I recently had back surgery and I chose to have Penny be my physical therapist. She is very knowledgeable about various types of surgeries and how to rehabilitate from them. I think that anyone would be very pleased with their progress if they chose Penny as their physical therapist.

Fantastic experience: The therapists are great. Made a great plan for me that is so very helpful. Edit: today was my last day of therapy. My therapist, Tommy, is the best! I was able to meet all my goals and have been given the tools to keep my knee healthy and strong. It was well worth the drive and if i ever need PT again, i will only go to Request.

Jeff prepared an exercise plan for me, walked me through each step explaining in detail which mussels were being strengthened and prepared a chart for home use in between visits. I finally experience relief from my long debilitating back pain. Yes, I will return to request for future Physical Therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Id like to start off by saying wow, what an amazing staff. I worked with multiple trainers here for over 9 months, and every appointment was amazing. Each trainer helps you and your personal needs, tailors the training to your specific injury, and creates a safe space to recover/heal. I loved working with all of my trainers, especially Penny, Alex, and Muki, as well as everyone else who assisted me during my recovery periods. Since leaving, I have felt much more stable in my knee and have been able to go back to living life. The workouts and advice they gave me throughout my time there help me comfortably continue to improve on my own, and strengthen my leg again. I highly recommend anyone who wants or needs physical therapy to come here. Low hourly pricing, a welcoming front desk crew and professional staff, and all the equipment necessary to get you back and running (literally), this place has it all.

After my knee replacement surgery, I worked with almost all the therapists at Request Physical Therapy and they were all outstanding. Fantastic experience: I began going to ReQuest after my knee replacement surgery. With the assistance and supervision of the Physical Therapists at ReQuest, I was able to gain flexibility, mobility and overall strength. During the two months of therapy, I worked with most of the therapists, but Muki Rico was the guiding force behind my rehabilitation. Shout out to Jeff, Hannah, Alex, and Alphonso - all terrific. I always looked forward to the warm greetings from the front desk staff too. Frankie, who did the scheduling and handled payments, was very supportive and encouraging. Sophia, Maya, Ali and Daphna never failed to greet me warmly and ask how I was doing. To make everything even better, I also took advantage of getting massages from David, who in my experience has given me the most therapeutic and beneficial massages EVER. He is incredible at finding those spots causing pain and healing you. Good job ReQuest!

Fantastic experience: My therapist, Pat, is probably the best health professional I have ever encountered. During my initial evaluation, the opinion of a therapist from a different practice suggested something counter-intuitive. Instead of asserting her own opinion, she admitted that maybe there was a reason for the other provider's suggestion that she was unaware of. So, despite her many years of experience, she looked it up right then and there, and her original opinion was correct. Before my next session, she had independently researched my specific situation to provide a more complete treatment, even reaching out to my surgeon to request a full report of the procedure. She is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Her attitude has been practical yet encouraging. I could go on. I wish more health care workers were like Pat. I look forward to my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: My experience with ReQuest was nothing but positive. All appointments were on time and the therapists were friendly and knowledgeable, taking time to explain and demonstrate the exercises and to watch that I was able to do them with good form. The variety of exercises ensured that I wouldn't get bored by doing the same old things, and it was stressed that I needed to work hard enough to be challenged without overdoing it. I would recommend ReQuest to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have been to 3 sessions and am very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism displayed by the staff. First of all I like the team concept and the inclusion of students on the team observing. Second, the cleanliness of the facility. And last of all is the proximity to the Health club. I'm there at least 3 times a week and I just work my treatment in with my daily routine.

The staff at the front desk, especially Maya, are always friendly and welcoming, and my therapist, Pat Nichols, is always respectiful, kind and helpful,. Jeff has a PhD and decades of experience so it would be difficult to find a Physical Therapist more qualified than him!

Fantastic experience: Think physical therapy is only for large injuries? Think again! If you're having any muscle, limb, or core pain and aren't sure what's causing it, this is where you should go. Kiri does a far more in-depth diagnosis than I ever expected. She honed in on the muscle at fault and together with Josh and Zion created a plan for me to fix that. This included varied exercises to target that muscle and any others they thought could use some work. They showed me how so many of our muscles work together. Not only do you want to treat the specific muscle, but the entire area around it to help support it. If you want a challenge they will give it to you. The staff are very dedicated and passionate about the care they provide and really want to see their patients thrive, not just recover. Highly, highly recommend.

Bryony Pullin is the best massage therapist I have ever experienced! She is extremely knowledgeable, considerate of my unique needs and has my highest recommendation.

When I began therapy I had sciatica for several months, in addition problems holding back up. Fantastic experience: Hello. Mrs Pat is the CHT at Request and has been a blessing!! When we had questions after my first surgery she began seeking out answers for me. Her kindness, compassion and understanding of my needs has made it a pleasure working with her. My last MRI showed the initial left thumb ligament repair and anchor was still in place but we both knew it wasn’t right. Something was wrong and we moved forward and requested the surgeon do a revision. My surgery revealed the anchor had backed completely out hence the constant pain and inflammation so the entire process was redone. We are on the second round of hand therapy and I’m grateful she’s helped me through this time. The team in the scheduling Dept. have been great too! Thanks Request and thanks Mrs Pat Kproctor

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience with Request PT these past couple months!! Worked 1-1 with Penny for about 5 weeks and took her advice on strengthening my hip flexors 3-4 days a week in the gym (been doing that now for about 4 months!) and amazingly have zero pain in my hip now :) I went in, back in November, not being able to walk even 0.25 miles without pain and diagnosed with torn hip labrum/sprained hip flexor. I can happily say I just ran a half marathon this April, pain-free! Feeling the strongest and healthiest i’ve felt and couldn’t be more thankful for Request!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to let you know that Mukunda (Muki), an aquatics therapist at Request, is amazing. I had aquatics before with Request and it was good but I had to restart after a long time of not having it. Muki has the perfect balance of professionalism, genuine empathy and supportiveness while ensuring that you're meeting your therapy goals. The qualities I mentioned are, unfortunately, lacking in most medical professionals so you are LUCKY to have him. Not only do I feel better physically, but mentally too; thanks to Muki's encouragement, I know that I can, now, even exceed my goals! One last thought, I've watched him with other patients as well and he seems to have a unique ability to change his style to meet the needs of each patient. A gem, for sure! Thank you REQUEST.

Fantastic experience: I suffered a severe groin strain at the end of September 2022as well as balance issues from a stroke in 2019. I visited Request at the Tioga center two times a week for over 4 months and over that time I worked with just about everyone on the staff. All of the physical therapists worked very hard to get back to 100 percent. They are a compassionate and caring group of individuals who listened to my concerns and adjusted their approaches to my therapy accordingly. Many thanks to Jerry, Dawn, Adrian and their assistants for my recovery.
