My Physical Therapist was Seth and he was very focused on improving my condition with specific exercises to strengthen my hip after a recent surgery. The other therapists seemed as motivated to improve their patient's strength and confidence. I highly recommend One Rehab! Give them a try. Fantastic experience: i’ve been to PT twice at this place and i have to say the staff there is wonderful and my treatment process was incredible. the receptionists are some of the nicest people i’ve encountered and are so friendly. as for physical therapists, the first time i went i had Carly, who was absolutely wonderful. she was so attentive when it came to my exercises and helped with positioning. she also printed out exercises for me to do at home and also added them all on an app. the app helped so much when following along. my pain came back after a year so i went back to PT here a second time. the second time i had Christian who was even just as amazing. she constantly asked me questions, fixed my positioning multiple times, answered all my questions and helped me work out a way to make sure the pain wouldn’t come back again. during our sessions she was always so invested and even created great rapport by talking to me and keeping conversations going. i also did dry needling here and i have to say Christian was amazing at it. my pain went away all because of the dry needling sessions, the exercises she gave me, and the advice she gave me to ensure my pain wouldn’t come back again. if you are needing to do physical therapy i would 10/10 recommend onerehab. the staff is incredible and are like nothing i’ve seen before. i even met the owners and they cared about my treatment just as much as the physical therapists did. great place!

Fantastic experience: When I injured my shoulder, I thought I would never be able to use my arm again. The therapy I got was so great that I can do everything now that I did before my fall, thanks to Seth for great therapy for my shoulder and to Diana for great balance therapy.

I would advise if you go to this place, you will feel what I am saying. Whole staff, but Dr. Seth is amazing.

She was able to teach me new exercises and treatments to improve my stiffness and balance. I'm very appreciative of her skills as a physical therapist on my behalf.

Fantastic experience: Have been working with Seth since the end of November regarding a T12/L1 compression fracture... Couldn't walk in a store or for any distance of a half block.... With his patience, encouragement, and understanding has guided me through a great series of exercises to help strengthen my back... Now I can walk in a store (except Costco), walk 1451 steps in 6 minutes, and able to stand and sit with little to no assistance... Fantastic experience: When I went to One Rehab I was in a wheelchair. I couldn't stand up without help and only for a few seconds. With 5 months of knowledge and work from Dr. Diana Huynh I am now able to walk without a walker!! I had no strength or feeling in my fingers and very little strength in my hands. I couldn't even brush my hair. After 5 months of hard work and knowledge from Dr. Jenny Park I am now able to do everything that I used to do daily. Diana was so helpful and kind. Jenny was also helpful and made things fun even when they were hard to do. Bernice was great at scheduling. She always had a smile on her face and greeted me by name everytime I went in. Stephanie was a great sub when Diana couldn't get me in. I am so thankful for everything that I learned and everything that I can do now. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend One Rehab to anyone. I already miss these people.

Fantastic experience: I went to OneRehab in Richardson for months, both before and after spinal surgery. Seth, Mira, and Carly helped me "pre-hab", and rehab. You can tell they truly care about their patients, and their positive mindset helped me stay motivated and work toward recovery. Fantastic experience: I had severe tendinitis in one elbow/arm for over a year and in the other elbow/arm for 7 months to the point I couldn’t sleep at night or pick up anything. OT and Acupuncture did not help. Dr. Seth Gross knew why I wasn’t getting better and put me on a plan of building the muscles back in my arms very very slowly. It was painful and frustrating at times and it was a bit of a roller coaster in feeling better then hurting again, but I stuck to his method and suggestions of going to see him twice per week and following what he said to do and not do on my own. After 4 months, I’m back to the energy and level of ability I had a year and a half ago. So the slow and steady treatment was definitely worth following.

Fantastic experience: I’d give 10 stars but the scale only goes to 5… Everyone here, including Bernice in the front office, is outstanding and welcoming! My personal physical therapist was Seth (Dr. Seth Gross), and he was fantastic… through his tutelage and creative exercise routines I was able to show steady progress throughout my ten weeks… Seth worked my right knee thoroughly to get it quite functional again from a total knee replacement… I appreciated all the personal attention given at One Rehab and that everyone had a sense of humor and the patient’s best interests at heart. It has been an awesome experience, and I highly recommend One Rehab!

