Fantastic experience: I am a current patient here and could not be happier with the care I have been given. Excellent Care Givers with loving hearts. I highly recommend them. There are two care takers I would like to mention that have gone out of their way for me, Denise Josh Lucy and Bee They are great

Fantastic experience: Great staff. Nice amenities. This is my dad’s second time here after surgery. The staff are attentive, courteous and super helpful. The facility is nice and they have interesting activities. My dad likes playing bingo. So far so good here. Much appreciation to the folks who work here. The only downside is the food he says.

Fantastic experience: My stay here was wonderful. The only complaint I had is. With Insurance send that I can walk over 100 feet that’s not true but the staff here was wonderful. I loved my morning nurse Joshua. He always answered my question. He was always on point. I love my CNA Denise I am so glad she’s back. Lucy was wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Nice place very good staff. Miss hope and brother Mohamed very kind and always helpful.

Negative experience: Wasnt pleased with the staff or atmosphere for my senior parent. She could never sleep because of the noise from the noisy hallways. The attendants were focused on other patients when she needed assistance. Seems like this place is just after insurance money and not focused on care. I was dissapointed in it and moved her to another better equipped facility. Do your research before bringing a senior parent here for hip rehabilitation. Plan to be here for a longer time than normal so they get funded without full rehab. They are understaffed and mix the dementia patients in with the rehabilitation only patients. I had one dementia patient ask me a question while I was caring for my parent, that shouldnt of happened so i called a nurse to get them out of her room. Im glad my parent is in a better place now.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here going on three weeks. I was a little scared when I came because I can’t hear our talk, but my aid hope is amazing. I just love her. She always takes her time with me. Never in a hurry. I wish I can give her 10 stars, but I can’t. She’s a keeper so please keep her, that tall girl in the room with Hope she’s amazing too. I think she’s kind of funny though.

Fantastic experience: This has been a wonderful exciting experience for me. My third time here I appreciate therapy and my aid. Hope she’s wonderful always attend to my needs and Denise is wonderful for helping everyone in the dining room ❤️❤️❤️ . Thank you all for your help.

Fantastic experience: Great place and a convient location. The facility was good with keeping us updated throughout my elderly mom's stay. Denise who often cared for my mom was extremely helpful and always made sure my mom stayed as happy as possible. I would definitely recommend this place

Fantastic experience: My second time here I appreciate all the kind love I received therapy is awesome. My morning aid. Hope is absolutely wonderful. Denise always always help out in the dining room and I can get all the coffee I need. I'm going to miss you but thank you once again.

Fantastic experience: Denise and Josh tended to my mother who suffered with low blood sugar and a fractured foot. They both nursed her through 2 weeks of therapy. Denise is very thorough where hygiene is concerned & is very diligent about making sure you, or your loved, is presentable and comfortable. Denise assisted with showers and always made sure the linens were clean. Josh helps tremendously and was there twice a day with meds & a smile. Denise knew everyone by their names and even ensured that my electronics (iPad/cell phone) were plugged in and charging before she left for the day. They made my mother feel like family. Director of nursing, Helen, made every effort to make sure any issues were addressed & corrected. Wish I had pictures to share, but I didn’t know I was going to do this post.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is SO SO SO amazing! His nurse Denise, and Bee took such great care of my grandfather! They made him feel like he was wanted being a part of the community.

Fantastic experience: Stonemere rehab centers, Has excellent staff like Hope, Tina, Denise, Lucy, Pauline, Maya , Very good Physical therapist, Nikki, Jamilal , Juile. My mom been here a few days and she’s doing much better than she was before and I hope to God day by day she gets better. I recommend this place has an excellent staff and its very clean. “ The smell is very nice clean “ & good food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: The therapy staff and nursing staff are amazing.. They are kind, gentle and caring, Even when presented with unpleasant problems. The therapists for PT and OT got me up and walking again. I had knee cap replacement surgery. Bridgetta, Hertilles and Kam were awesome! The nursing staff day and night were fantastic Tina, Hope,, Grace, Denise, Luiza, Matthew, Debbie and others whose names I cannot remember Sorrry Thank you all for taking such good care of me during my rehab stay at Stonemere

Fantastic experience: Denise went out of her way to make my stay at Stonemere more comfortable and pleasant on a daily bases . She would know what i needed before i even knew i needed it -- Josh was fantastic as well ! He is an amazing nurse who is caring, efficient, and kind. Fantastic experience: First off i love this facility, the best staff ever. Very professional group of individuals......However I am saddened to find out Kenneth the morning cook has been away sick. I come out once every year to visit my grandmother and Kenneth was always a big help making sure my grandmother was well taken care. Hope he gets better, he is a big help to this facility... ...

