Fantastic experience: I was looking for a therapy center which would help with my Scaitica pain. Found Therapy Fit Physical Therapy Center. I am very happy for the kind gesture everyone has form the receptionists to the Therapists. Dr. Reddy has excellent knowledge for the kind of issues patients coming. Highly recommended place !

Positive experience: My wife was complaining about pain and discomfort in her right elbow. We went for treatment to Therapy Fit since a friend recommended this clinic. The treatment provided by Dr. Reddy and team helped my wife to recover from the pain. The team of therapists were friendly, considerate and thoughtful. Fantastic experience: I was suffering with lots of pain in elbow. I was diagnosed with tennis elbow. I was given steroid shot which didn't help any. I decided to explore other options. I came across this place through one of my friends. Ever since I started treatment here, my elbow has been feeling great. Lots of relief. Sure place to go if you are suffering tennis elbow.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking treatment for Diastasis recti for the past 2 months & the service here is very much appreciated. I have got a strong pelvic floor muscles & able to feel my core muscles now which I could hardly feel before the treatment. Dr ana is a very experienced one in the pelvic floor therapy, she took care of me through out the course , educated me on how to engage the core muscles , made me to do more exercises & sent references to practice them at home. Dr Harathi is one who gives complete attention during our schedule & took responsibility for client results. Overall the service is good & I almost closed my 7 year postpartum gap of 2 finger within 2 months. Thank you therapy fit for the extra ordinary service.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Team!! Dad got a brain stroke, and his right hand and leg were almost paralyzed,,,but thank you for the Great Team that Dr Reddy has!! Fantastic experience: Awesome doctor and staff, I had reconstructive ankle surgery and when I was ready for therapy they listened to all my concerns but still pushed me hard enough to get me walking properly. Fantastic experience: I paid Dr. Ana a visit after seeing that Therapy Fit Physical Therapy offered Pelvic Floor Therapy. I had 2 kids back to back and was struggling with a weak pelvic floor that left me with incontinence after sneezing and coughing. I worked with Ana for several weeks including home exercises. I am happy to report that she was able to help me get strong again and resolve the problems I was having!! I highly recommend Dr. Ana for help with Pelvic Floor Therapy!! The entire office and staff have been so friendly and approachable! Only recommendation I have to make it the experience better would be a print off of exercises to follow at home versus the notes I took down.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering with shoulder pain for more than 2 months. I was not even able to sleep on my sides and had so much difficulty reaching my back with my hand. With good treatment here, I am now able to move my arm in all directions with little to no pain.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the progress I saw following my shoulder injury. I was in more pain for most of the day before starting therapy. However, with therapy here I noticed steady changes in pain and was able to build strength good enough to let me go back to work.

I was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis in 2020 and for the past four years they’ve been consistent to help me out of bladder and Pelvic Floor flares. I Highly suggest to request to see either one of these lovely women and I promise that they will bring healing.

Fantastic experience: Went to this place diagnosed with hip impingement, barely able to walk. They treated me well and also put me on a special ANTI-GRAVITY TREADMILL where I started walking briskly initially and was running at 7 miles/hr when discharged. Amazing machine that worked wonders for my hip pain. I am now able to run on the regular treadmill at a pretty good speed with no pain. Thank you, Therapy Fit.

Fantastic experience: I had a C-section in April. As it has been 3 months now, I wanted to get some post surgical rehab. Hence, I searched for a clinic that can provide me with the best treatment and found this clinic. As far as I saw in the clinic, all the patients are happy receiving the treatment with therapists at Therapy Fit. Stating from day 1, everything was very detailed. I saw a good progress for my pelvic floor within a few sessions. By seeing the way they treat the patients and the way they receive patients, my husband got impressed and joined with them as well for his spine treatment. Mo is the therapist for me and she is very friendly and so understanding. Within a few sessions, I got much progress for which I'm so happy, impressive and thankful to Mo. She released the tightness and she put me on the exercise program. That made world of difference in my progress. Even my husband has best progress. After the rehab program is done, I want to continue with them for my weightloss as well. I recommend my friends and family to join with Therapy Fit particularly Mo for any treatments.

