Fantastic experience: Excellent work by Randy and his crew. Randy makes you feel welcome and doesn't ignore you while you are working on your problem areas. I've had other physical therapy and rehabs in the past, but all made me feel like a cattle call, get in and get out. But here I felt comfortable and with the work, my back improved greatly (better than the cortisone injections). Anytime I need help, this is where I'll be. Thanks, Randy & crew.

I started M3 Physical Therapy 2 weeks after having an Laminotomy and Disc discectomy for an l4/l5 herniated disc and my results 2 months later are incredible. Dawn, Craig, Judy and Bethanie are super talented people and they truly have a passion for what they do. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who needs PT or Massage care.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dawn and her team at M3 enough. She is providing physical therapy the way it SHOULD be done with individualized care. Patients are never left alone to figure out exercises and it is not a mill where every patient does the same routine. I am a physical therapist taking time off to raise my boys and if I ever needed physical therapy for myself or my family, I would seek treatment at M3.

I found this place to see if it would help and for the first time in 10+ years I can go day to day without taking Ibuprofen like candy. Fantastic experience: Great facility everybody there is amazing didnt know what to expect going on didn’t think I would get anything or results out of it but was totally mild blown from first visit on every time I did psychical therapy my condition seem to always get worse but from the first visit everything was nothing what I expected they understood what was wrong and address the issues to make my shoulder better and also it was connected with my neck pain which I had no idea what was causing neither one but they knew what the problem could be and once we find the solution we went from there to stop the pain and come up with solution so even after I’m done with my session I would be better after I’m done with physical therapy definitely worth going to would recommend to anybody that’s really trying to better there injury or pain they are having.

Fantastic experience: I come here once a month now for therapeutic massage and I highly recommend Judy. She can identify (at least on me) points where the intensity should be applied without me telling her. Of course she will still ask you if she misses something just to be sure.

Fantastic experience: The best of the best! I’ve been to several different PT places and M3 PT is the best! They don’t over book, you get individual attention, they listen to you and help you understand what’s going on and how it’s going to get better. Plus, I get a massage generally during one of my visits a week. I think this helps so much. You leave feeling relaxed after doing your exercises. I was even able to book a massage one day when I had a migraine. The cost was good and Judy does an amazing job. She will ask you what’s going on and cater your massage to what you need. Fantastic experience: They are excellent. I have been to many physical therapists over the year being a disabled vet. This is the first one that actually gave me treatment to where I am moving with the least amount of pain I have had in years. The combination of physical therapy and therapeutic massage is a game changer. Worth every penny finally walking without a limp!!!

Fantastic experience: I went thru many places before and no body couldn't figure it out where my muscle weakness was coming from. When I visited the 1st time on that day, they knew exactly where the problem was at. After almost 3 months later, they healed my pains up completely and brought the strength back. It was a miraculous. Because of their treatment, I go to White Rock Lake every morning for a walking exercise and start painting. That's the reason I posted my art work of the White Rock Lake view. After major back surgery, I came to M3 and they took time to learn my medical history regarding my back and related issues. I have come a long way due to their patience and progressive therapy treatments. They help set goals on what you want to achieve. I came to M3 on my wife's recommendation, who was successfully treated for ankle issues.

Fantastic experience: Craig did an amazing job with my sprained ankle. I had sprained it several times over the previous few years, and stability was an issue. He helped me strengthen and stabilize the ankle joint; we worked on rebuilding the sensory perceptions so that I wouldn't continue turning it. Plenty of ingenious balance exercises were performed. 2 months later, it feels better than it has in years!

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Dawn and her entire staff at M3 Physical Therapy. Before I started receiving treatment for my severe back pain, I was being treated by a orthopedic surgeon, neurologist, chiropractor and getting massages three times a week. After 3 weeks of treatment from Dawn and her staff, I am virtually pain-free and able to perform the normal activities of daily living. My only regret is I did not seek treatment from M3 Physical Therapy 4-5 months ago when my back troubles started. Even though I live in Plano and had to drive to Rowlet 3 times per week for physical therapy, I highly recommend M3 Physical Therapy.
