Fantastic experience: Dr Rushi is amazing. Very patient, great understanding of individual. He has been treating me for several months for right frozen shoulder and it has helped me to become better. We are almost there to achieve our goal of making me get rid of frozen shoulder. We need to follow his exercise schedule and advise to heal faster. It is painful but worth it. Found the right physio at the right time. Same goes for Dr Ami as well. Highly recommend them for physiotherapy! Thank you Rushi for everything & I m very positive that I will be as normal as I was before.

Fantastic experience: I just finished 9 sessions of Rehab for a high grade ankle sprain and my experience was fantastic. I'm very suspicious of most health care places in America and I came into this wanting to minimize my visits and get a home workout plan. After the first 2 sessions I felt so much progress from the treatment I was happy to continue treatments until my ankle felt stronger. Money very well spent, very friendly and knowledgable staff. Rushi far exceeded my expectations and clearly cared about my treatment and not just my money. He was very transparent and understanding of my needs. Highly recommend for those in need of rehab or personal training.

Fantastic experience: I first experienced the professionalism and physical therapy expertise of Texas Star Rehab and Performance Center when Ami performed my at-home physical therapy following my total knee replacement. I then scheduled to begin outpatient therapy at their Frisco office where I also began working with Rushi. Their understanding of my recovery and their work to get me back to playing golf was simply outstanding and beyond my expectations (Rushi is a certified golf therapist)! Thank you!

Positive experience: Update: The owner called me and apologized for how I was treated, assured me he had spoken with his staff about how to handle customer interactions and personally rescheduled me. I am so impressed with his accountability and ownership and because of this I'm happy to give them another opportunity. The Physical therapist I had for my first appointment was lovely, she was patient and listened carefully to my concerns and she is the only reason this review has any stars at all. I called because I needed to cancel my appointment due to an unforeseen conflict with my daughter's schedule. No problem, I gave them more than 24hrs notice. And the lady was brief but polite enough, she let me know they already had me on the schedule for Thursday a couple days later, I hastily thought great ... But quickly realized that wasn't going to work so I called back, apologized profusely for the added confusion and asked the woman on the phone if she had anything for Monday she said "yes at 5pm", I said "I'm sorry I can't do that," she audibly huffed at me before I asked, "what about Tuesday/Thursday anything for the morning? And she snapped at me, "call back when you know your schedule!" And then hung up on me! I take full responsibility for the cancellation and I can understand her being slightly annoyed but to snap at me the way she did and hang up on me, absolutely unprofessional and I can't see myself returning somewhere so hostile to booking appointments.

Fantastic experience: All, I would like to leave a review for anyone who wants to know what this place can do for you. I had a chronic situation of achilles tendinitis, constantly being inflamed. 2 months ago, I woke up with a situation where I could not even put my foot down on the floor. For almost a week, I just dragged myself from place to place in the home by limping. The doctor suggested to go for Physical Therapy. My first hospital session cost me 400 dollars due to insurance rates. I am really grateful I have found you. Not only Rishi (the owner and Primary Therapist) helped out me with my budget by providing 10 sessions together, but also you spent a lot more time than hospital therapist in each session. Rishi - I deeply appreciate what you have done for me and I would recommend anyone I know who needs help. I have observed how you never looked at the watch till every session was covered with all the treatment and excises that needed to be covered. The amount of passion and hard-work you put in me, I could sense he did it as you were working on a family member. That meant a lot. Your dedication, focus, knowledge and commitment towards the treatment is not possible to describe in words. I have made phenomenal progress in past month. I could see the results in first session itself, as I was able to walk again right after it.
