Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Airrosti. Dr Randall and Erin were very professional and very friendly at each of my visits. I had excruciating shoulder pain when I started treatment. Now I have very little to no shoulder pain after a month of treatment. I very much would recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Love the staff. Dr Randall listened to my concerns (even laughed at my jokes). He identified my problem, explained the cause and effect. And then they provided exercises that I continue to use after being discharged from treatment. Also, they did not try to prolong the visits- I had less than 5 sessions vs another PT that wanted me to come twice a week for 3 months. I highly recommend Airrosti!

Fantastic experience: I have to admit I was a little skeptical when I first went to see Dr Randall at Airrosti. I had severe plantar fasciitis and had almost lost my mobility. But I did all the exercises and stretches that Dr Randall gave me to do along with his physical therapy with me. I was consistently at an 8-10 pain level everyday. On my last visit I was around a 2. I learned a lot and will absolutely refer any friends or family to see Dr Randall. I’m so very thankful to have my mobility back and be able to walk again without the sharp severe pain in my feet. Fantastic experience: Dr. Randall and Erin are amazing. I haven’t had the best luck with PT in the past. This was a one on one process and they truly listened to my issues and concern. They were compassionate and respectful. Most of all I was able to get quite a bit of relief from two herniated discs. I still have some strength to build back, but I’m feeling confident in my healing. I couldn’t recommend this duo enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been experiencing severe pain for months. There were times the pain would bring tears to my eyes because it was constant. My neck was constantly popping when moving it trying to get some relief. I had pain in my chest, my shoulders, and my upper back area. I was in a lot of pain that I would even dread going to sleep at night because I knew it was going to be very uncomfortable due to my neck pain, and I was going to wake up in pain. I researched different chiropractors for a month because I thought maybe I just need to be adjusted. A friend of mine told me about Airrosti Rehab Center. I still didn't know how they would help me when they're not a chiropractic center. Well, I was totally wrong! I made an appointment with the Grand Prairie office. Today, I am so super grateful to Dr. Gary Randall and his awesome staff!! He has impeccable knowledge on how the body works and how one area can cause pain in another. He was so patient and thorough in making sure I understood what was causing the pain and how he was going to help me. ! I walked into the office in severe pain not really feeling hopeful that they could help me. Well I was wrong! Just after my first visit the pain had decreased greatly! I was shocked because it had nothing to do with chiropractic adjustments. It was hands on manual therapy. I went to bed that night after my first session without the need of pain medicine. I was still shocked on how much better I felt. By my second session I had went from severe pain to very minor pain. I do mean minor pain. I felt great, was sleeping peacefully at night, waking up rested. By my third appt today I have NO PAIN! I feel great and still shocked because I can't explain to you much pain I was in. I want to also say thank you to Erin Worley, my recovery specialist. She was wonderful! She worked me out each session, giving different exercises as a part of my recovery program. She was so personable, very pleasant and easy to work with! Very smart young lady with great knowledgeable about her work. She would explain first how to do the exercise correctly and how it will help reduce the pain in the areas identified. She was so fun to work with. I've been to chiropractors in the past for pain. Especially after playing college sports. I definitely recommend 100% that you first try Dr Randall and his team at Airrosti before you make an appointment with a traditional chiropractor office. I guarantee you, from my own personal experience, someone who was experiencing severe pain daily, that you make an appointment quickly with Dr Randall at Airrosti. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Randall has seen our special needs daughter for over 10 years especially working with her scoliosis. We absolutely love Dr. Randall and think of him as our family. He treats us with respect and our daughter is so comfortable with him adjusting her and working on her back. Fantastic experience: This location is the best! Dr. Randall has always been on time and I have never had to wait. He is super friendly and easy to talk with and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I was having some issues with my lower back and through 3 visits, stretching and exercise, I have 0 pain. Dr Randall also gave me suggestions to continue to advance my practice at home and gain more strength. Emily is also great in PT and is super friendly as well. Love the staff and location!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Randall is awesome!! I’ll be honest, I went with kind of an open mind but thinking I would get same results from past physical therapy. I’m very glad I listen to my Dr and went. Not only did I get relief fast I’m 2 months out and still very little pain or discomfort!! Fantastic experience: More than a 5 star. I have been in a pain management clinic for quite some time. Surgery was the recommendation and back injections. After 4-5 visits of injections, nothing relieved my pain. I went back to the doctor to advise them that I was over it. Another doctor in the clinic asked if I had heard of Airrosti. (Of course no, I have not) Now after visiting Airrosti for physical therapy, I have so much relief. I was at a point where I had days that I couldn’t dress myself. Thanks to Team Airrosti

Fantastic experience: I went to Airrosti not really knowing what to exact as I have had physical therapy previously and it didn’t help my pain or mobility, but after working with Dr Randall, I now have a better understanding of my condition (spinal stenosis) and my pain levels have drastically decreased overall. Fantastic experience: I had issues with my neck that constantly created headaches. I had to take 1000-1500mg of Acetaminophen to get some sort of relief. After the first session, it’s been years since I haven’t had the need to take medicine. Never thought it would be as good as it was and I’m glad I did. All my headache and neck problems vanished like it never existed, got ways to improve my quality of life, and I feel amazing. I will say both the guys are amazing and super wonderful to work and engage with. Super easy to talk to and they made me feel like a friend. Awesome work guys!

The following treatments was more and more relief..I will always recommend this clinic to everyone that I talk to. I was in a bad car wreck along time ago & have had 3 major surgeries, C2-7 fused. Now my Tspine & Lumbar are messed up ( putting it mildly). I couldn't hardly walk, stand, or pretty much do anything anymore. I was getting crippled & was not in a good place. My dr told me I needed surgery. Fantastic experience: I was skeptical of the outcome of such methods at first. Honestly, I just wanted some meds to ease my back pain. But the therapy and stretches really helped. I don't have the pain I had before. I know I have to keep up with my stretches to stay this way because I drive allot with my job. But I'm very happy with the Dr. And the outcome. Fantastic experience: I completed my therapy back in April and wanted to wait to provide a review. Dr. Siragusa is great! I wore inserts in my shoes for over 10 years due to plantar fasciitis, before getting treated. I have not needed them after my visits. I would HIGHLY recommend him for your treatment. He answered all my questions and didn’t push me without making sure I was happy with my treatment. He thought it would take 3 treatments but he had it fixed at 2.

I was having extreme leg pain that inhibited my daily activities and interrupted my sleep. Through the treatment and care of Dr. Hamblen and his Staff my pain is almost a nonissue being reduced to rare minor flares that can be resolved and kept at bay through the Airrosti stretching and strengthening exercises. Fantastic experience: I came to Airrosti after failed attempts to finding a solution for my pain through my PCP and even a visit to the ER for my lower back pain. The only thing I was given by my PCP and ER were 3 different medications for pain but no solution. After many recommendations I decided to give Airrosti a try because I was desperate for relief and I wanted to get RID of the pain not just treat it with medication. Let me tell you! Dr.Hamblen and Ana are seriously THE Dream Team! I came to Airrosti with pain level of 10 and after only a few sessions my pain is gone! Dr. Hamblen did an amazing job at targeting every single area that needed to be targeted and his attention to detail was impeccable! Ana was also great at explaining each rehab exercise and always had the BEST attitude. You can really tell they both love what they do and they make you feel so warm and welcome, they honestly made me feel like I’ve known them for a long time. So look no further! They are your go to people!