Fantastic experience: I stayed at Stonemere for seven weeks following a bad fall with broken right arm and dislocated right hip. I received excellent care from a remarkably caring and competent staff! They all loved their work and exhibited patience and thoughtful kindness while providing care to people like me, who were hurting and anxious. The facility is very clean and comfortable; meals are nutritious and appetizing. Kudos to: manager Miss Linda who runs a good ship! Number 1 caregiver Denise who prioritized my safety and comfort! Nurse Joshua always ready to do over and above! Occupational therapist Brijetta who guided me in restoring right arm function, as well as improving balance and posture! Physical therapist Herlidi who helped me get on my feet again and ready to walk! And many others! Meals in dining room encouraged social interaction as well as sustenance!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this rehabilitation hospital!! My mom had a stay of almost 2 months. Every member of the staff was AMAZING - the reception and office staff always greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions, the cleaning and maintenance teams were always friendly and helpful, the therapists were able to strengthen and rehab my mom with fun and new exercises, the cafeteria provided delicious and healthy meals, the activities director, Amari, does a great job getting patients active and engaged (we even had a cute little frenchie come for a visit), the hair salon provided a great service and friendly atmosphere, and the doctors and nurses are the best around! My mom’s care team was efficient, helpful, and most of all - CARING! My mom wasn’t just a patient in a room - they made her feel like a part of the family. The hard work of the nurses and aides doesn’t go unnoticed! They are working between a few patients, but they always greet with concern and care before anything else. A special shout out to Julia and Elizabeth! Your expert care, constant smile and friendship brought me comfort during our stay. It was amazing to watch my mom heal, strengthen, and come out of her shell! I was able to get to know the morning staff on a first name basis, but I wish I had been able to get to know the night crew as close. I know they were working just as hard to help my mom! This hospital is truly run like a family and you can feel how much everybody cares! So huge thanks to all of you who cared for my mother and brought her back to me!

Fantastic experience: husband checked into Stonemere Rehab on Lebanon and Frisco, Texas this afternoon. The community is beautiful. Everyone that I met was very nice very sweet.

Fantastic experience: I have been here three weeks. I was a little hesitated about coming here, but I’m glad I did. This is one of the best place I ever been. The nurse. Josh is wonderful. Denise is awesome. She made sure my laundry was done and returned to me and hope who works with Denise Wonderful wonderful I can ask for better people to take care of me. I wish I could give you a 10 star.

Fantastic experience: I am checking out today. This has been a great experience for me. The staff has been outstanding and I have ro call out Denise, who has been extremely helpful and caring. I can see why so many patients give her high reviews. Thank you so much, Denise! I also want to mention the level of Carr I received from Joshua. He took great care of my medicines, special wrapping of my foot, and anything else I needed! Another attending nurse was Bee. Very professional and also caring!

Fantastic experience: This is a great facility. Everyone from Billing, Office staff, Nurse, Aid, Social Service, PT, Kitchen staff - and I am missing a whole lot more. They make a “BIG DIFFERENCE” and it means a lot to the person that needs care as well as their family. I want to particularly give a shout out to Hope and Tina. They were both amazing. Takes great care. Very gentle and always present with a smile. Selfless, compassionate, committed. It means a lot to me and my family. I can’t highly recommend this place enough. Best care you can expect and a great facility.

Fantastic experience: Hope is just fantastic - kind, considerate and compassionate- has a beautiful smile - makes me feel happy!

Negative experience: My dad died within 48 hrs of being at this facility. His bed was lowered to the floor and they placed his water where he could not even reach it. When the family asked for his medical records they received a denial letter from the companies lawyer.

Fantastic experience: This beautiful facility is just amazing. Staff is always kind and so helpful. Resident's look happy always out in the open living area's. It's very clean and always smells fresh. It's nice to see the management out on the floor talking to the Resident's and staff.

