My Physical Therapist Ann is thorough and listens to everything I have to say about my condition in order to ensure I get the best care possible. Her bedside manner helps me to feel comfortable during our sessions and she provides clear direction for my at home care. I really appreciate this wonderful group of professionals.

Fantastic experience: This is a great rehab; close to home and my rehab assistant is the best!

Negative experience: I was led to believe my fee was $100 per visit. I paid the $100 on each visit. I later found I was being charged substantially more. My therapist never looked at the x-rays of my back. This was a critical part of the treatment to me.

Fantastic experience: This Physical Therapist is amazing. She listens and cares. When I say she listens I mean she hears what I say and takes it into consideration with my care plan, and she listens to hear my joints. I have never had a physical therapist who took such time and care to make me as strong as I can be. I have had hips issues since 2017 when I broke my hip and I have tried several different therapist, Kylie is the only one I have taken the time to write a review. There is something different and wonderful about her approach. If you are in pain I would highly recommend her! Thank you Kylie and I look forward to getting stronger with you!!!

Fantastic experience: Toby was a wonderful doctor. He went out of his way to fully explain the problems I was going through and was very responsive to my pain level - working with me and adapting our conditioning schedule as needed.

Fantastic experience: My therapy experience at BSW was outstanding and Joelle is a first-rate therapist. Since my injury involved not only my back, but also something going on in my abdomen (still awaiting CT-scan results on that), Joelle was careful to craft exercises that would not aggravate the abdominal situation. She was very gentle and I appreciated that. Would not hesitate to return here if need arises or if I need more back therapy once abdominal problem resolved.

Fantastic experience: I came here to get therapy after my rotator cuff repair in 2017 and also when I was having dizziness problems in 2022. Both times the therapists were extremely knowledgeable and were able to give me the tools to get me back to where I needed to be. Both were very compassionate yet focused on exactly what I needed to come back from my surgery and later my inner ear problem. I highly recommend Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with my time at the BSW Rehab. Morenike B is wonderful and very professional. She is very aware of what I can and can not do until I can get rid of this neck brace but my time there is never wasted. She has me doing things just to get my neck and shoulder muscles going again.

Fantastic experience: Joelle Lebeau was my Physical Therapist for 9 weeks following surgery for a broken patella. She was fantastic at pacing me, while challenging me to do my best. When I was having problems, she could feel what was happening and spent time helping me work through the issues. The exercises she sent home with me helped me progress faster. Her warm personality was very professional, and made everyone feel welcome. As the manager, she kept things running so smoothly. I liked the way the staff cleaned the equipment and followed COVID protocol.

Fantastic experience: The guys here are very professional and helpful. The staff work well together and treated me with with respect. The sanitation was great and the social distancing was strictly observed. Will be going back for my total knee rehab. I feel very comfortable there. The therapist are very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient there about 3 years ago and again in 2020 and 2021. 3 different therapist and all of them were great. They were all very caring and knowledgeable and listen well to what I have to say. I would recommend them any time to anyone.

Fantastic experience: David has been a gem! I’ve used this rehab twice. Once to prepare for foot surgery and now for rehab on a knee that was replaced over two years ago. My results have been great. I was well prepared with strengthening exercises to go no weight bearing following my surgery this summer. I had mentioned during those sessions that I still suffered a lot of pain from the knee replacement. David said he thought he could help with that so I have returned to see if he could. The exercises and manipulations have targeted my problems and I am so much better. For the first time in over two years I’m not waking up every time I move my leg and I’m able to sit and relax at the end of the day without it aching. Let me say this also. I have been faithful to follow through at home with his prescribed exercises. Taking off maybe one day a week to rest. I highly recommend this rehab facility!

Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My PT, Akexia Harrigan, has a doctorate and helped diagnose a muscle imbalance issue. I was given specific exercises to correct the imbalance.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Alexia Harrigan, PT, for three conditions at various times over the past few years (lower back, hip, and knee.). I discovered her by chance when I was looking for a referral in the Garland area, but what a find! She is knowledgeable, caring, personable, and she has helped me immensely. She has helped me understand my body and it’s mechanisms better, and I have learned ways to help myself stay healthier and mobile as I move through these years of aging and the inevitable aches and pains that seem to go with that process (I am 76). Thank you, Alexia, and all the staff there.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this location. The physical thereapists, David and Alexa are very knowledgeable, caring and professional. They have explained why I am given certain exercises and how the muscles work together. The exercises are working, my problem seems to be easing up. Other staff are also helpful and patient. The facility is clean, has lots of light and is a nice place to be.

Fantastic experience: JC was great. My daughter attended because she had a knee injury. He was very thorough on everything. He accommodated my scheduling needs and would explain to me the reason for the exercises. He was extremely friendly and pleasant at all times. If I ever have another PT need I will want to see JC. The entire staff is very sweet.

Fantastic experience: The crew at this location is a great group to work with. My primary therapist is David, however I have worked with the others and they all have been great to work with. They are caring, friendly, and experienced in their craft. The environment is small enough for interaction, yet well equipped to accomplish the work. Fantastic experience: My first day was amazing. I opened the door to the best customer service greeting I'd had seen in a long time. My wait was only 5 minutes in a very well décor in both the waiting room and the therapy room. David was open to casual conversation that made the program and time effective.
