Fantastic experience: After a right hip replacement that resulted in my right leg being 1 inch longer than my left, my body was very imbalanced causing pain in my back and right knee. 2 doctors told me I needed my right knee replaced but I wanted to get my body in balance first. Becca put together an ongoing program that strengthened my right side and allows me to walk and function without pain. Not sure I need the knee replacement now! I highly recommend ReBalance. Everyone is supportive and friendly, the envioroment is upbeat and their approach is better than the physical therapist I've encountered in the past.

Fantastic experience: Becca was able to help with my wrist and back/neck pain through exercises and dry needling. I was a little skeptical about dry needling at the start but gave it a try and I’m so glad I did because it helped a lot! Becca created and modified a plan for me to help strengthen my back and shoulder areas in order to help relieve my pain. They stay up to date and can treat a wide range of issues from carpal tunnel to jaw pain. I will be referring all my friends and family to Becca and the ReBalance crew!

Fantastic experience: My right arm and shoulder had been bothering me for a year, and it got to the point where it was affecting me at work. I could not bend my elbow without wincing in pain. My grip was getting weaker due to pain. So I decided I needed to see a professional because my monthly massages and stretching at home wasn't helping at all. Just two weeks of daily physical therapy with my DPT Becca (once a week at the clinic) but daily therapy at home had already helped me tremendously. I noticed I was able to bend my right arm without thinking about it. After about 2 months of physical therapy, I am confident in my ability to alleviate my right arm imbalances with key physical therapy maneuvers. Thank you, Becca!

Fantastic experience: ReBalance Physical Therapy is by far the best place I have ever been for physical therapy treatment. I had a torn bicep off the shoulder head as well as therapy for my after surgical care of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. Both healed great under their care. Milo, Becca and Ava are so attentive and outstanding therapists. The facility is state of the art and you always have one on one attention from one of them and not a tech like other places. Their patient care model sets them apart from any other therapy center. Justin the office manager is amazing to work with for scheduling and handling all insurance needs. First class all the way! Fantastic experience: Rebalance Physical Therapy is AMAZING! In my post partum journey I've went to several PT facilities to address problems from my core, back, neck and TMJ. It was not until I found Rebalance that I started to actually feel better! It's because of their comprehensive approach to PT. You not only receive top notch physical therapy and manual therapy in facility, you are also given personalized at home exercises through their app so you can continue training between visits. The staff are all really positive and committed to helping you get better!!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how grateful I am to the entire staff at ReBalance - Milo-Becca-Ava-Justin I came in with my right leg literally dragging snd walking with a cane - I was scared. Milo evaluated me and told me to trust the process. Hard to do but I am walking well - no more dragging foot- getting better each day. My fears were alleviated and my life is 100% better. Fantastic experience: After a shoulder injury (and not addressing it right away), I was referred to ReBalance. Milo is incredibly knowledgeable. He helped retrain me how I should be using my shoulder and not how my body was compensating because of my injury. Their app is also so helpful to keep me on track with my recovery exercises. Highly recommend Milo and the entire team @ ReBalance!

Fantastic experience: Rebalance is the best! I went to treat my low back pain and uneven hips. I have seen countless physical therapist and chiropractics for this long lasting problem. It finally got fixed here at Rebalance. The place is very modern. Everyone was very friendly and nice. My therapist Ava made sure she spends 100% time with me for each session. She explained to me the treatment and diagnosis with lots of patience, and we agreed on the plan together. It was effective and efficient. My pain was complete gone after about 10 sessions. After 20 session I felt my hips are even. She also made sure I have the list of exercises to do at home to maintain it for long term before I leave the clinic. I would highly recommend Rebalance!

Fantastic experience: Rebalance Physical Therapy is the personalized, hands-on approach that many physical therapy facilities are lacking. If you’ve ever been stuck in a corner, curling a 1-pound weight (alone), than you’ve experienced the same generic PT that turns most people off. Rebalance is NOT that kind of PT. Milo is very knowledgeable and has a true passion for his craft. He understands that every case is different and he customizes his approach for each person. Justin, the office manager, is also very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is clean, modern -- and almost feels like a mini spa experience when you get to cool down in the massage chair after your treatment. I’ve tried a lot of physical therapy centers and Rebalance is the only one I’d recommend. Since starting treatment there I’ve already seen improvement in my chronic pain. If you've given up on PT try Rebalance and experience a whole new approach.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at ReBalance for some time and it is the very best P.T. establishment that I have found. I was born with an L3 vertebrae that never fully formed, so my back has always been a problem for me since I was a pre teen. As such I have been going to back doctors, physical therapy, and chiropractic most of my life. I have never experienced the kind of results that I enjoy at ReBalance. It all starts with Milo, my therapist and owner of ReBalance. Milo is completely dedicated to producing great results with you, so if you are looking for results this is by far the best environment for you. He has an incredibly encyclopedic theraputic knowledge and command of explaining the why's behind the exercises and stretches that he teaches. Everything is tailored to your case. No cookie cutter approach here! I have found that Milo attacks the problem that is bothering you head on, then he strengthens muscles that help to support the healing of affected areas which causes long term relief. ReBalace has a beautiful office with the most modern equipment to help you rehabilitate your problem areas. ReBalance also employs a wonderful app to help you with your follow up exercises and stretches at home! So different from almost all the places I've been in my life. Most places will teach you how to do an exercise or stretch then leave you to your own devices with no explanation of what the goal of the exercise was and make sure that you were doing it correctly. Then when you were leaving, they would give you a piece of paper with the exercise on it. Many times I would look at the exercise and not remember how how to do it. However with the app, no such unsurity can exist. Each one of your stretches and exercises are done in animation so that you can see exactly how to do them and no time is wasted. If you are the kind that is looking for therapy to reduce your pain, to give you back your range of motion, to strengthen your muscles so that your injury dosen't easily return, then you need a therapist that has those same expectations. You need Milo Tarhighi and ReBalance Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: Milo has given me quite a bit of relief from headaches after just 2 visits. The dry needling, manipulations, and exercises have all helped. I will be seeing him a few more times hoping to get total resolution. Justin works with me with the exercise, and he monitors me to make sure I’m doing them correctly. I luv that guy!

