his staff I was able to take a ski ride.. There was never a day I did not look forward to going to to PT as everytime I went I could see progress. You will not find another PT better than Randall..

Fantastic experience: I fractured my knee cap and started physical therapy about 4 days later. I’m almost 8 weeks out and so encouraged by the progress I made in relearning how to walk. Elite does a great job of keeping me in track and even have an app to help with the at home exercises. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’m a college soccer player who has had two knee surgeries and I’ve done both rehabs here. The people are very friendly and make coming in fun. The service is great and the exercises Randal gives are custom made to fit the needs of each patient. I definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Frisco Elite Physical Therapy was top notch in every aspect: the facility is clean, well equipped/maintained and runs in an efficient and timely manner. I had many opportunities to receive PT from Randal Denton and even more from Kathleen Wilson over the course of several months; they both listen, provide thorough evaluations and give clear instructions. Most importantly to me was how when I was working independently on my exercises, they still kept an attentive eye on my form and execution offering corrections when necessary and observing when it was time to change up the regime. Their scheduling is so well managed that no one is overlooked even if multiple clients are present. This attention is carried out by Sue, who is ever pleasant at the front desk, and their assistants as well, allowing my time to be well spent. Everyone on the staff meets clients of all ages where they are in their abilities with skill and compassion. Also, I found that because this facility is private and not hospital affiliated, their rates proved to be more affordable equaling another positive for me. While I was happy to have recovered enough to no longer require onsite PT, saying goodbye was like leaving friends. However, at my age, I will probably need PT again in the future and I will know right where to return to!

Fantastic experience: It’s been a month since my ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair surgery, and I have been under the care of Dr. Randal ever since. I feel incredibly fortunate to have him as my physical therapist. Throughout my rehabilitation journey, he has been instrumental in my progress. Fantastic experience: Randal has been taking care of me since I tore my labrum in July. His attention to detail and individual care for each of his patients is special. Randal examined my shoulder every week to ensure I was progressing. I noticed every patient in the clinic received the same personal investment. Randal also helped me understand the options I had with my injury. He was transparent about the pros and cons of leaving the labrum torn and having surgery while allowing me to decide for myself. He was happy to rehab it regardless of my choice. I ended up having surgery in August. Immediately after surgery, Randal had a plan to get me back where I wanted to be. 5 months later, my shoulder feels 100%. I’m back in the gym and continuing to see Randal biweekly to increase my range of motion. If you have an injury, I highly recommend Elite Physical Therapy. Randal cares about your success!

Fantastic experience: My 14 year old did her rehab at Elite PT for her ankle injury and I must say Dr Randal and his team are amazing. Dr Randal helped her get back to volleyball in a very short amount of time. He was great at understanding her goals and guiding her through the rehab by explaining how and why each exercise needed to be done. He paid great attention to her pain level and adjusted the exercises accordingly. A friend of mine recommended him and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing PT.

Fantastic experience: Frisco Elite Physical Therapy has been a life saver! As a D1 athlete my recovery was monitored mostly by athletic trainers who did what they knew to do. However, Doctor Randal at Frisco Elite Physical Therapy has an extensive amount of knowledge and experience. He helped me more in three weeks than anyone else had in two months. He explained why each exercise or movement was beneficial and was very intentional with making sure I understood. I have recommended Doctor Randal to every athlete I know!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this practice for over 3 years. I have cerebral palsy and I require ongoing physical therapy. I called 4 different physical therapist offices who said they didn't want to deal with cerebral palsy before I called Elite Physical Therapy. Natalie Simmons is my therapist and I think she's one of my guardian angels. She has helped me become a better person by her example alone. Although Randall Denton is not my primary physical therapist, he has always been supportive of my progress. Natalie has been working with me and although my progress has been slow, I have improved a great deal. Sue at the front desk is very knowledgeable about any insurance questions you might have.

I was here for more preventive care of my knee but I am taking everything that I have learned and using it. From the very first day, the experience has been nothing but exceptional. Randal is extremely knowledgeable, came up with a clear plan for therapy and put me completely at ease with the process. I had a clear expectation of how things would progress, and each visit I saw improvement. The app they use to guide you through exercises at home helped to keep me compliant. The staff- Sue at the front desk and all of the techs - are friendly, helpful and create a very enjoyable environment. Elite PT made what could have been a miserable experience into something I looked forward to each week! While I hope to never need PT again, should I ever I will know exactly who to call.

Fantastic experience: Last year I tore my tricep and ulnar collateral ligament. Despite it being physically painful and mentally draining, Dr. Randal helped me define goals suitable to what I wanted from my recovery and held me accountable to reach them. 6 months post op I was able to throw a ball again and felt 95-100% recovered 10 months post op. I am extremely grateful for him and the rest of his staff. PS- if you like Star Wars they run it every Wednesday.

I almost gave up but decided to give it a shot at Elite for 2 weeks before going back to college. Not only were the workers extremely kind and caring, but I was given so many solutions and exercises that helped me significantly! I mainly worked with Natalie and she was so generous and truly took her time to figure out my situation and help in any way possible. Everyone here is great and you can really tell that they care, are rooting for you, and doing everything they can to help. And it works! Fantastic experience: The Elite PT team is absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough about Randal and his team. I tore my Achilles in May, had surgery in June, and I was not confident at all in getting back to walking, Randal helped me trust the process. This was my first surgery so I was very nervous about the recovery, but Randal has helped me gain confidence in my ability to progress through every milestone. They are also very flexible with my crazy schedule and my constant rescheduling. I would recommend the Elite PT team to my family and friends in a heartbeat.

The receptionist from day one made me feel welcomed and provided guidance. Each visit she was an integral part of my therapy, she made me feel expected no matter how busy she was. The Physical Therapist Assistants that helped each visit were knowledgeable, conversant, and made what can become mundane fun. Randal Denton the owner per usual evaluated my post-surgery condition and developed a plan of care. The difference was in how personally he was invested in my recovery and took the time to get to know me as a person. Each week the visits while taxing on the recovering knee were a welcomed part of my new routine due to Randal and his team at Frisco Elite Physical Therapy.
