Fantastic experience: This facility is fantastic- from the therapists to the front desk! Keith is a well skilled, personable, thorough therapist and the entire group is welcoming and committed to patient improvement. I have been to several phish all therapists and this group works as a team to ensure the patient’s needs are met! 5 star all the way around!

Negative experience: I had a 30 minute massage which actually gave me more pain and they charged my insurance $ 385 a total rip off. Never again.

Fantastic experience: I worked mostly with Keith, but the entire team, down to their rehab aids were wonderful. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: As a client of Athletico PT (Lebanon & Legacy) for 13 months straight, including pre-hab surgery for both knees (full replacement). From my initial assessment Keith, Jamal, Dante, Alisha, and Hunter were professional and told me in understandable language what they could do for me and what I could expect each session.....typically 3 sessions a week for 13 months. I would recommend Athletico PT (Lebanon & Legacy) to anyone that is in need of OUTPATIENT THERAPY the professionals here will take care of you and CHALLENGE you each session. What the folks here will explain to you that to have a successful rehabilitation you will need to do many of the exercises you experience at Athletico PT (Lebanon & Legacy) ON YOUR OWN. Fantastic experience: This is the physical therapy place you are looking for. They work one on one with you to accomplish your recovery goals. They really listen and craft a unique plan just for you. The space is amazing and it’s never too crowded. They have all the equipment and gear you need and it’s super clean and high end. This feels more like a bespoke personal training gym than a physical therapy office. The people are all amazing. Getting to know the crew has been really enjoyable and I look forward to every visit. I am making huge progress towards my recover goals and could not be more grateful!

Fantastic experience: Very satisfied with working with the team from Athletico in Frisco (Legacy & Lebanon). I worked with the Physical Therapists when trying to rehab my medial meniscus tear using conservative treatment and also post op for my knee. Pre & post op PT was focused on exercises to rehab my muscles so I could function normally. The PTs and their team ensured I understood and performed the exercises as well as motivated me to continue my exercises between appointments. Everyone from the front desk (Lisa) to the PT (Keith) and everyone in between works together to ensure their clients’ needs are met. Their attention to all the details is what makes the difference. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The whole team here is 5 stars. I had a tough two year injury where I wasn’t sure I could compete at sports without being concerned about it again. These last few weeks I’ve been playing soccer, running, and lifting with no issues!! Specifically, Keith helped me get back up to speed with a individualized and sports specific recovery program. The whole team was super helpful as well. Hopefully I won’t deal with another injury, but if I do I will def be back at Athletico.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place especially my physical therapist Jamel. . I went in for both knee surgery . Jamal is great to work with and had my quad & core stronger limiting the amount of pain I have with my arthritis. I feel much stronger.

Fantastic experience: 15 year old son sprained his elbow ligament pitching during summer of 2022. No tear and was recommended to go thru Physical Therapy. I called a few places but they either didn't answer or didn't call back. Soon as I called Athletico Legacy, I knew I was taking my son to this location. Alisa was so positive and cheerful on the phone. Our Physical therapist was Keith. During the first session, he evaluated our son and explained the injury in detail and how to help prevent this injury moving forward. My son was literally shaking from the brief workout during the first day. He needed to build up muscle in his shoulders, legs, and back to take the pressure off the elbow. 3 months later he is stronger than ever and no pain in the elbow. Highly recommend Athletico and Keith as a PT. Great job!

Fantastic experience: The Physical Therapists offer the highest quality of professional therapy in an atmosphere that makes the patient feel comfortable. We were encouraged to reach our personal goals of rehabilitation as well as those prescribed by the physician, which was of primary importance to me. As a retired health professional it was extremely helpful to my rehabilitation process to find this combination of serious rehab work in a friendly atmosphere. The atmosphere of “reaching your potential” provided the motivation I needed to reach my goals.

The music played over the speakers and quality equipment combine to create a top-notch gym-like facility. Keith and Jamal are two great PT’s with Elisa at the front greeting you as you walk in with the biggest smile. If you’re in need of a physical therapy practice, look no further.

Fantastic experience: Althletico is a great place to come for PT. I've been a few different places over the years and this team is great. Keith has helped me understand my steps going forward. Lisa and Alyssa are also great. However Lisa is way better than Alyssa. Keith is better than both. I would recommend having this team help you. I know I will in the future.

Fantastic experience: I get referred mainly due to shoulder issues caused by workouts. I love the fact that Jamal is an active gym goer who understands all the workouts in detail and helps correct my movements. I can comfortably push my boundaries in this clinic, which is suitably stocked with barbells, battle ropes, kettlebells etc. He can definitely be my workout coach , if he wanted to be. I love this combination for my personal needs and trust his professional judgment when it comes to the actual physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: Without making this a referendum on the healthcare system, suffice it to say I ignored the preferred vendor list and chose Athletico. Ironically, working with them is the best part about knee surgery. As a former athlete, I have had a considerable sampling of trainers and I was genuinely skeptical that I would ever be able to play the sport that I love again. In all of my travels, this particular location is the absolute best. Lisa is always responsive, friendly and surprisingly funny, and I can genuinely say I look forward to my sessions if nothing else to see her contagious smile. Alyssa’s energy and enthusiasm almost makes me forget that what I’m doing is work! And the grand maestro of them all: Keith Woodrow is truly remarkable. He is patient and from our very first conversation he designed a program best suited for me and what my long term objectives are. He is far and away one of the most diligent, attentive, and professional specialists I have ever worked with. In less than a month, I was already feeling better than I had in years and as I continue my journey I take solace in the comfort of knowing that I am in THE most capable hands. Fantastic experience: This place is truly great and the entire staff feels like family! Everyone here is so kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable! I work with Keith Woodrow and he is truly the best! I originally came in for help with my weight-lifting form, so as not to aggravate my scoliosis, but am now working on regaining mobility and function in my foot post surgery. No matter what you're going in for, Keith is super knowledgeable and will help you with whatever! I can't recommend this place enough! :)

Keith Woodrow was a great PT in my recovery from ACL reconstruction surgery. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, and has great bedside manner. He explained every step of my recovery plan, and could answer all of my technical/anatomical questions. Keith encouraged me when I needed help pushing through the difficult times, and celebrated the small milestones like I was a champ. Fantastic experience: I worked with Keith to overcome my neck/trap issues. My goal was to get back in the gym to weight lift and also do running. He was awesome to work with! Keith helped me build up my full range of motion and we worked through a treatment plan based on my goals. Keith is a fellow weight lifter and an athlete, so he was very helpful in answering my questions and teaching new skills to help better my form, breathing, stretching, and so much more. This all has allowed me to hit the gym again without issues.
