Fantastic experience: I wanted to get some proper coaching to recuperate after a surgery before going back to the gym. My doctor referred me to BSW Outpatient Rehabilitation in Frisco. Kelsey Thompson who specializes in Oncology Rehabilitation worked with me for five weeks and helped me put a program together that I can do on my own to help with my recovery. She did an outstanding job putting me on a path to total recovery. The facility is sparkling clean, the entire staff was exceptional and I was able to achieve my goals with their help. I would highly recommend this facility and team if you are considering physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Ashley Morgan, CCC-SLP has been providing me with therapeutical support for the past few weeks. With her guidance and support I have made significant progress in my recovery. She makes it a comfortable environment and most importantly takes time to listen, and talk things through with me.

Fantastic experience: I had recently been dealing with this pain in my mid-back for years that, several months back, lead to my rib cage hurting me miserably. I was referred to Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Rehabilitation in Frisco and had the pleasure of meeting and working with my physical therapist, Carol Cox. She listened and was diligent in trying to find the cause of my pain. With her magical touch (ok, her "trained" touch) and some stretching exercises the rib cage pain was gone by later that day. I went back today for my second visit and she further worked on me in different areas, finding just the right spots to manipulate, taught me some new stretches to do and I go back tomorrow for more. I still have a few weeks to go, but I am most definitely going to continue in hopes that the mid-back pain that I have had for years might actually go away, too! No more pain meds! If you are in pain, this is the place to go. While I was waiting, I observed how the entire staff seems so kind and so caring with every patient. The front desk staff was friendly and Carol was outstanding!

Negative experience: I was a patient a year ago for my shoulder. I am a paraplegic and the experience was great. I recently had surgery on one of my legs and got a referral for therapy. I went in the other day to go there again. They now do not take people in wheel chairs or in my condition because I might fall on the parallel bars. That’s a laugh because I’m not going to walk again and it’s some lame excuse not to take people like me. So if you are paralyzed don’t waist your time because the lady at the front will rudely turn you away. It does not make sense for a Baylor S&W facility to discriminate when their hospital is who gave me the referral. Don’t waist your time here if you are not able to walk. Very Disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My therapist, Dr. Tara Delaney has been a lifesaver! She has been so patient, kind and understanding during my rehab from shoulder surgery. She is so smart and knowledgeable and always willing and able to answer ALL my questions while keeping me motivated to keep going. It hasn't been easy but I know my progress has been because of her.

Fantastic experience: My PT Tara is very patient, courteous and good at what she does. Very meticulous and careful in prescribing and educating the PT routines. Tara works with the individual and ensures the difficulty of task is increased based on the individual's pain, comfort and endurance. Before I came to BSW Rehab Frisco, my surgeon recommendations had specific PT name on the list other than Tara. But I was assigned Tara based on the availability. And she turned out to be great! Thanks! P.S. I am still going through this with her, and I shall update my review again later with more qualitative points.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only had one session with Dr. Stan Okeke, He was very understanding of my pain level at that time. Should start PT again in a couple of weeks after spine surgery and I’m very confident that Dr. Okeke will help me get back on track. Looking forward to working with him again!

Fantastic experience: Excellent therapies and staff experience from entry through departure each time every time.. Therapist Elizabeth Arenas is an outstanding physical therapist and listener who expertly translates therapies to meet client/patient needs.

Fantastic experience: Christina, my Physical Therapist, is very patient with me as I go thru my PT exercises. She introduces new exercises at each session that pushes my body in different ways to stimulate different muscle groups. Then I take the new exercises home and put them into my routine. Christina listens very well to any issues I bring to her (sore muscles, pain levels... ). She then uses her knowledge to eliminate these issues as much possible. I believe the method Christina uses is helping me advance quicker in my recovery than other PT I have gone thru (both rotator cuffs, neck fusion)

Fantastic experience: I would like to Recommend Baylor Scott& White physical therapy center on Main St in Frisco. I have been there several times in the last year. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The Therapist are very professional, caring & take time to explain all exercises as well as demonstrate how to perform the exercises. They listen to questions & give a thorough answer.

Negative experience: I went for help with my back and was never communicated that my ins didn't pay and was never requested to pay any charges. They sent my account to collection. I will never go here again and recommend that if you get services with this place that you check to make sure they don't rip you off as well.