Fantastic experience: I tore my ACL and i was worried whether i should do an MRI or needed a surgery. One of my friends made a strong recommendation to visit this place. I underwent a few sessions of therapy for a fee weeks and now feel 80% better. I still have a few more sessions left. I’m hoping to get 100% soon. Fingers crossed. But since I did not get any progress, in the past, even though I went underwent lots of therapy, I decided to do my own research to choose the clinic I want. I found this clinic by chance. Each session, Therapist took time to adjust my joint and release the tightness before he put me on the exercise program. That made world of difference in my progress. Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the care I received for my carpal tunnel problem. They did awesome job in bringing back my strength in my hand. I was able to exert only 24 pounds pressure when i started. When i got discharged i was able to exert 92 pounds of pressure in my hand. Besides good recovery i also want to point out how humble the staff here. Everyone here showed good compassion. I would give a 10 star if i can .

Fantastic experience: For almost 2 months I had back pain. I tried medicine and took a rest. Nothing helped. Found this place through google and from day 1 l hope I will get better some day. The therapy doctor here did a thorough evaluation and explained to me in detail what is going on in my back and how to fix it. I underwent intense physical therapy as recommended by the therapy doctor. Though my pain decreased in a few sessions I continued all the way to the recommended schedule where they challenged my back with advanced core exercises. That made my back very strong and now I do not fear doing any activities. Definitely a place to visit if someone is suffering with back problems..

The PT took time to understand my frozen shoulder condition along with my lifestyle, work conditions and goals of the therapy sessions. He took time to explain how the shoulder, neck, arm and chest muscles work around the shoulder joint. Fantastic experience: Everyone is extremely professional. They work in a holistic manner and have a broad base of knowledge and expertise. My condition was neck compression, weak back with many knots, and hand numbness. I received ultrasound, neck mobilization, electrical stimulation, and wide range of exercises. After 4 weeks my numbness was decreased, knots softened, and back strengthened. I left was a great set of exercises to continue.

I was apologized to and the owner made up for it. Unfortunately I moved away so I had to end my treatment. Great experience overall.

Fantastic experience: I came here upon recommendation from my midwife/OB office for pelvic floor therapy. I am pregnant with my third and it will be my third C-section. I had a lot of pressure and scar pain in my second and third trimester! My therapist was Mo, and it was such a good experience every time I came. She was so positive about my progress and clearly knew what to do to help me, because I felt very noticeably better after a handful of sessions. Pricing is competitive with the market and I will return after having my baby to make sure I set my body up for success postpartum.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful my daughter in NY found the website for Therapy Fit when she was researching PT locations for me, here in the Dallas area. I needed to find a Therapist who specializes in Pelvic floor strengthening as we learned that often helps people suffering with chronic, or otherwise, pelvic pain. My doctors and specialists had no idea what was causing the pain much less how to ease the pain. I am happy to say that after having PT sessions four times at the Therapy Fit location in Plano Texas my pain is drastically reduced. Fantastic experience: It’s my great pleasure to write this review for Therapy Fit. There is an ocean of Physical Therapy centers available in this area and it’s so difficult to choose the right one for your needs. I have gone to many Physical Therapy clinics before for other injuries, and mostly have been directed right away to do exercises after checking in (nowadays these can be done even by watching Youtube videos :) ). I am extremely grateful for the hard-work of manual therapy the team here puts in. How blessed to have landed here. I have a rotator cuff tendon injury (tears including surrounding related structural injuries). I was unable to lift my hand. My first appointment was with Dr. Reddy, with whom I have continued to get treated and benefited from. He is truly a very compassionate, knowledgeable and humble doctor, who is also extremely passionate about his work with patients. He clearly explained what was going on with my injury, as well as the expectation and path of progress. His hard-work is an inspiration. Appointment after appoitment for nearly six months now, I haven’t seen him compromise his work. I also got to see Dr. Mani a few times. His joint mobilizations and taping sessions, delivered with his warmth and compassion have immensely helped me. I also got to see Dr Anandi (Dr.Ana). She immediately put me at ease. One visit with her and I was blown away by her compassion and empathy. Thank you Dr Anna. I must also mention the excellent supporting staff. Mo, in my particular case, has helped me immensely with her very caring ultrasound sessions. Thank you Meghana for the very professional and pain relieving mobilizations. The entire team here has aided me by enabling my exercises with their friendliness. Thank you my friend,Jennifer. This kind of attention to detail that a patient gets at Therapy Fit is very rare. I have no complaints - I am utterly grateful. So blessed to have discovered this place. I have made tremendous improvement so far and am on the path to recovery! Fantastic experience: My doctor recommended Therapy Fit to solve the pain in my thoracic spine. I have a fracture at T10/11. My pain and spasm radiated around my trunk above my naval. I have experienced this pain for 8 years, and I am only in my mid-40s. For the first time, the spasm is gone, and I am able to experience only minimal discomfort or none at all. I am able to now stand up tall. I can’t thank the therapists and staff for their professional expertise. Most clinics and doctors would dismiss me, but they did not. I very much recommend Therapy Fit to solve your issue.