Fantastic experience: Really nice place in terms of ambience and helpful/caring nursing staff, great PT and OT therapists. My mom was there for 25 days post surgery. Thanks to Julia, Salam, Lisa, Khadija, Hope, Kamna and Debra. The administrative staff (Linda, Helen, Rashawn, Tifffany) were really good in making sure we got good help. It literally takes a village to take care of a person round the clock. Thanks all.

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed my experience with Stonemere the moment I got here. The staff is kind and compassionate. They are professionals in every way. I felt special especially with CNA Denise and Josh, the nurse in the Therapy Department. A special 'shout out' to NICKI in PT, Debra and Tony (Tony you spoiled me). Fantastic experience: Hope has helped me toward the next steps of my recovery. I could not get out of bed. Now I am able to dress myself. I have gone from being totally helpless to almost able to walk using a walker. I could not do it without her strong and firm encouragement. I could not use my limbs due to pain. Hope encouraged me to work through my pain to reach and get out of my bed. Now I still struggle with some things but I remember her encouragement. I will continue to walk better because of Hope's influence.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the level of care my father received at stonemere. Over the time he was there, we encountered numerous issues that were unacceptable and deeply concerning. First and foremost, the staff seemed indifferent to my father's needs. His requests for assistance were often ignored or delayed, leading to significant discomfort and distress. The level of communication between the staff and our family was also severely lacking. We were rarely informed about changes in his condition, and when we tried to reach out for updates, we were met with vague responses and indifference. My father's room was not cleaned regularly, and on several occasions, we noticed a strong odour from his room. Basic hygiene standards were not met, and we were left questioning the overall safety and health protocols in place. We trusted stonemere with the well-being of our father, and they failed to provide the care and respect he deserved. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a facility that truly values the health and dignity of their residents. I wish i got all the evidence what they did to my father so i can sue them for those negligence. I will advise other’s also if you notice something don’t complain to the management as they don’t care just collect evidences and sue them as per law so no one other can suffer like we did.

Fantastic experience: I have had some very good experiences here, especially as I came here after a couple of weeks in inpatient rehab for fractures/surgery to both ankles. I am non weight bearing on the right ankle. I owe a special thank you to my therapists Julie and Tiffany, aides Tina, Hope and Lucy for their help in regaining my mobility, their kindness in helping me deal with my limitations. I have made more progress than I was expecting. Although it has been challenging they did not give up on me which means lot. I have enjoyed many of the meals here, you can't please everyone all the time but they do try by offering alternatives if the meal isn't to your liking. There are always positives and negatives but I am very happy with my progress. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Stonemere has been a lifesaver for me after having two hip repairs and a full hip replacement the staff is great.. Denice and Hope, two CNA’s.are very professional and caring. They are very keen.on anticipating every need.

Fantastic experience: Stoneware was the right choice for my rehab. I can not say enough about the quality of the care and the care and compassion of the staff. I would give a special shout out to the CNA Hope who was so kind and patient with me throughout my stay and in the first few days guided me through what to expect, answered all my questions - she was my guiding angel. Denise was another CNA who always took good care of me. They were exceptional among the many quality CNAs. The remaining medical staff, nurses, doctors social worker etc were excellent as well. The glue that keeps the medical team running on all cylinders is Linda and she is top notch. Finally the Therapy staff for all disciplines are skilled at their discipline and a pleasure to work with towards recovery. I hope I never need rehab again but if I do Stonemere would be the place.

Fantastic experience: Denise was so wonderful to me during my stay. She’s very busy, but she always takes time to help you and make you feel better. She’s kind, she’s funny, she keeps the whole place moving. And she knows everything about everything. Everyone says, “Ask Denice!” I just hope she makes as much money as she deserves, knowing all the things she knows to help keep Stonemere running and yet still being able to give everyone the care and loving attention they need. Shes one in a million and I’ll never forget her.

Fantastic experience: My Mother had to stay at Stonemere following a bout with pneumonia. While everyone there was incredibly kind and helpful, a couple of people really stood out. Denise took care of my Mothers daily needs and she always smiled as she worked. My Mom was so pleased with her care, she absolutely loved Denise! Josh was a Nurse who took care of my Mother's medical needs, he was so kind to her. Overall the care she received at Stonemere was exceptional - but the care Denise provided has made a lasting impression on my Mom. Thank you Denis and Josh for treating my mother like the valuable person she is!

