If you're looking for a female physical therapist, Vista is the place to go. The atmosphere is great, the music is great, and the staff are all very friendly and supportive. They take the time to understand your pain and explain it to you, and I learned a lot about my nerves from them. All three of the ladies are wonderful and make you feel like they genuinely care about you. It's rare to find such attentive service in the medical field.
I have visited Vista Physical Therapy twice, the first time for my back before my spine surgery and the second time for a pinched sciatic nerve in my leg. I am extremely satisfied with the care I received and the results.
I had a great experience with the two therapists at this place over a year ago. However, when I returned the following year for another injury, the therapy was ineffective. I tried to give them another chance, but they changed my appointment time and told my doctor I was not compliant, so my case was closed. Consequently, I am now having more difficulty at work. I would not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: The staff at VPT Grand Prairie exceeded any and all expectations I had for my recovery. Within a year of my injury, I am fully recovered and stronger than ever. After tearing my ACL in February and having reconstruction surgery in May - I was not expecting to be back to normal so quickly. Within 7 months I was out of therapy and back to all my normal activities feeling stronger and more confident in my abilities than ever. I can't thank all of them enough for everything they helped with me with over the past several months!

Fantastic experience: vista physical therapy is a great place for healing. the therapist, karan and heidi are very professional. they are thorough when it came to making my treatment plan for an awesome recovery.. the office is always clean. all equipment is cleaned immediately after use. they are very please and patient. thank you vista physical therapy great job!!!!!!!

Negative experience: They charged me over 100 dollars for the co pay, and I paid every time! Next thing I see is a bill saying I owe even more! I called to see why, and they told me they would call me back! No one did! I kept calling, and still no one returned my call to tell me why I owed this money! Now it's on my credit!

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend this location for physical therapy. Inside is very neat and well taken care of and the staff awesome. Mrs. Heidi and Mrs Karan are very lovely to work with. Young man also does a good job cleaning.