Fantastic experience: I went here for knee pain for the summer and the staff is fantastic! Dr. Seth was my PT and he does a great job of communicating and checking in. I felt like I could tell him where I was at and what was working for me and what wasn't and he would adjust. He did an awesome job of pushing me when I needed that and was always so encouraging and supportive. I made huge strides in my knee pain and am basically where I wanted to be in just a few weeks! The front staff is also so kind. Bernice and Emily are both very friendly and helpful. I had a terrific experience and would recommend!

I worked with Dr.Jenny park for Occupational Therapy and Dr. Diana Huynh for Physical therapy. Both of them are full of energy, lively and always listened to my concerns. They customized therapy exercises tailored to my individual needs and I received the most effective treatment. Thanks to the therapy,I was able to regain the strength in my limbs, regain my independence, and experience a significant improvement in my overall quality of life. Fantastic experience: Visited One rehab for an acute wrist pain I have been struggling with for couple of weeks. Seth Gross helped me in relieving the pain within 7-8 sessions. Fantastic experience: Before coming here I could not go a day without taking a pain killer medication to relieve the tension I had in my lower back and right leg. Seth took his time with me and gave me valuable insight on why he was making me do certain exercises. This is a great place because the staff knows what they are talking about. Physical therapy takes time so the amount of work you put in outside office hours determine how well you progress. I leave this place without taking any medication in months now. I'm forever thankful for this place!

Negative experience: Great therapists and nice facility. Took client in for evaluation. They determined he needed 3x/week therapy for 3 weeks, but the schedule only allowed for once a week for those weeks. If you don't have the necessary staff to provide adequate coverage, stop taking new clients. It is not in their best interest.

Fantastic experience: I was in for Occupational Therapy with Jenny. I had surgery on my left wrist due to a fall with my bike. I had therapy twice a week. First time ever having any bone brake and on top of it needing to go to therapy. Jenny made that one hour session real fun and interesting. Her workout for my wrist where really good helped me heal quick and have movement in my arm immediately. She is very professional and always makes sure that her therapies are soothing not hurtful. It was great having you as my therapist and I am going to miss those wrist massages that where the best at the end.. LOL.. Thanks for helping me heal, you are a great and professional person. Thank you Jenny... You are the BEST at one Rehab.

Fantastic experience: OneRehab’s reviews don’t lie! I saw all the 5 star reviews when I was choosing a PT and now I’m giving it 5 stars because it was a great experience! Before PT I was not getting any better. I had badly sprained my ankle for the first time in my life and was stuck in a boot for a few months. So I took the initiative to convince my foot doctor—who did not believe in PT—to let me do so. If you are hesitant on doing PT, let me tell you, this is your sign to GO DO IT and HEAL properly! I highly recommend Seth Gross, he was a very patient PT that likes to challenge you as you heal, as well as ask you what song/singer is this while you get better. (Iykyk) Though all the workers are OneRehab are caring & friendly too! So doing PT for a few months, I was able to get back to walking and running like new!

Fantastic experience: I just finished my physical therapy at One Rehab and just want to say thank you to the staff and the doctors. The One Rehab facility is clean, updated and the office staff is always friendly. Emily and Pricilla work hard to schedule or reschedule appointments to accommodate what is going on in your life. I had a death in the family and a foundation water leak during my sessions. They could not have been more understanding about rearranging my appointments. Dr. Seth Gross was my doctor the majority of the time I was at One Rehab. He always asked how I was feeling, actually listened to what I said and was thoughtful about how to modify my treatment for the best result. If he is your doctor, ask him about his dog, Scooby. It will buy a few minutes rest:-) I am a senior citizen and I always felt safe while at One Rehab and that the entire staff was invested my recovery. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Can I please give 10 out of 5 stars?? OneRehab, specifically Dr. Stephanie Gil and Dr. Summer Said, have changed my life. Everyone at OneRehab is kind, knowledgable, and intentional. When I started with Summer and Stephanie, I had severe long-term effects from Covid-19. Other doctors had told me over several months that they didn't know how to help me, and that I might never get better. Stephanie, on the other hand, knew exactly how to help, and encouraged me every step of the way that improvement was possible. Her knowledge, encouragement, compassion, skill, and adeptness as a PT are unmatched. 6 months later, I am so, so, so much stronger and in almost no pain. Thank you, thank you!