Fantastic experience: My father’s stay at Stonemere was for a little over 2 weeks. During this time, we were so grateful to have Denise as his weekday CNA and Josh as his nurse. Denise treated my father with respect and incredible care. She helped to ensure that his physical therapy and daily care needs were always met. She is so organized and truly amazing! On the weekends, my family was also appreciative of the care that CNA Brenda provided to my father as well.

Fantastic experience: A truly convenient place with ease of access to patient rooms & truly very friendly staff. The signs are white easily seen so there is no confusion. Rooms a very clean & ample room lighting is a goox idea indeed. Visitor parking is very easily available & property security is good. A great place for senior rehab & long-term care.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Stonemere! The nursing and therapy staff are by far the best I’ve ever experienced in a rehab facility. Josh and Denise have taken such good care of me that I will truly miss them. Valentine has been a blessing on the weekends as Debbie has at night and Lucy on 2nd shift…And PT/OT here is excellent. If you’re looking for a skilled nursing/rehab facility I’d highly recommend Stonemere.

Fantastic experience: We are so happy we found this place. Skilled nursing and rehab centers that care and provide supportive services are hard to find. My father 87 , fell and broke his hip and was in Belmont , PAMS and the finally Stonemere, we won’t go anywhere else. DENISE is the BEST. Amy the social worker is amazing. It’s clean, friendly, on top of things. My father was sad tho leave be love it or not because he made so many friends. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: We transferred here after a stay at a rehabilitation hospital. They were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We were overwhelmed with the welcoming of the staff specifically Reshaan, Stephanie (wound nurse), Tom (therapy, always helpful and attentive and always came to check on us), and aides Denise and Ann. Ann Page in administration was so helpful in navigating our future plans/course of action. Her sense of humor and friendliness was a bonus. The location was amazing as we were able to take walks around the grounds on a daily basis.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to everyone at Stonemere . You all were wonderful to my husband Mr Paul Woody. He had a wonderful time here. Everyone were angels to Mr Paul woody. Fantastic experience: My mom was a patient here for about three weeks! I must say during her entire stay she received awesome care! I especially appreciate the love and attention her daytime CNA, Denise and her OT, Bridgetta gave her. Denise is truly a hard worker and goes above and beyond! Ms. B was also amazing! I only worried a little at night because of how fast my mom's insulin levels drop overnight and not always being able to speak with her night nurse. Thankfully, we didn't have any scares! I would definitively recommend Stonemere for any of your rehabilitation needs!

Fantastic experience: My mother was here for a few months. She had hip surgery and needed a place for physical therapy. She also has advanced dementia which made it difficult to find a good fit. Luckily we found Stonemere. They don't have a memory care unit but it was not an issue for them. The staff is very professional and caring. The facility is also run well. We initially brought in a our own sitter but found that it wasn't necessary. A big thank you to Hope and Lauren for being so caring with my mother. You all are the best. Also want to thank the management team, especially Ramon, Tiffany and Kaitlyn. They always spent the time to answer all our questions and go over the details. So grateful for you all.

