Fantastic experience: The 51st Avenue and Cactus location provides excellent physical therapy services. Every staff member works together and they all pitch in as needed to provide the best possible care based on individual needs. Staff members are professional, respectful, kind, hardworking, funny, and provide thorough care. Equipment is sanitized immediately after each use. Thank you Mitch for the quality care I received after my TKR.

Negative experience: This place sux & the ppl that work there are so fake. They don't care about there patients. Me & my wife went there & I tried telling them what was wrong with me & it's like they didn't care. They don't tend to there patients. There always rolling there eyes like there job sux. Make you do stupid exercises that does not help at all. So I don't recommend this place

Fantastic experience: This is the 3rd time here. I had 2 hip replacements and major spine surgery. All 3 visits were excellent. Alyssa Fukumae was excellent and well versed in her profession. I thank her and your facility for helping me get back to normal, though it will still be while, but now I'm able to function on own to strenghten myself. Job well done..Thank you

Fantastic experience: My name is Claudia and I have been going to Kinect for the better part of six months. During this time I have found the staff, especially Mike, to be very competent and useful in determining beneficial treatment plans for me. These plans have resulted in huge improvements where quality of life is concernced. Given this, I highly recommend Kinect Physical Therapy to anyone who needs this type of service.

Fantastic experience: I was given a choice of several physical therapy locations by my insurance company. I chose Kinect because it is near my home. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile by Laura and given a few papers to fill out. After that, Mike came over to me and we discussed my knee issue in depth. He was very professional and attentive to my individual need. I returned 6 more times for therapy. Each visit was amazing....one on one care at all times. I was also given an easy to understand at home exercise program. After the 4th visit my knee was markedly better. I would totally recommend Kinect PT.

Fantastic experience: The staffing at Kinect Physical Therapy is the best, and here's why. First, Kinect's offers costumer services (front desk) very friendly and always hands on services. Second, the staffing at Kinect are helpful and always looking to improve the ability and success of there clients Mike, the owners of Kinect has been extremely helpful, provides friendly warm service, enjoys his job, and it shows. I also like the fact, Kinect's offers a gym membership at a reasonable price. I am very happy with Kincect's and would recommend Mike and staff.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Customer Service and Patient Support/ Therapy. The knowledge and friendliness of the staff works great here. You will not get a feel of being churned out like cattle here, your care comfort and progress will be obvious through the organization and competence of all staff. I was seriously concerned if I was headed to surgery before working through the custom designed recovery program. In no time I was able to return to the physical exercise activities I live and love to do and learned so much about that part of the body I was not aware of. NO SURGERY!!!

Fantastic experience: Stephanie McIntyre is the BEST physical therapist I have ever had! She is everything you would want in a therapist. Excellent listening skills, patience, knowledge, creativity in proper strengthening & stretching exercises to name a few. Stephanie pays attention to her clients & their progress. She doesn't just rattle off things for you to do and walk away. Stephanie has been my PT several times for different issues. She is now working with me for spinal stenosis of which I have made much improvement under her tutelage. The staff there are all great to work with.

Fantastic experience: My physical therapy was been great here. Patient, gentle therapists, after 3 sessions I learned how to manage the pain. They put me on an extension based program keeping my back straight, various exercises with new ones every session. My back pain has caused nerve pain so we have a very thorough plan to help alleviate the pain and to work in strengthening my muscles. Best decision I made to come to Empower physical therapy, they have given me confidence I will heal!

Fantastic experience: Went to empower physical therapy for about 2 months, they were fantastic! I went in with residual back pain from a difficult pregnancy and they help me manage the pain through tailored routines that I can do at home to keep the pain away. So far so good and if the pain comes back I know what to do.

Fantastic experience: The employees are wonderful at this location.And i just want 2 say that because of my physical therapy here at EMPOWER has got me from point A pass B through C.And here i am at D on my way 2 recovery.I was some what depress when i first came cuz i had a hard time b able to walk with both my hips ben broke .Thanks 2 Empower im able 2 walk again and that puts a smile on my day THANK YOU EMPOWER

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend "Empower Physical Therapy" to anyone in the need of physical therapy. Because I am 82 yrs. old I thought that I would not be treated like younger patients, but that was not the case. I am grateful that I was expected to perform the same as anyone else with the same injury. My therapists, Travis and Stephanie put me through my paces assuring my knee and muscles got stronger. At this point, I am almost back to my former strength. The front staff are awesome, and always made my appointments around my schedule and assisted whenever I had questions.

My doctor's office referred me to Kinect on W Peoria Ave in Phoenix, AZ. Christina, Amber and their staff were great to work with and I am very happy to say I have no further pain and am delighted with the results. I never thought this was possible.

Fantastic experience: While I've only been a client here for a couple of months. My experience has been great. All of the staff is very friendly and professional. My initial evaluation was done by Shaun and I felt well informed by the end of it. The techs and other physical therapists are awesome as well. They are patient and kind. I was not pushed into having any more sessions than I needed. The home exercises have helped a lot too. Today I finished my discharge session and my back is so much better. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Fantastic experience: This was my second time using Empower PT -- I had gone to them first a few years ago (as Physicians Physical Therapy) for peroneal tendinitis and have just completed treatment there for knee pain. Working with my PT, Jennifer, and her assistant, Rachel, has been a pleasure -- they were excellent! They have done a great job advising me on and guiding me through an exercise regimen (that I can also perform at home through their online app) to relieve my pain issue. Ultimately, they were able to get me to a complete resolution to my pain. Amy, at the front desk, was always cheerful when I arrived and did a great job working with my insurance. And they have a daily trivia quiz to keep things interesting! Cannot recommend this place enough!