Fantastic experience: Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even let me set up telemedicine appointments and call them with questions if I ever needed to. Seth Gross, was my PT and I especially recommend him.

Fantastic experience: OneRehab is by far the best physical therapy in the area. Dr. Stephanie Gil is incredible. She is of the most well trained and skilled physical therapists around and shows a real passion and dedication to patient recovery. Physical recovery, strength, balance and agility are provided in addition to education about the fundamentals of joint stability and long term maintenance. Having nearly given up on my injury after seeing three other therapists before, I have now completely recovered after treatment with Dr. Gil at OneRehab. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to One Rehab Richardson for about 2 weeks now. When I arrived I was greeted by Dr Skylar Hays who is awesome. I’m 60 yrs old just recently had back surgery and I have been to other PT places and I felt like a number. Dr Skylar Hays from the moment we meet I felt comfortable and relaxed and safe. For me that’s a big thing. We communicate great! If you need and PT who makes you feel good and explains so much to you PLEASE go see Dr Skylar Hays! Fantastic experience: I’d highly recommend this place. I have been working with Jenny on the recovery of my pinky finger that injured 4 months ago. Jenny is professional in knowledge, has great personality and extremely patient on the treatment. It has been an extremely pleasant experience to work with Jenny through my recovery process. I also noticed other patients are very well treated who also received treatment during my visit. So definitely strongly recommended this place.

Fantastic experience: My experience with OneRehab in Richardson has exceeded my expectations.My therapist, Dr. Sky;ar Haye and others working there are very friendly. Right away I could tell that Dr. Haye was very knowledgeable after explaining my injury to her, and was eager to help. It is different than any other physical therapy I’ve ever been involved with as they explain what they are doing and why. Dr. Haye delivered a productive experience each time and that was very important to me, as I started feeling better and better each session. My problem is already completely healed. I would recommend OneRehab to anyone who needs physical therapy. They really do set the standard.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Skyler Hay, DPT, has been my physical therapist and healing coach at OneRehab for about three weeks. I have increased my strength, endurance and balance in both newly replaced knees and am thus much more confident in my mobility. Overtime I have seen that Dr Hay and her OneRehab colleagues are professional, competent, vigilant, kind and responsive to client needs, in a genuinely supportive environment. OneRehab is good place to be and I’m going to get even better over the next month!! Dr Hay is a remarkably fine DPT!

Fantastic experience: Carly the new physical therapist is AWESOME!! I literally do not have words for how great she's made me feel. I had a really bad ankle fracture 6 months ago and after a previous disappointing PT experience, I had lost any hope that my foot would feel better and gain more mobility. But even just 2 days with Carly have been amazing!! She is a great listener and she explains everything in detail, she also has such a bubbly and comforting personality!! My ankle has felt better than it has in WEEKS!! I would recommend her 1000%!!! Also, she knows her ortho stuff really well!! Shes awesome for post-injury!!!

Fantastic experience: Having the opportunity to get treated by Dr. Meera Pearce at One Rehab is an absolute blessing! My quality of life has improved drastically after getting my back and core muscles in check! I am currently pregnant and I was suffering from lower back pain issues as well as problems with the pelvic floor muscles. However, that has all changed after the past 2 months. In addition to the fact that the entire staff members are nice and professional, Dr. Pearce is a great therapist and she explains everything clearly yet simply. She is also extremely funny and adorable! So grateful to have done PT with her ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I have been going to OneRehab for a few months and I have to say that I am so glad I found this place and Dr. Seth Gross. He is awesome and really takes the time to listen, teach, and answer any of my dumb questions. Seth is really patient and definitely pushed me to get better. I had major knee pain and at some points it was even difficult for me to walk, let alone run (favorite form of exercise). With the help of Seth, I am just about running my former mileage. I honestly did not think I would ever be able to given the amount of pain I was experiencing. Seth is personable and was even willing to try a new training device, BFR, that I had never even heard of. It is pretty awesome and I am thankful that he took the time to do that for me. The front staff is also great! Priscilla is always super helpful and answered any questions I had. She is super sweet. I also have enjoyed one of the student learners that is usually at the office when I attend my sessions, Sasha. She is friendly and made me feel comfortable just by chatting with me.