He’s always there to answer my question and tell me about my medicine every day. I love my aid Denise she’s wonderful. Fantastic experience: Stonemere nursing and care team is simply the best. For the last nine years my wife and I had taken care of my elderly parents but about six months ago both my parents in the span of 90 days got hit by illnesses where they lost complete mobility and needed around the clock help- on the hospital recommendation they were transferred to Stonemere. It was not easy for us to accept their recommendation as we were concerned about their well-being, we had doubt about would there be any place that can give them the comfort they will need in this stage of their life. Our concerns disappeared very quickly when we met the staff and observed them how they were taking care of the residents. It has been now about six months and we go there twice a day to see our parents. I have nothing but true admiration and sincere appreciation for the staff that are involved in taking care of the residents. Everyone goes above and beyond, they are very experienced, well trained and professional but what makes them special is how they treat the residents who are helpless in many ways- staff is very caring, kind, loving, humble, patient and do their job with a smile on their face. It is not an easy job what they do, day in and day out, long shift but they perform their duties with pride and humility, they in my mind are surviving humanity to the best. Facility is always very clean and smells fresh, kudos to the cleaning crew- they do a wonderful job keeping it fresh and safe. Maintenance- Extremely well maintained- thanks to Ben (Benjaman). He is an amazing person and very hard-working individuals who stays on top in making sure there are no issues- He is so quick in fixing anything that needs fixing- He has a very pleasant personality and always smiling. He keeps the place very safe. Francisca, Yvonne, Leonelle, Evelyne, Shamell, Jessica, Stephanie, Connie, Christine, Queen, Roselyn and Emma, I can’t think of words strong enough to express my gratitude but know I sincerely appreciate everything you do everyday to take care of my parents and all the other residents- Your hard work and smile makes a big difference in their daily life. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Special thanks to ALL the staff, all of you are making a big difference in the life of many- it may not seem much to you, but it is very big for me- because of you all I can sleep worry free at night- Stonemere Rehabilitation Center Physical Therapy Team “ROCKS” This group is led by Kaitlyn, she is an effective leader who lives by example. Both my parents were admitted to Stonemere Rehab and Nursing about six months ago and needed physical, occupational and speech therapy. From the very get go to this day, I have been extremely impressed by Kaitlyn and her entire team. Not only they are very talented and experienced individuals but what makes them exceptionally special is how they treat their patients, I have found them always to be highly professional, pleasant, caring, kind, approachable, patient, humble and human. They genuinely try very hard to work with their patients and in improving their mobility, they always have a smile on their face- they fully understand their patients are elderly and their limitations. Kaitlyn, I want to recognize you for the wonderful and caring culture you have installed there. Thank you for everything you have done for my parents. I appreciate you always take time to answer my questions, concerns and treatment plan for my parents. My special thanks and appreciation to Kamna, Julie, Herlide, Nike, Justin, Brijetta, Deborah, Tiffany, Lana. You all work very hard in making the lives of my parents better every day and put a smile on their face- My mother’s highlight of the day is being with you guys- simply put you all Are THE BEST.

Fantastic experience: Strongly recommend. The staff here are fantastic. Denise knows every single person and what they like to eat and drink and which condiments they want. She is so happy and cheerful. Physical and Occupational therapists know how to get you moving to build your muscles and regain strength. Every therapist I worked with was pleasant and encouraging while getting me to push myself. Josh and the nursing staff are always there and they listen to you. Overall, my time spent at Stonemere was what I needed. I know I would not have been able to progress as much as I did if I had just gone home when I got out of the hospital.

Fantastic experience: I recently stayed at the Stonemere for 18 days. These people do not act like this is their job. The impression they give is that they truly care about you and your recovery. The physical therapy staff truly works hard with each guest. I felt as if my therapist, Nike, knew what it took to get me better and performed it well. In the short time I was there, I was visited by 4 doctors. Each doctor had a sincere desire to make my stay healthy and comfortable. I was asked how I felt, what my pain level was, anything they can do to make my stay pleasant. I did mention my pain level. After the doctor consulted with my primary care doctor, I was given the medication that lessened my pain to a tolerable level. Each day I was given my medication by an RN that knew my reason for being there and my current condition without looking it up and also asked if she could do anything to assist me. Nurses, Lauren and Susy were amazing. I was given a shower 3 times during my stay by Tina Mihrete who was extremely well qualified and a compassionate, caring individual who checked on me every other hour without being summoned. I grew to feel as if she were family. Denise and Hope made dining more fun and not a sit there and eat this experience. My last thank you goes to Ann. Her infinite knowledge and invaluable assistance put me at ease immediately, knowing that I was in good hands. My stay at Stonemere was exactly what I needed in my recuperation to a better life than when I went in.

Fantastic experience: Denise has been attentive and fun. I was lucky to get her, because she’s not only efficient, but she has a way of handling p injured patients who are way out of their comfort zone in a special way.

