Fantastic experience: My physical therapy was consistent, specific and detailed to work on my toe that was broken 1.5 yrs ago. My PT was very good and helped me work on balance and using safety precautions so I would not fall again. She was very open to questions and finding better ways for me go walk and prevent falls. she was kind and a good listener.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to them by my orthopedic surgeon. I'm so happy I chose this location!! Heather Martin, whose my occupational therapist at this location is AWESOME!! She very informative on what's she doing . She explained things as she did them. She let me know that she would be in constant contact with my Dr, about my care . She encourages me as I'm doing my therapy. She very gentle when changing my dressing on my hand. She's just an AMAZING therapist!! This is actually an update. I started therapy in November. On March 25, I returned to work!! All of this BECAUSE of Heather. She gave me the tools to use at home to help with my recovery!!! I'm forever indebted to her, for helping me gain strength and mobility in my wrist and hand!! ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: If you have been directed for therapy on your hand, this is the place to go. I worked with Heather Martin, and because of her, I am ahead of schedule on my recovery. Attentive, thourough, caring, concerned about my journey. Hopefully, I never need hand therapy again, but if I do, I am going back here and seeing Heather.

I’ve had only 2 of 10 sessions and feeling better already. Thanks to Dr. Hollingsworth for the advice/referral.

Fantastic experience: My doctor recommended going to BSW Rehab on Telecom Pkwy. to treat my diagnosis of vertigo. I have know friends who have had it, but wasn't quite sure about the condition itself. I wasn't aware that you could treat it, or that you could even do "anything about it" once you had it. Well, after making an appointment to start my therapy, and receiving a minimal amount of treatment from Sarah my therapist, I am doing much better now. Sarah is very good at what she does, and everyone at the BSW Rehab facility have really been great!

Negative experience: If I could give the occupational therapist, Dejuanna Bogar there a 0 stars I would. My father has a traumatic brain injury and was a pedestrian hit by a car in 2017. He has had to come there periodically due to Falls and setbacks in the last couple years since it is the closest neurological rehab to us. In the past the Occupational Therapist used to work with him was great and really went the extra mile. They now have a new Occupational Therapist by the name of Dejuanna Bogar who is very inexperienced and right off the bat has been challenging to work with in getting my father the right care. I expressed my concerns to her that my father had a fall, and has a hard time standing in a straight position and is leaning onto the walker, I also went over all of his weaknesses, and how he has had certain challenges with certain activities which were upper body, which is related to OT. She instead wanted to refer to PT because she thought that is not some thing that she should be helping with. I quickly reminded her that OT is for upper body, and this is regarding his upper body kyphotic posture. I also went over some of the other challenges that he has having and has made it very hard at home and how he needed to get stronger to be able to do certain activities and cognitive as well. Being in the medical field, I have a pretty good grasp of this but unfortunately, I am not in Dallas to be able to carry on the responsibility for therapy. She basically never listened, when I checked she just got out of school two years ago and it’s not even trying to rectify the situation and only scheduled him to start off with OT 1x/wk. I reached out and said if you were starting him at one time per week, what does a month from now look like since he really needs more help. She said she thinks this is suitable for him and that this is what she is recommending and we’ll stick with. The manager also has not been helpful in helping the situation. This place has completely changed since the last time I have come and I cannot tell you how disappointing it is to spend the time to take your loved ones to therapy to not get the right care due to a non-caring, no compassionate, and inexperienced OT named Dejaunna who has really showed these qualities. I can honestly tell you that a lot of the reviews here must be cooked. When I talk to the manager for Health, she said that they are so booked out months and months and that it is very hard to accommodate any scheduling and that they have a hard time hiring people. Also, this is just what they have. Please, please if you have the ability to find another place and can drive a little more of a distance, it would be worth it to find the right therapist who can help you. This has probably been the worst experience with the OT. We have had in the last 7 years since my dad’s injury.

Fantastic experience: BSW Rehab met all my requirements for outpatient rehabilitation after I broke my hip. It is very close to my home and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and work together as a team. Katie is wonderful and attentive, and sensitive to your thoughts and feelings throughout the process of recovery. She makes the time fly by while making it fun!