Fantastic experience: My father was treated for chronic hip pain and my sister was treated for neck pain, both were treated by Dr.Carly, and were very pleased with the progress they've made. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this facility. Alma was my physical therapists and was the best I could have ever found. She is very caring and very open with how I should be feeling and what was not normal with me. I came in walking like Quismodo and coming out walking like a normal human being. She worked with me to where I was able to keep up with my 2 year old daughter. I can't say enough good things about her and this facility. The front office staff is awesome as well and actually get the time to notice you and ask about your day. They have always asked about my daughter, which was most of the reason I was there and I would recommend it 100%, no questions asked.

Fantastic experience: One Rehab is an A1 rehab. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. Alma & Emily were my husbands therapists and they were exceptional. Their professionalism, courtesy and kindness were much appreciated. My husband always enjoyed coming for therapy. Abdul and the front desk reception were always making sure we were taken care of timely. We felt like family. Thank you and Happy New Year !!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely recommend one rehab if you need any type of physiotherapy!! I went in after a sport injury while in vacation and was treated with great care. All the staff are really nice, professional and highly qualified to help with any rehab you may need! Covid protocoles are followed but doesn’t change the quality of cares they offer. If you are in this area and need physiotherapy, I highly recommend those guys!! They make me feel much better in only a few appointments

I just spent two months working on a neck/shoulder problem with Summer and I looked forward to each session. Fantastic experience: Came in after surgery on a torn ACL and meniscus. Experience was amazing from my first phone call. Abdul was extremely nice and helpful on the phone and in person, helping with scheduling, payment, and communication. Summer was incredibly nice, while also pushing me to work hard and reach my goals. Followed the program she built for me, put the work in while in the facility, and my doctor was extremely pleased with the results. Could not have asked for a better experience, all things considered.

Fantastic experience: What most impressed me about One Rehab is their focus on each individual patient. Alma, Emily and Abdul treated me as though I was their only concern, even checking on me at home when I had to interrupt therapy due to becoming infected with Covid-19. As my assigned therapist, Alma had structured a physical therapy regimen to alleviate leg pain because of a pinched nerve complicated by peripheral neuropathy. I had made remarkable progress, to the point that I had gone from barely being able to walk down the block to walking 2 miles five times a week. When I came back after Covid, she immediately switched to a post Covid form of therapy, but continued to work with me for the leg pain. I owe my ability to return to a normal life after Covid to her. I have to add that all of the other staff members treated me warmly and seemed to be genuinely interested in my progress. I cannot thank these folks enough and I strongly recommend One Rehab.

Fantastic experience: ONE Rehab provides a welcoming experience. They are very courteous and provide a caring environment for their customers. I spoke to the staff multiple times and was always very pleased with the outcomes. As someone who also worked in the health industry and seen multiple physical therapy clinics, ONE Rehab is definitely the place to go.

Fantastic experience: In March I tore my ACL MCL and Meniscus, in April I had surgery to repair my ACL however the other ligaments I was told would heal on their own. I had been doing my Sports Rehab at another facility. At the end of October I saw Dr. Mark Muller with the Carrell clinic and he told me I would require a meniscus repair which went well and shortly after I made the change to OneRehab. Right off the bat everything was great. The Physical Therapist Alma is absolutely wonderful. I spoke with her about my personal short term and long term recovery goals and from that she took the time to create a plan that would align with that as well as work for me. While catering to cautiousness when pushing myself she also encouraged me to power through the mental roadblocks that were restricting my recovery. I would say Alma is one of the best professionals I’ve dealt with through my entire recovery process. She even taught me how to go through their MedBridge Go app that supplements their home work outs they ask you to do which is fantastic, it has notifications for completing the workouts, tracks your progress, and has all the tools you need for when you’re away from the clinic. This is a fantastic clinic with great staff!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Alma Santos repeatedly demonstrated competence providing physical therapy for me by: 1) a thorough evaluation of where my lower back nerve/muscle pain originated, 2) a detailed explanation of the pain cause and how it could be relieved, and 3) making me do many exercises until we found a couple that would alleviate the pain. I’ve had PT previously without much luck, but Dr. Santos definitely knows her stuff and has an approachable, friendly personality. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I did both Voice Therapy and Movement Therapy at OneRehab. Both Emily for Voice and Alma for Movement were excellent therapists. The team made sure to cater for all of my needs no matter how tough or strenuous the needs were.