Fantastic experience: Courtney is very good at her job; she makes me feel welcome and cared for. Her treatment for lymphedema has really helped me; I truly enjoy going in for my PT.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional physical therapy with Dr. Carr! Better than any other physical therapist our family has experienced. The entire clinic is well run, with appointments being on time and staff being friendly the minute we walk in. Getting back to living life without pain is such a gift. We highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: When my Dr. has suggested to visit Courtney for OT after my surgery, I went in with normal expectations thinking that I will switch to an OT close to my home because Courtney is far from where I live. However, after meeting with Courtney, I decided to stay with her for rest of my therapies because she is compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable and very caring. I would recommend Courtney to my friends needing OT.

Fantastic experience: Highly Recommended. BSW Rehab has very knowledgeable Phy Therapists. I have been using this BSW Rehab for probably 6-7 years now. I'm very Active which can cause issues sometimes with Shoulders, Hips, Back. Whenever I've been referred from my Doctor to Rehab and chose BSW Rehab, working with the Therapist literally brought me back into alignment and strength. You will usually stay with the same Therapist throughout your program, so you develop a trust and bond to see you through to the end. I've had a different therapist each time and have always been happy with the personality and modern knowledge of that Therapist. The Facility has a huge variety of some of the latest designs in equipment too. Very clean place. Organized greeting desk and waiting room (tho never have to wait, always on time).

Fantastic experience: I have had full knee replacement surgery on my left leg. After two weeks of in home PT, my surgeon prescribed Outpatient PT.. Three friends recommended different Frisco Baylor Rehab centers. I chose the one on Main Street based on flexible scheduling. I appreciate Nick, my PT, because of his patient answering my questions, helping me with somewhat painful knee bends, and his encouragement which indicates he knows what he is doing and seems to care that I am successful in getting my knee back in shape. I have never had physical therapy before so I can only comment on my current experience...I am over 65 also.

Fantastic experience: The staff at BSW Rehab on Main in Frisco was very professional and accommodating. They understand how valuable your time is and make the most of it while you are at the facility. All of my appointments started and ended on time. They were always interested in getting the most out of you to facilitate a rapid recovery. They get my vote for one of the best PT locations around.

Fantastic experience: Aaron Carr has been my therapist at Baylor, Scott, and White Rehab facilities for 5 years. He has helped me recover from several surgeries and injuries. He is caring and kind, but pushes me to reach recovery. His level of skill and expertise is phenomenal! He always seems to think of something new to try each visit and after 5 years that is truly amazing! He is so aware and attentive during my exercises and is constantly checking my form to be sure I achieve maximum benefit. The facility has up-to-date equipment and always clean. They sanitize equipment between patients and have multiple hand sanitizer dispensers located around the room. All of the other people I have encountered (from the ladies at the front desk to the many other therapists) have been friendly and professional. I highly recommend Aaron Carr and his facility to anyone who needs therapy to aid in their recovery from surgery, injury, or serious illness. They deserve 5 stars and I would give them 6 stars if I could.

My therapist, Tara, has researched my specific problems. She is very compassionate and talented. The reception staff willfully and cheerfully helps me get from my car and Into the facility. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Courtney to evaluate my lymphedema during my battle with breast cancer. She was very knowledgeable and helped me to easily understand how lymphedema was specifically affecting my body and how to treat it. At that point she didn’t recommend rehabilitation sessions since the severity was not that bad, so she provided me with exercises and resources to work on it at home. She even followed up to make sure I was comfortable with what I needed to do. Several months later I realized I had Axilary Web Syndrome, or “cording,” and contacted Courtney to see if she could help! Again, she was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She explained my condition (even many medical oncology professionals are not very knowledgeable about it) and started treating me weekly. She has quickly increased my range of motion and again provided a great home program. After just a few of weeks the improvement has been amazing, my range of motion is nearly back to normal! All of the staff is friendly and funny! The time flies, and you’re not waiting long to be seen! A positive place to help you get better and easy parking, what more could you want? Give them a call and start feeling better today!

Fantastic experience: I had nothing but the best experience with the knowledgeable, caring, friendly and patient staff. I have suffered several excruciating painful compression fracture of the spine, and they put me back together THREE times! I can compare with the rehab I had at the hospital and two temporary stay in two retirement communities: THEY ARE THE BEST!

As we started with him for a knee rehab. We are back for another knee issue. couldn't be happier with the outcome. As they take the time to listen,guide,motivate,and just take great care of you. We have also worked with Aaron,and tracy which are also really great. They are all very professional respectful and caring. The place is clean they keep it neat. I love how the visits flow. Wait time is never long at all. They help each other out and just flows together very nicely. Will definitely come back if we need therapy again.
