Fantastic experience: I have been really impressed with this facility and the staff. Patricia is working with me and she is very knowledgeable and very gentle. The facility is very clean and organized.

Fantastic experience: Sheetal and Patricia have been my therapists for the last 2 weeks. They have both listened closely to my description of symptoms and have created a plan for me while at the facility and exercises for home. I'm frequently asked of my comfort level and progress. At each visit the exercises are adjusted to fit my progress. The facility is immaculate and all the staff including the receptionist are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I have gone to BSW Outpatient several times for knee and back problems. They are FANTASTIC. Everyone in the office is so nice, and Jennifer is a miracle worker. She really listens and cares about her patients. She is patient and caring and treats your whole person. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and does exactly what you need to help you regain strength and relieve pain. I highly recommend them if you need PT!!

Fantastic experience: For those who are not aware, Outpatient Therapy through Baylor, Scott, White's Institute for Rehabilitation provided me with the best physical therapy session for my arthritic knee recently. There was no problem in securing an appointment which started on time and ended on time which I appreciated since I took time from work. Patricia Welch, Physical Therapist, understood my physical situation and demonstrated five exercises to improve the strength and mobility in my left leg. The exercises were tailored to my age (79), then, provided me with a printed copy of the exercises recommended. Her technical skill was only matched by her customer service attitude. My orthopedic doctor referred me for only one visit but Ms. Welch and I discussed the importance of her scheduling a follow-up to see if I was apply the exercises properly. I look forward to the follow-up visit because I know the leg has gotten stronger with the exercises Ms. Welch provided. A good experience with a PT and BSW OP-Southlake. Thank you.

She is genuinely compassionate about what you're going through as a person - it's not just about your knee, hip, shoulder, etc. She is a compassionate person and can tell when she needs to nudge you a bit as well as when you may not be able to play "full out". Also, Yemi, the person who set me up for my sessions, is very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Sheetal and the facility.

Fantastic experience: The facility is very nice. The therapy is different than I have had previously(for the better). They found spots on me that I didn’t know were the issue- very talented and professional- so glad I found them and they have really helped me get back to normal.
