Fantastic experience: The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and professional from the original assessment to the final therapy session. The therapys were creative and challenging. Having use of the YMCA gym was an added bonus. Thanks to Paige, Julian, Dylan and Alicia for their help with my rehab.

Fantastic experience: I have had outstanding treatment at FYZICAL. I have had pain in my hip/leg for more than three years. Paige and Carly suggested I try additional back/hip work to include pelvic floor evaluation. This pelvic floor work has been highly effective in releasing the pain in my leg/hip. It took several treatments for maximum effect, but from the very first session I could tell that something was different. I am now relatively pain free. I highly recommend this physical therapy practice and the providers working there.

Fantastic experience: I had to do Physical Therapy for about 6 weeks and I had the privilege of working with Jordan. Jordan is very knowledgeable and encouraging. I learned a lot by working with him. The entire staff there is very kind. I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them.

Paige is a unique caregiver who gives focused attention to details and as a result is an excellent problem solver. She consistently goes above the call of duty to provide the best care possible. Thank you to Keyanna for always being so helpful as well. This is a great cohesive team and I appreciate them all very much.

Negative experience: I tried to setup an appointment with Fyzical only to receive a long list of excuses and encouraging me try again with more information or someone else. Kyinna, the person answering the calls, wasted my time instead of telling me we aren't truly interested in having you as a patient.

Fantastic experience: To get a new electric wheelchair I had to go for an evaluation at FYZICAL. Dr. Paige Robson took care of me. She was very thorough with the paperwork and the various things I had to attempt. Dr. Robson had some good points for me concerning my new chair and my own medical needs. After rethinking our conversation I will cover new things she pointed out to my doctor and see if more can be done for me. Dr. Robson was very concerned about me and I appreciate her help. I feel that I can call her for anything I might need in the future. For sure she will be the one I go to as well as refer my friends and family to.

Fantastic experience: Went to Fyzical because I had vertigo for a year and a half and doctors couldn't fix it. My first visit was with Matt and he evaluated the problem and was able to fix the vertigo that had messed with my life for over a year and a half that day. Over the next several weeks Matt, Josh and Terry helped me to regain my balance and gave me exercises to do to keep improving my balance. Sorry to say doctors couldn't fix my problem but Fyzical therapist could. Thanks to Matt,Josh and Terry I got my life back.

Fantastic experience: Was experiencing severe vertigo. Called in and was scheduled the next day. Bruce was very caring and thorough in evaluating and treating me. By my 2nd visit I was better! Grateful!!

Fantastic experience: The staff is absolutely wonderful, I can’t say that enough times! They are knowledgeable, experienced, and thoughtful. I have rarely felt so supported and understood by medical staff before becoming a patient here. Having access to pool therapy was also very helpful. Would recommend them to anyone needing any kind of PT! They also specialize in balance/vertigo and pelvic health for those that may need that.

Fantastic experience: Page and her female colleague, and secretary are so kind and professional. The therapist's have so much knowledge in the field. Have had 2 visits so far for my hip and back pain. They seem to have diagnosed me correctly, as I 'm seeing positive results that noticing less stiffness and pain. I look forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: One on one personalized recovery and treatment at Fyzical. I just had reverse should replacement at the end of November and am already working on strengthening Feb 2. Very impressed with the care and treatment and family environment. Highly recommend for those not wanting to go to a production line type of treatment center. You do have a choice. Don't let your surgeon convince you to go to the PT service at their center without checking out the options. Insurance will pay for the one you select. Do your research as it will make all the difference in your recovery! Hope this helps.

Fantastic experience: I chose Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center Gainesvile following several years of failed treatments and therapies for chronic hip and leg pain. They are convenient to my work, affordable and very professional. From my initial inquiry, evaluation and scheduling of appointments the entire staff demonstrated a willingness to provide patient services above and beyond what I have preciously experienced in the Gainesville area. Venessa, Bruce, Paige and Rita actually "work" with their patients as opposed to my last experience where the therapist sat in a chair and watched me do the prescribed therapies. I am very impressed with the depth of the evaluation Bruce did before formulating a plan that will not only help reduce my pain levels, which in past months has been 9's and 10's, but addressed mobility issues not determined by other therapists. Vanessa and Paige gave up part of their time so I could receive additional treatment to further reduce pain levels. I highly recommend this YMCA located facility and wish I gone there sooner. Fyzical was highly recommended by my Primary Care Physicians and for me, that is the best recommendation available.

Fantastic experience: I have vertigo. Bruce was able to diagnose where the crystal was and treat me accordingly. He is fantastic!

Negative experience: I have only been going Physical Therapy for 3 times an they have helped me feel better already. I had Travis was my physical therapist he was excellent, unfortunately had to leave at the end of May he had to go to a different Therapy office to complete his schooling. Then I was given Faith which was ok, but I wanted a different Therapist. But when I asked I was basically told no. So I stopped going. I called back about a month later after my MRI an was still told no. So I have been going to UF Rehab. I am very disappointed in the center.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was told by everyone at the facility that my PT sessions would be completely covered by my insurance. Nine months later I got a bill for $250 to cover my deductible. I tried to reach out to this company on several occasions about this and did not get a response. If you must use this company, check with your insurance company first to find out how much you will have to pay..

Fantastic experience: Unlike other PT facilities, Fyzical doesn’t try to see how many patients they can cram in at once, Fyzical books 1 patient so they can devote all their time to that patient. I’ve never enjoyed PT so much and made so much progress so quickly.

Fantastic experience: Bruce Sack has been my main PT advisor since May 2022 for attempted PT-driven herniated disc relief, which unfortunately did not work for me, and ongoing stretch-strengthening conditioning until I have disc decompression surgery in late August. Bruce, ever the supportive professional and friendly, flexible trainer, got me started on the right track, then turned me over to his assistant and summer intern Logan, who managed my case very well over the ensuing 3 months of three sessions per week. Logan methodically and sensitively, and with constant good humor, worked closely with me to learn and perform exercises that somewhat improved my pain levels a bit, and used the oscillator, cold compress and laser to excellent effect. I really cannot thank Logan enough for giving me such a good PT experience, and recommend him highly in his future career as a therapist.

Fantastic experience: Everybody there was friendly and accommodating. Even though I mistakenly arrived an hour early, they worked me in. Paige was knowledgeable and ran through my home balance exercises with me to be sure i understood "what and why". I highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: Was referred here for some incredibly bad neck/upper back pain that was radiating down my right arm. Over the course of five weeks, Sarah (director) performed a series of techniques and provided stretching guidance that miraculously prevented me from going for yet another MRI. I stopped going a week early because the pain was completely gone and I regained strength and range of motion in my right arm. She is super caring and professional. In fact, everyone in that suite is super nice and helpful. Five stars truly isn’t enough! Thank you all ❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I love Fyzical at the Y!! The pool makes it so much easier to work on my injured legs. Bruce and Paige are wonderful,caring and really take the time to listen and truly care about my recovery. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Now as I am getting better they will help me transition to some of the Y' offering like Senior Sneakers and light weight lifting. Can say enough ❤️

Fantastic experience: Bruce ran me through a series of tests that helped to determine the source of my vertigo and imbalance . He took time to listen ,educate and encourage me . I also like being able to easily access the videos via my cell phone of the follow up exercises that I am to do at home .
