Fantastic experience: The Grand Prairie location by far is the best experience i've ever had for treatment. I'm huge on customer service and customer experience and through my journey of recover they made it the best experience. From Sandra being so personable and greeting always with a posative attitude and willingness to help to the best Dr. In town truly understanding my needs to address my apain for a 100% recovery. She walked me through every step leading up to recovery and reassured me "we will get you back to 100%" and did just that! I can keep going on how amazing this staff is and the need to have more caring employees like the top tiers you have at your Grand Paririe location. They are definitely keepers and I look forward to continuing treatment in the near future. 5 STARS!!! Martin
