She took the time to explain each exercise and the purpose behind it, helping me understand my progress and what I can expect. Fantastic experience: My overall rating is for my complete experience at this rehab facility. I'm greeted with a welcome on every visit upon entering. The receptionist are always extremely helpful and courteous. I'm thankful that I have Mrs. Hill as my PT. She listens to my concerns and needs. She addresses my pain and performance levels according to the level of activity in which I'm able to perform. Mrs Hill is passionate about her career choice it's easy to see she loves helping people to recover from their injuries. I highly recommend her and BSW facility.

Fantastic experience: Mrs. Tiffany is a wonderful therapist. She listens to you thourghly and pays close attention to your pain level. Tiffany will make you work for success. When you leave there, you will remember Mrs. Tiffany for her kindness and her sweet ways of making you reach your goals. I have great respect for the lady. Thank you, Tiff, for all you do.

Fantastic experience: I came to PT here after a repair done to my ACL and meniscus. I had to complete PT for 4 months to properly heal. Tiffany was my assigned physical therapist and I'm glad she was. She is get at communicating and pushing you to do your best work. The care and attention she puts into her patients is unmatched to any other PT facility I've been to. I would 1000% recommend her as your physical therapist and this facility.

Fantastic experience: The physical therapist (Britney) was kind and patient with my 86yo mom, carefully explaining all aspects of treatment and encouraging her through each exercise. Also, the location is easy to get to and near our home. We are so thankful for BSW and its staff!

Fantastic experience: Brittney was amazing and really helped me reduce and eliminate my knee pain. She gave me hand outs and e-mails of the exercises I can now do at home and she gave me excellent care and coaching every visit. She is marvelous! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Sanitizing was very good and I felt safe while in this facility.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic team of people! Dr. Reed is an amazing therapist who is constantly communicating with each patient to ensure they are understanding (and comfortable) of each exercise or plan on the way to rehabilitation. Its not always easy but the team is there to support and guide each step. I would recommend anyone needing PT to this location in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: My wife was under their care after a double knee replacement and I knew then if I had a PT need, they would be my choice. You walk in and the smiling receptionist makes you feel at home, yet make sure your paperwork is in order. She also makes sure you are schedule for the next treatment meets your needs. You are called back to the torture chamber by your name with a smile. They all are tough but explain thoroughly what will make you better. You do not see people who are reluctant to enter but always come out smiling and ready for their next session. It's well worth the drive if you can.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to physical therapy at the Grand Prairie location for a few weeks now and it has been a very good experience. The therapists there are professional and experienced. So far everytime I leave, I've felt like I've been to therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have experienced balance and muscle pain for several years. My family doctor does not seem to be able to cure this. I have taken a number of tests including MRI and cat scans. Earlier specialist visits provide little lasting help. Baylor Scott & White( with Laura Reed) read my reports, asked me several pages of questions and observed my physical condition. I have followed the rehab plan written for me. All of the staff at the rehab center have been helpful. I am not a good patient but they work with me even on my "off days." I look forward to getting in better shape under their care.

Fantastic experience: I found this facility on website and wanted to use this for my therapy. I like it because its convenient location, easy and accessible parking. Additional, the inside cleanliness facility. My PT is knowledgeable and skillful. I like her Professional and I feel my health improvement in each visit. These make a 5 stars rating.

I am a retired nurse and know what quality of service one should expect to receive and theirs is excellent! I have the opportunity to observe both of the ladies working there and find them to be top notch! I highly recommend them to anyone needing Rehab services.

Negative experience: Don't do buisness here. The doctor is GREAT and really helpful but their billing department is the WORST! I was charged incorrectly and while I was working with the doctor to correct it, they sent my account to collections. Took me about 3 weeks of dealing with rude bill collectors and uncooperative billing department to finally get my account taken back from collections. And what do I get from Baylor? An "apology" from the billing department and a bill for $100 which I still don't believe I owe. Worst billing department I have ever dealt with.
