Fantastic experience: Dr Baldwin has been awesome since my first visit, when i leave each session I always feel very good. Dr. Baldwin is very personable, he'll sit and talk to you and answer whatever questions you might have. Dr. Jasmine is great too, I highly recommend Pinnacle Point Clinic, they also make their own sea moss with a variety of flavors.

Negative experience: Called on a Friday to schedule an appointment for the next week and it was a cell number when I asked if this was Pinnacle Point they answered with a very unprofessional attitude. I was there a few years ago and it was more professional atmosphere. Will find another professional office.

The doctors are very thorough with explaining your treatments, their educated, and knowledgeable of the services they provide to you. I returned to Pinnacle Point bcuz I couldn’t find a better place and experience I had with this team of doctors and staff. Truly it’s outstanding service and a safe environment. Fantastic experience: While traveling I was able to visit the Baldwin doctors and I am so glad I did. I have had shoulder pain for over months and finally some relief and more range of motion. I got a some delicious sea moss that my daughter wants to eat non stop. My daughter in her own words.. had her body adjusted. I really hated to leave, the whole team there is great. Fantastic experience: The Dr. was incredible. He was determined yet gentle. I felt like I could run and jump...so later I did just that. I was surprised about how much free movement I had and no pain in the hip flexors.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting this clinic for about 4 weeks to help with some old military injuries. I cannot say enough good things about this dynamic duo of Dr. Lyn & Dr. Jaz Baldwin, and their staff. Dr. Lyn has been providing the adjustments for my back, and although we have a love-hate relationship (he's no softie), I know he has my best interest in mind. Today my visit was with Dr. Jaz for cupping; she is amazing. If you have not had this done, you must experience it at least once. They are both amazing drs with great bedside manners and a very nice facility. Thank you both for continuing to work with me.

Fantastic experience: I have been going with Dr Jaz and Dr Lynn for @1 year. When I first went, my inflammation (fibromyalgia) was 60% and I could barely walk and use my hands or fingers. Well fast forward - after intense adjustments and therapies, my inflammation is now 10% and I have minimal pain. I have not been able to work for @3-4 years but thanks to Pinnacle, I have my life back! :-) I start a new job next week since I can type again thanks to them. Highly recommend them. Great people & super caring and knowledgeable - best chiropractors ever!

I have been seeing Dr. Lynn over the years and every time I go in I’m in horrible shape but by golly I tell you I come out renewed. I normally go in for aches and pains but this last time I was dealing with an acid reflux issue, it had been going on for about 3wks now I had tried all the home remedies & been to my doctor to no avail left Dr. Lynn’s office & immediately I’m back to eating again. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit yesterday and will definitely be back. I moved to TX two years ago and had been putting off making a chiropractor appt despite knowing I needed to get adjusted because I hate the unknown. All the staff I encountered and interacted with were friendly and welcoming. I was seen by Dr. Jazmyn Smith and was very impressed with her thorough exam and ability to listen while assessing my issues. I could feel her zeroing in on each area of concern I had and really working each area. She is by far the most effective chiropractor I have ever been to. She absolutely knows what she is doing. After just my first initial visit I felt so much better, lighter on my feet even. It helped a lot that she was down to earth, friendly, and made me feel like I was an established patient. I’m excited that I came across this office and looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: When I injured my hip and was reapproved for treatment for my lower back and knees, I made sure that the Veterans Affairs Clinic assigned me to Pinnacle Point for treatment. I have been treated by several Chiropractors in the past 15 years and never had such an amazing experience. I have been treated by both Doctor Baldwin’s. Dr. Lynn adjust bones you didn’t know needed adjustment until the relief hit you. And Dr. Jazmyn does amazing therapy work. She has a gift for healing. And me, my hip and my knees appreciate her. Fantastic experience: I was very surprised with how much of an impact maintaining your vertebrae and nervous system could make. When my appointments first started I felt such a huge change in quality of life. Nothing but a benefit and I learned a lot!

Negative experience: I was referred to this chiropractor office by an outside agency, the first visit was fine. The second visit I was scheduled at a certain time and waited in the lobby for 30 min to be called in with me having to leave due to another appt that overlapped. I called and rescheduled for a new appt for the following week. This time I was called in on time and did my Tens unit, then the MA instructed me where she instructed me to go to another room for the LMT, but the chiropractor instead comes in and says why don't you want to comply today. I asked what was he speaking about and we had a short conversation going back and forth on what I need to do at home. I just said let's end this and what i didnt appreciate was him escorting me out the door as if i was going to attack the MA. I felt I was being verbally attacked by him and I didn't appreciate the receptionist lying about questions about that weren't asked. I ended the conversation and left. He followed me outside of the door as if I was going to attack his staff member that didn't tell the about me. I didn't appreciate how I was treated there. Speaking for myself and wouldn't return with me closing my account.

Fantastic experience: I'm truly grateful for this staff! I suffered from sciatica pain and they were like Jesus...healed the lame! I can walk again! I literally could not walk or drive for 3 months... literally after just one visit I was mobile again! My husband had major back pain yesterday, we went grocery shopping and the pain worsened, he wasn't able to even pick up a package of meat. I immediately called Dr. Lynn... they weren't even open, but we called and he didn't hesitate to come in and get him together. Today my husband is feeling much better and we can enjoy mothers day tomorrow as planned. I love this staff and their energy is everything! I would recommend them to anyone. My entire circle of friends come here!

Fantastic experience: My back was in so much pain. I Googled pain specialist and Pinnacle Point was the only office that could get me an appointment the next day. Everyone else wanted me to be in pain for weeks considering they didn't have any openings. My visit was great. The office was clean and smelled good. The specialist was amazing, he understood my concerns and took action. By the end of my visit I felt like I had a new back. I am super excited I made the choice to go to Pinnacle Point and do something about my pain .

Negative experience: After my second visit…. I realize this place was not it. Front desk was nice but didn’t really know what was going on when asking about insurance. And when one person at the front left to go ask a doctor a question the other front desk young lady was supposed to make an appointment and asked me for what I was coming in for? Like I don’t know my back messed up that’s all I know I recommend Meyer Chiropractic Center took x rays knew what was wrong and made a plan to get me fixed was very disappointed with this place

Fantastic experience: Been going here for about 2 months now and I love it. The staff is great. They always make sure my husband and I are taken care of and feeling good before we leave. I am 26 weeks pregnant and going weekly has been such a great help to ease the pains of pregnancy! Love this place.
