Brooks Rehabilitation Home Health - Gainesville

Fantastic experience: I want to encourage all whom are considering Brooks Rehab to feel confident with this facility. I am a healthcare advocate and educator. I have no affiliation with this facility. I not only researched this facility prior to recommending to my friend, but I also witnessed the excellent staff at work. As a healthcare surrogate for my friend I was impressed with the level of care and therapy that he was provided. It is rare that during an admission to a facility would result with an experience that had absolutely no complaints. This facility not only matched their mission statements, but they exceeded their goals at providing solid rehabilitative care. The acute care facility scoffed at our decision to refuse LTAC and we pushed for an IRF facility. Even our local IRF refused to evaluate the referral discounting want we the patients advocates wanted and focused only on the black and white in print. Brooks took the time to go see my friend and to truly see his abilities in addition to his medical documentation. We were more than pleased to travel past two inpatient rehab facilities to come to Brook’s Rehab. I will now always advocate for Brooks rehab over all others in the state of Florida. My friend is now home after only 14 days at Brooks and is now living his best life. Thank you Brooks for providing such excellent staff from CNA RN PT OT and case managers job well done
