Fantastic experience: I can’t even put into words how happy and relieved I am with this facility. From the front desk to ALL physical therapists. My pain is so much better with these miracle workers. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!!

Negative experience: Went to work never got paid guess because I took another position elsewhere (more pay) I reached out multiple times no response. It’s still not right I didn’t get paid for the time I spent there in training. Very unprofessional and not to mention they start you off w no experience pay even though you have a lot of related work experience.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't be more pleased with this rehabilitation center. I have a rare connective tissue disorder and the staff took very good care of me and helped me achieve my goals. In the past, it would seem rehabilitation facilities just provided exercises but didn't seem to tailor them to my specific needs and limitations. Quite the opposite experience at Classic Rehabilitation. The staff used several therapies available such as aqua therapy, land exercises, TENS, ice, and even dry needling (which amazingly worked so well). The facility is ultra clean; customer service is outstanding and accommodating. Everyone is very compassionate, attentive and "listen" to its patients needs. I want to make a shout out to Pooja Mehta, Brandy, Jared and Ethan -- my dedicated team who looked out and cared for me on a regular basis. I know if I need to return for further therapy, this is my "go to" place. It was a great 3 month experience and I was even provided exercises to do on my own so I can continue strengthening my core and various muscles and joints. My sincerest gratitude to the entire staff at the Grand Prairie location.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very amiable and they all have their areas of expertise. Adam is amazing! Super attentive and wants to be sure you understand each exercise and very precise in explaining each motion. His massages AWESOME!

Negative experience: Hate I had to even give a 1 they took 57& for 4 visits each time and I begged the front desk is this correct seems like a.lot oh yea she said I’ve seen more only to. Find out I should only have been paying 17$ now they playing hide and seek about my money even after Cigna called them said they would contact me been since August really but u shook me down at the door for that co pay.. not the way to do business pay me my money no one should have to deal with this

My words and explainations are not enough to describe the progress I have seen in myself. I strongly recommend this place. I have so much confidence in myself in doing my routine. Fantastic experience: I had a rotator cuff and pretty bad torn tendon repair and had my therapy here. I originally chose the place due to the location and they had good reviews. I am so glad I was able to do my therapy here. Very caring and professional staff. George is awesome and had a good time working with the students that do their externships also. Christina at the front desk was always great with my hectic schedule. My dr was very impressed with how well I did so fast. Better than I expected too. Highly recommend anyone looking for a good physical therapy clinic.

Fantastic experience: Tabatha is my therapist and she is great. PT did my thorough evaluation and gave treatment plan. I was not happy when my doctor sent rehab. me someotger place. I highly recommend classrc rehab.

Positive experience: The Staff are great and they are very helpful, but the Bathrooms for the pool are filthy the have two bathrooms where you change and take shower before and after, they need total bathroom cleaning/ remodeling. I have been avoiding going to the pool for a while, I went back to doing Aqua therapy to my disappointment the bathrooms still as dirty as they were before. By the way this is my real name and I hope Mangment would see this and act in it .

Fantastic experience: Was referred to Classic Rehab by my Ortho Dr. To help with hip and knee pain. “Trying to prolong surgery .” Wow what a difference Aqua therapy and the wonderful trainer’s have made in my pain management and the strength that I have gained over the sessions I have been attending. Today 12-9-2021 was my release date. I can say I’ve enjoyed the time spent at the Grand Prairie location staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The scheduling was very flexible with my busy life. Thank y’all so very much for helping me on this road to healing and having a better quality of life.

Fantastic experience: Covid delayed my water therapy for slipped discs. Now that I am going I feel so much better. First off this place is super clean. The pool area is squeaky clean. The exercises were well explained to me and have decreased my pain. I am much more nimble due to my water therapy. The staff are professional and friendly. They readily answer questions. I'll soon be there 3 times per week and will continue as long as possible. It's a 28 miles round trip for me and worth it.

I started in water therapy which was amazing and quickly moved to Physical therapy.. I was pain free when I left every evening. Fantastic experience: I was referred to classic rehab and since I never had any type of therapy the staff worked with me for 12 sessions everyone did an excellent and sometimes I went home with some pain but that was part of my exercises now my knees are much better and the therapy did work for me.

The physical therapist, Pooja, actually listens and sets a plan of therapy that is not only best for your recovery, but also helps you to understand your body to distinguish between pain and pressure. Their location is very convenient for me to come to, and easy access from the George Bush expressway.

Fantastic experience: I was first introduced to Classic Rehab in September 2018 following my lower five level lumbar fusion in June 2018. The Grand Prairie location was very convenient for me.It offers aquatics, physical therapy, deep tissue massages and many more accommodations fit for any injury. The therapist are awesome. They push you to give it your all, their motivation helps subside the fear we tend to have after an injury . Thanks to Classic Rehab I have accomplished many obstacles that I’d faced before surgery.