Fantastic experience: We love Therapy Fit Physical Therapy. The DPTs are very knowledgeable and can treat a very large array of physical ailments, injuries, and chronic conditions and they treat patients of all ages, including babies. My husband, myself and my our 12 yr old son all are patients of Therapy Fit and we can attest to the profound impact that physical therapy as a whole, and Therapy Fit Physical Therapy in particular, had made on our improved quality of life. The entire team of Therapy Fit is wonderful to work with, everyone is very caring and dedicated to their patients. Though each member of my family have a different need for PT, the knowledgeable DPT's at Therapy Fit had worked with us to evaluate our conditions and developed holistic individual plan of care that fits each of our individual needs. Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience at therapy fit with Dr. Ana! She has been very knowledgeable and helpful with post partum recovery especially DR. The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have been able to work with my schedule and made the recovery and very positive experience. I feel stronger than I have in years after having 5 babies!

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best PT places I have been to. Dr Reddy is great. He cares about his patients and loves helping people. Moah is amazing she takes care of everyone and always cheerful and helpful. The front desk staff are very friendly and flexible. So the entire experience is great. They are treating my lower back.which improved more 70% .

Fantastic experience: I had Bell’s Palsy and had numbness in the left side of my face. My smile was crooked, my face lost symmetry and I was drooling. I heard about Therapy FIT and Dr. Adi through a friend and went to them as soon as possible. It was my luck that Dr. Adi had done her PHD in facial nerves. She started me out with the correct exercises and electric stimulation and ultrasound therapy. She taught me very simple functional exercises. She asked me to blow balloons and play with them while I try to wink at my husband. She made it all sound so playful and exciting. Within 5 sessions I saw a big difference. I was about 75% better. I would highly recommend this place for any facial nerve and muscle problems. Dr. Adi, her husband Dr. Reddy and all the staff are very polite and friendly

Fantastic experience: I was in extreme pain suffering with piriformis syndrome for weeks.This caused sciatica spreading pain in my leg. I had trouble in sitting for even 10minutes. But after undergoing physical therapy here I felt extremely good after a few sessions. This is just so relieving. I will surely recommend to family and friends for you guys.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering with acute neck pain for weeks. I chose this place because of my availability for only late evening sessions. This place has been such a great experience for me. They treated me very well with care and fixed my problem. They used lots of spine adjustment and some modern pain relieving equipment. I really appreciate the service provided to me.

Fantastic experience: First of all I'd like to congratulate the therapy fit team for being successful in keeping up their principles of attending the patients by their needs. I like the hospitality by the front office staff, therapists approach and treatment and also the assistant therapists for supporting in the exercise area. Fantastic experience: Therapy fit is a place of positivity. Starting from Mr.Reddy to all the staff over there are very kind .The treatment is value for money. They won’t see the clock and work but listen to the client and work upto their satisfaction. I would definitely refer who would really been advised to go to PT for any of their problems .
