Fantastic experience: Valerie and Patrick Hammontree are simply the best!!! Valerie is so warm, welcoming and helpful!! Patrick Hammontree is so very knowledgeable but still very much down to earth. He understands ones limits and pains and adjusts accordingly. He is always continuing his education to learn even more to help his patients further. He really is one of the best physical therapists I've ever met! I have had the pleasure of working with 8 others before him and I'm done looking now. Thank you Baylor and Select for acquiring one of the best!!

Fantastic experience: The Matrix Rehabilitation Center in Garland TX is amazing! I have multiple sclerosis and was sent there by my neurologist for help with several MS related symptoms including stiff muscles, balance, walking, pain, and strength. When I arrived their staff was kind and courteous. I was given a personal evaluation and they clearly explained how and what they could do to help me get better, while always encouraging me that things will get better. After returning to their facility and working with Jaclyn and her great team of therapists I can say I feel great and my life is back on track! All my reported MS symptoms have been greatly relieved. I did "Get Better!" Their facility is always clean and neat. They will be happy to call or give you reminder card when to come in for your next session. Jaclyn and her physical therapist staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. They can answer various questions about health, fitness, and your rehabilitation. I highly recommend the Matrix Rehabilitation in Garland for any of for physical rehabilitation needs! Darren Diaz

Fantastic experience: My mom had total knee replacement on both knees and has used this facility for her outpatient physical therapy both times. Her physical therapist Kristopher Chinnery is just amazing! He is extremely caring, kind, respectful, and compassionate. He works from the heart and tries different techniques to achieve the best results for his patients. He is extemely knowledgeable, experienced, very detail oriented and very thorough. We were lucky to have him as my mom's outpatient physcial therapist and we would highly recommend him to other patients! Thank you Kris for all the hard work you put in my mom's recovery and for making sure she was as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: I am blessed to be under the care of Travis as my physical therapist, he has helped me immensely with my healing processes. When I first came into his office a month and a half ago I could barely walk. Now I am able to exercise again! He always comes up with interesting exercises for me to do to build my strength back up. He is helping me learn what correct posture and form is after 20 years of incorrect form. He is warm, friendly and delightful to be around. The other physical therapists are also wonderful as is the office manager Donna. Everyone is so helpful and encouraging. I would not be able to run and play with my toddler, exercise or even walk if it weren’t for them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve visited this facility for three separate problems for which PT was prescribed. Each time I’ve had great results. The staff is very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have had two hip rehab experiences with Baylor Scott and White on Spectrum Blvd and have found the physical therapists very knowledgeable, professional, warm, friendly and fun. I will return there for my outpatient therapy after knee surgery. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Great place for getting the healing you need. Even the front desk staff, Donna, is wonderful. Jaclyn, my PT, is very knowledgeable. She takes the whole person into account and varies the PT program as needed. Getting well isn’t always a given, or an easy journey. I am so glad I have Jaclyn to take good care of me and not just my injury, but my whole body and my spirit too!

They have the clients best interest at heart. The front office staff is very pleasant to deal with and accommodates the clients in working with them to best fit their scheduling needs. I have used this center before and the quality of care is consistent and always top notch! I would recommend anyone to use them.