Fantastic experience: After spending a month in the hospital, my father needed rehabilitation ( OT, PT, ST). I was given a list of facilities in network with his insurance and began my due diligence on each… I chose Stonemere Rehabilitation Center in Frisco. It proved to be the right choice! From the initial admissions process thru discharge my overall experience was top notch! The first night I left my dad in the facility I began to feel that he would be treated well.. and he was! On that note, I want to acknowledge the standout supporting staff that made my experience far less stressful because of the roles they played in my dads care: -Physical therapy team, Speech therapy and Occupational therapy team! You guys are really good! He made some strides with you guys! I appreciate your efforts..Thank you! -Nurses.. Reshaan, Ms B! Thank you so much for everything! Day 1 you told my dad that you love what you do and that he was in good hands.. what you didn’t know my heart melted when I heard those words.. the silent stress I was carrying subsided a bit… You did what you said you would do! He left there looking so good! Thank you so much! You and your husband were heaven sent!! -CNA- Deavion! Thank you for such great energy from Day 1! I saw how you engaged with dad and cared for him! Fantastic experience: I must say this time around my aid was absolutely amazing. Her name is Denise. She took care of my needs every day, polite, kind, and very respectful and I love my nurse too and Denise always made sure my husband Arthur had a hot cupp of coffee when he walked through the door, I will give y’all a 10 out of 10. The administrator and his entire staff are so professional and kind! They take care of all our needs. Claudia who is in charge of housekeeping runs a tight ship and this facility is always so clean. Our parents say the food is also very good. If you need a facility for your loved ones this is it!!! I’m so happy we chose Stonemere!

Fantastic experience: My experience here after a 2nd back surgery was wonderful. It was a really tough surgery. Hope and Laurie did everything that could to make my stay comfortable. Thanks to the entire staff for all your help.

Fantastic experience: Hope is the epitaph of all aides. Hope is kind, always well groomed and most important anticipates your needs. Then there is Nurse, Lauren. Lauren is very knowledgeable in her field, and has helped me several times, I'm so glad she's here. Lauren always has a smile that makes patients relax.

Fantastic experience: My mother-in-law went there for rehabilitation after a long hospital stay. She was back and forth until she passed away in their hospice care three weeks ago. Linda, Denise and RaShawn (I hope I spelled this correctly), Connie adored you three. Chris and I never questioned her care when we knew you all were present and caring for her. Just wanted you three to know we appreciated everything you and Stonemere as a whole did to take good care of her. We would highly recommend your facility to anyone who needed it for short term or hospice services.

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful place and staff. The staff is very encouraging, helpful and friendly. This is our 2nd stay within a year and I wouldn’t go to any other facility except this wonderful place. Mrs Denise is such a joy and such an incredible worker and more so person.

Fantastic experience: Ive been happy with my stay at Stonemere. I did not want to go to an inpatient rehab but Im happy that I did. Ive gained the strength I had prior to my hospital stay. The staff is very helpful. Reshana always helped with a smile on her face. Mrs.Bee and the therapist were great as well. I highly recommend Stonemere for Rehab.

Fantastic experience: I loved my stay here the staff & all workers were excellent. Everyone was so caring in taking care of my husband Mr Amirali in Room 234. The first day we got here Ms Grace from The Restorative was so nice in caring for my husband. Ms Grace went out of her way to shave my husband snd cut his nails. The Nurse Ms Julia was so good to my husband. We really enjoyed our stay, Thanks to the Therapy department for a good job.

Negative experience: Beautiful place! The Christmas decorations were outstanding. However the bed was broken and very cheap. I couldn’t spend any more than 20 minutes in the bed. I tried to adjust the bed and ended up on my head. I didn’t stay more than an hour.

Fantastic experience: My father has been at Stonemere Rehabilitation Center for 30+ days and we could not have asked for a better stay for him. The staff is excellent, friendly, and caring to my dad. I definitely would refer them to people who would need to use this facility.

Fantastic experience: I was incredibly impressed! From the greet to the exit. It is clear this team knows exactly how to treat people with quality, compassion and exceptional customer service! Carolina was very kind and led me to Ramon, who is clearly the reason people trust their loved ones to the facility. Not only are the staff kind and considerate... The place was clean, quiet and obviously well maintained. I then met Peaches, who is what you call leading by example! The news she gave me was not what I wanted to hear however, she told me exactly what to do. So I did and now Stonemere may have a new guest as in my mom, my queen! Fantastic experience: Hope, was very caring and helpful! She took very good care of my needs, made sure I was showered and my room kept clean. Between 1and 10, I would rate her 10 ! Device, was very helpful when I had my meals she was efficient in feeding all the patients. The food was brought quick and warm. She has a good personality and a joy to be served. 10 ! Lauryn (nurse) was very thorough when she examined me. She brought me my meds at the same time each day asked me questions about how I was feeling and made me feel good about how I was progressing. 10 !