Fantastic experience: I have to say Jeffery at BSW is the best of the best. He made sure that I was back to doing basic things that most people take for granted. Like brushing your hair your teeth or even washing your body. When you lose the use of your hands for any time abd don’t have the strength to hold your cellphone it changes you. The atmosphere in the clinic is upbeat and friendly, even fun with lively music and lots of joking around. We work hard to get my wrist where it needs to be but it's an hour that passes by quickly! Fantastic experience: As far as I'm concerned everybody there should get a #5. Mo was my favorite therapist, then Jill. The therapists are all friendly, they all work together and help each other, if needed, they are concerned about their patients, and very knowledgeble and caring about their job. Everybody seems to be organized. I feel so much better when I leave the place. My walking is so much better with no pain. The place is always cleaned.

Fantastic experience: On my first visit, Joe, my physical therapist, not only explained why my bursitis was so painful but showed me pictures of the area. He gave me treatment options, but also told me about the fastest and most effective way to get the healing started. Admittedly, the treatment wasn't fun, but it made a BIG difference in lessening my pain. And Joe was just a lot of fun. He really made me feel comfortable. Location is really convenient to me, too.

Fantastic experience: The professionals at this Physical Therapy Center are focused on your specific needs and provide tuned activity to improve your specific limitations without excessive strain or pain. Their facility is modern and kept extremely clean and disinfected during COVID and against transmission from one client to another. This is the BEST facility I have ever used.

Fantastic experience: Loved my whole experience with the Baylor Scott & White Rehab team. Kristopher helped me work through my chronic headaches, and also taught me methods to use at home to prevent them. The front office staff was very helpful and friendly, as well. They worked on making sure my insurance would cover the services for me and also were able to get me on the schedule quick, despite being very busy and fully booked. I appreciate everything they did for me and was discharged feeling like a brand new person. Thank ya'll so much!

Fantastic experience: Eric is so awesome! He's always friendly, ask questions about your day or weekend. He makes you feel as if you known him for a long time. He's very good at his job and very attentive. I had rotator cuff surgery about a month ago and my range of motion surpasses what it was originally. I would definitely recommend Eric at Baylor Scott & White Rehab. In the middle of my rehab, I got a new therapist named Chris. He is pretty awesome and will whip you into shape really fast. I mad a lot of progess withing my few weeks with Chris. I love that Chris pushes you to your fullest potential. I would recommend Chris to anyone!

On the first day of treatment I left feeling so much better. On the second visit I felt 80% better! In just two visits I felt my life being handed back to me. The staff is friendly and thoughtful with a professional attitude of caring. I had considered surgery for my sciatica but not anymore! I've been given my life back!!! Recovering from a broken wrist, my Occupational Therapist, Jeffrey, makes me feel like full recovery IS possible-- that one day I will be back to normal! :) He pushes me and encourages me to do more. I'm scared to think about where I'd be without Occupational Therapy! It has been such a blessing to me!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been to physical therapy several times for other issues, but I must say Baylor Scott & White on Telecom Pkwy was the most comprehensive. You have a variety of exercises instead of the same old thing every time you go. Therapists are strict but kind and like to joke around but get the job done. Most days I left PT feeling much better than when I went. The front office ladies were always friendly and upbeat. I would recommend them to anyone needing PT. By the way my PT was because of spinal fusion surgery.

Fantastic experience: I am getting great muscle tone coaching from Eric. I actually think I will reach my physical goals because he knows which and how to tone each muscle. I already feel the improvement after 3 sessions.

Fantastic experience: I have never been to rehab before so was a little aprehensive my first visit. I was greeted by very friendly intake staff and that really helped. Then I noticed as patients were leaving they were in good spirits talking with their assigned specialist and that made me feel at ease. My own therapy experience has been quite positive and could not be more pleased with the rehab specialists working with me.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient I did not know what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. These folks are good!.They asked me questions to understand my situation then explained what I needed to do and showed me how to do it. They were very pleasant to work with and know what they are doing. I highly recommend this location and the great folks that work there to anyone needing a great place for rehab.

