OrthoTexas Physical Therapy Center - Frisco

Negative experience: Firstly, Dr. McKenzie is one of the best Physicians I’ve had. Been a client for about 2 1/2 years with no problems. Unfortunately The new front office Has high turnover rate because of the managers unprofessional and unethical Behavior towards clients Arrived five minutes before my appointment, was left, waiting in the waiting area for an hour. When asked to speak to a manager was asked to leave, and the authorities were called. The most unprofessional unethical doctors office I have ever experienced in my entire life. If you can at all avoid this specific facility, please do so. So now I am left in pain without my medication In severe pain Because of an office managers, unprofessional behavior. The Frisco Police Department were very cordial and found the whole situation bit humorous to say the least. Call the authorities because a client Wanted to speak to a manager for waiting over an hour to see their physician.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Ortho Texas is my go to place. I have had multiple surgeries and many PT sessions and have NEVER had a bad experience. In fact, they have all been great!

Fantastic experience: Always professional service and a pleasant environment. Equipment well maintained and area is clean and spacious. There is value in having PT connected with your physician practice. Communication among health care disciplines is essential to good outcomes.

Fantastic experience: I did 8 weeks of pre-hab prior to my knee replacement surgery. I was prepared for my sugery/rehab and 2 weeks out am walking without assistance. Within 24 hours of my surgery all the puzzle pieces fell into place that provided a confident picture of recovery. Thank you all for such targeted therapy. You truly make a difference.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Butler is treating me for a broken ankle. Everyone is so professional and helpful at Baylor. I started physical therapy this week, and I’m very satisfied with my treatment. Can’t say enough good things about this office!