Fantastic experience: I was originally treated by Milo and his staff when he was practicing in North Dallas and had exceptional results. Since then, he has moved to open ReBalance in Frisco. Even though I live in Plano and have access other clinics, I trust Milo and his work so much that I make the drive to Frisco every week for my post op shoulder therapy without hesitation. I though I am treated special but his friendly staff when call all patient by name you feel you are family

Fantastic experience: I'm going to say without hesitation "Milo the Miracle Worker!" I have seriously not seen my right shoulder since 1992! I've just been going a couple of weeks but the combination of targeted exercise routines and dry needling have made a major difference. I've truly tried everything. PT was my last hope prior to a nerve block-that I did not want. The app is great and really shows you how to do your "routine." Your always greeted by name and always made to feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: I can’t emphasize enough how amazing I feel after attending only a few sessions with Milo the Owner. He is the first person who I have seen who has truly cared about my injuries by creating a customized plan of action which has immensely reduced my pain level while increasing my mobility. Fantastic experience: I have been a runner all my life but, unfortunately, the last few years I have been dealing with lower back and foot pain. I received a recommendation to visit ReBalance and was very happy with my visit. Milo took the time to get to the root of the issue and work on both issues during my visit. Not only that, he provided exercises to do at home to make improvements between visits. I have already seen improvement and look forward to my next appointment!

Fantastic experience: My husband, Ron, has experienced severe balance and muscle strength issues for the past couple of years. None of his previous PT sessions addressed these problems satisfactorily, effecting only minor improvement. We are so thrilled to have found our local ReBalance facility where Milo has worked closely and patiently with Ron, using therapies that have improved his balance so drastically that he is no longer needing the walker. He has graduated to using a cane and is currently working toward being able to walk without any aides at all! We highly recommend ReBalance PT not only for achieving the exciting improvement in Ron's life, but for their personal dedication to helping their clients.

Fantastic experience: I said to my husband the other day, “Is it weird that I look forward to PT and that it’s the highlight of my week?” I love going to Rebalance! Milo and Justin are so warm and welcoming. They make you feel right at home. The app is a plus and doing the exercises in micro breaks makes it manageable.

Fantastic experience: I have been getting constant headaches that I would just attribute to dehydration. I finally decided to go to ReBalance to treat the headaches at the source. The entire team here is extremely professional, and Milo took the time to listen to my symptoms and diagnose my pain. I tried dry needling therapy along with some manual therapy and I can not believe how quickly my pain went away! Most people may not think of Physical Therapy as the solution for headaches, but I definitely encourage anyone with a persistent headache to give ReBalance a try!

Fantastic experience: My podiatrist Dr. John Baca sent me to Rebalance Physical Therapy for treatment of my plantar fasiitis. I met Justin and Milo. They took the time to figure out the best plan of attack to cure my pain. Let's just say, they're attention to detail made me feel like a VIP. A very one on one approach to PT. Every question I had was answered with knowledge and confidence. I was given the tools and instructions to help with my pain. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Milo from my Tmj doctor. I was told if you want the best person for this type of problem, Milo is it. I have chronic pain in my jaw, neck, shoulders and daily headaches. I live in Flower Mound and this is a 3 hour process for me (drive time plus therapy time) I gladly make the commute twice a week because HE IS THE BEST! My neck and shoulder pain is so much better. Milo pursued extra training of the Tmj condition. He is very knowledgeable, and experienced in knowing how to treat it. He does manual therapy, dry needling, and exercises. He really cares about you and your pain and has a passion for what he does. I am blessed to be one of his patients. Justin is wonderful as well, super compassionate and empathic. If you need physical therapy this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: As a professional athlete whose sole income is based off performance. I have to know that I’m working with the best! Milo and Justin are the best at their craft! With their help I will be hosting the world championship trophy at the end of the year.

Fantastic experience: Milo is one of the most caring Medical professional I have worked with. Justin is no different and they will both go the length to make sure all is well. They are always professional and compassionate. Milo relates well to people and takes time to listen and takes appropriate action on the symptoms. He is a pro at building trust with his patients. Not only has Milo taken great care of my 6 month old very painful sciatic nerve issue, by reducing the sciatica pain but also helped building my core strength. I was at a point where I couldn’t sleep at night because of the pain even after taking meds. Now, I’ve been able to go back to my daily activities without pain and am able to sleep at night. I highly recommend for you to come visit Milo if you’re needing PT, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have had back pain since I was a teenager and after surgery on my 2 ruptured discs, I thought I was in the clear, until recently. I pulled my back recently, after having a baby, and was in debilitating pain. Milo helped me get my life back to normal with needling, exercises, and my favorite- manual therapy (which is essentially an incredible massage for the pain). His customized exercises pertaining to your issues, his manual therapy , his needling skills & more importantly his ability to focus & guide you through out your sessions, is very commendable. I felt that consistently in every sessions I had with him. He made it very relaxing yet very effective for me to heal faster. He listens to your body & tells you exactly what will help you. Fantastic experience: Before I came to Milo and his team, I was having chronic shoulder and neck pain for about 3-4 years from bad posture and improper lifting form. After a couple months of treatment (which included therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and dry needling), my shoulder and neck pain have significantly improved along with my lifestyle and daily habits.