Fantastic experience: From the time I left my Dr's office and went directly to Baylor physical therapy department to make an appt. to now, I was so impressed by their kindness and willingness to help their patients. At the front desk that day I was told if I cared to wait 30 min. I could have my first therapy visit. What a surprise. The staff was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. After two visits, I began to have Kristopher as my regular therapist. He never kept me waiting, introduced each new activity carefully, and explained why it would be beneficial. They also printed out the exercises and gave me the option to access the website and view videos and how many to do (because you forget when you get home). They really listen and if new problems or pain arises, they will adjust the program to fit your needs.h I highly recommend BS&W Rehab.

Fantastic experience: Great group of PT's who are caring and serious but add lightness and levity to each session. They work well together and with their patients. I've had super care under Eric. I'm seeing improvement with each visit. He makes the workouts interesting and takes a personal interest. Answers all my questions and keeps me well informed.

Fantastic experience: never had a broken bone or any kind of therapy, but MAN this therapist was amazing! I would highly recommend him. My therapy was on a broke right wrist and I was so nervous about even applying any pressure on it. I also workout doing bootcamp stuff and first day back I was literally doing it all, including push-ups! :) (tear) I honestly can say that I would not be able to be back to as normal as possible without Jeffrey, not only does he work wonders but he shows that he cares about his patients and applies his knowledge in his treatment for us to be successful by the time we complete therapy. thank you so much :)

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Baylor Scott and White has been amazing! My mom had a stroke a few months back and Taylor led her physical therapy. Even though the road was tough my mom loved Taylor and the encouragement she gave. Jeffery is now working with her on her Occupational Therapy and he is also fantastic. He’s helping her to better her handwriting skills! And last but not least...Diana! I can’t say enough great things about her. My mom suffered a huge deficit in her speech and cognitive abilities after the stroke and Diana has been patient with her, encouraging to her, and challenging all at the same time. We all love and highly recommend Diana!! Benita and Alice at the desk are also wonderful!! They go above and beyond to make the schedule work and to be the liaison between the patient the the doctor. WE LOVE THIS BAYLOR REHAB!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely am so happy we found this clinic. The staff are all so helpful and friendly, and the environment is more like home than a clinic. I would recommend this clinic to anyone! The staff strives to bring out the best for their patients. They are very encouraging, but won't push you harder than you need to be pushed. Fantastic experience: I had a stroke 7/9 on vacation-out of country and finally got to Baylor Rehab.! I worked for Baylor physicians for 40plus years and was so glad to get there! We chose Walter Reed for Rehab b/c of close proximity to our home and it has been great!! Will be reassessed next week at Baylor Downtown and expecting a good report! Baylor Rehab Garland has been a very good experience

Fantastic experience: Very impressive staff. They are in tune with their patients needs and are dedicated to helping them recover. Eric is awesome and I am just as impressed with the other PT's from watching them.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the entire team. They move like a well oiled machine. Great coordination amongst the team. Not a minute is wasted. Physiotherapists are knowledgeable and very helpful. At the end of the session, I always felt good and felt better. All in all a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Taylor Petrick served as my Physical Therapist and Jeffrey served as my Occupational Therapist. Both of them were thorough, knowledgeable and patient with me as I underwent my rehabilitation. Their knowledge of my stroke symptoms helped them to hone in on the needs for recovery and rehabilitation. Each toughened up my body and mind to reacclimate myself back to mainstream living and work. Fantastic experience: We myself and Grandson of Special Needs Love this place for his Therapy. Everyone is so nice to both of us , Myself with the ladies in the office they are wonderful they get with me on sceduling to make sure he gets the Therapy he needs as well working between other appointments he has. The Therapist are awesome they do explain to me in a way that I understand so at home I can help him. I had my brother go for his PT , he loved it also. So Friendly . My grandson has no problems going for his Therapy and to me that’s a plus in itself.
