Fantastic experience: Staff at FYXICAL are all well-trained and efficient. So happy I choose this place for my needs. Parking at the Truist Bank Building is a nightmare for physically challenged clients. The bank employees park their cars in the front parking area nearest to FYZICAL leaving the clients to park in the side and back of the bank. Designated Handicapped Spaces are too far away. Fantastic experience: I wanted to say for my 1st time doing a therapy balance test this place is AWESOme!!! The staff is very upbeat and makes you feel like a person who can achieve and overcome this challenge.

Fantastic experience: In dealing with vestibular balance issues, I was referred to Fyzical. I have been very well cared for and each week, I am challenged more and more by the therapists who are all kind and committed to helping me retrain and regain my inner ear to work correctly. I have been very happy with my progress so far as I continue my therapy.

Fantastic experience: I run a local electrical business, and I believe strongly in treating people right. A year and a half ago, I was in an accident causing the tearing of both the meniscus as well as the Medial ligament. My doctor had me do physical therapy as part of the process to a partial knee replacement, so I am familiar with other options locally. I recently had the partial knee replacement done, and am now in therapy at Fyzical. Very rarely do you come in contact with a group of people that actually care. You may trip across someone here or there, but finding an entire group that truly cares about MY needs, and how I feel has been a refreshing change from the norm. Thank you Fyzical team for making this the BEST part of a very long and arduous road.

Fantastic experience: To: The Fyzical Gainesville Oaks Staff Thanks to each and every one of you. Your friendly, courteous and professional knowledge made the difference in my speed recovery from a life of pain. As a senior I'm often given medications when it comes to pain. Upon my arrival, all medical & Insurance paperwork was completed, my condition accessed, a plan of recovery was explained, a treatment team assembled, a schedule of appointments created, the next day my treatment for pain began, at the end of each session I was given handouts to continue home excises. This is a great therapeutic center!! Very well managed, quiet, exceptionally clean, simple but highly effective, Understand me good. This is not a social club but a real clinic. When told my recovery was complete, I was back to my old self again. I was saddened. A bond had been formed. Your service healed more than the body; it heals the mind as well. Again, Thank you all, especially (Stephanie, Sarah and Daphna)

Positive experience: The experts at this location; Stephanie, Wraine, and Jackie are absolutely TOP NOTCH. All three of these people really know what they are doing and I was fortunate to have over 65 visits at this location. The management and rules are a different story. I am no longer going to FYZICAL solely because they want to charge me $40 for not giving a 24 hour cancellation notice of an appointment. My usual appointments were on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Last week they had been changed to Tuesday and Thursday. On Wednesday at 445PM my husbands Dr called as they had a cancellation appointment available on Thursday. I grabbed that appointment as I needed to get my husband into the Dr. (he does not drive) I called to cancel the PT appt prior to the office opening Thursday morning and I spoke with the office once they opened. I advised them why I needed to cancel. This did not meet with their guidelines of 24 hour notice and I was told there would be a $40 fee. If I was continually not showing up for appointments or constantly changing appointments, I could see them enforcing this rule, but I would get phone calls the day before or the day of asking me to change my appointment to help accommodate their scheduling. I had no problem with that. I do have a problem that they are wanting to charge me when I had a need to get my husband to the Dr. appointment. I specifically asked to speak with Stephanie but was told there is nothing she can do to change it, so basically I could not speak with her. While the medical care was outstanding at this office I will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail by the Fyzical staff. I recently had meniscus surgery and I was referred to Fyzical for physiotherapy by a BNI member. My first appointment with Dr. Gardner was comprehensive and informative. I feel very comfortable with the treatment and the plan that was prescribed to me. I will be referring my friends and family to Fyzical.
