It’s a fun experience as well as being a place where everyone is welcoming and professional. I appreciate the way a individualized approach is set up for each client. Fantastic experience: I've have many sessions of Physical Therapy over the last 4 decades of my 77 years, but I have to say Dr. Sam and her PT-A, Kari, and the relatively small staff have been the best in my opinion, especially for my current needs. The additional massage therapy body work done by Dr. Sam and Kari proves they have magical hands to manipulate both soft tissue, bones and nerves that aid in relieving pain and improving your overall physical presentation. Their techs and appointment schedulers and office manager all work with you the very best they can to get you onto the very busy schedule. If more stars were an option I'd give them a sky full.

Usually I stay in the car, but this time I felt so good I got out with him and walked all through the store with him. I give all the therapist the credit. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Sam weekly for a chronic condition for over 5 years and a 5 star rating is not high enough. The very first time I saw her, she evaluated me and told me that she thinks I have this genetic connective tissue condition (EDS) that caused me to have a artery dissection heart attack at age 41 and a vertebral artery dissection at age 40. Numerous doctors at top institutes (such as Mayo and Cleveland Clinic) had never mentioned this to me or ordered the test. I went back to my cardiologist and he had me genetically tested and she was 100% correct. She also correctly diagnosed me with POTS/dysautonomia before any doctor. I also get weekly headaches from my condition and every time, she works her magic to make them disappear. Her advice is spot on and her medical knowledge is unmatched by anyone I've ever met. I sincerely can't say enough good things about this care center. The entire staff and treatment are phenomenal.

She explained things that no other medical professional has explained in the last 14 years. She knows her stuff, can explain in depth, and gave a plan that has life changing potential. On a five star scale, she is a ten. Kari has changed my life. She has taught me so much. She is amazing. This team is the most outstanding team I’ve ever experienced in health care. They are knowledgeable, compassionate listeners who are extremely effective at what they do.

Fantastic experience: Samantha was GREAT. She thoroughly assessed my condition, then tested my mobility, then began treating while explaining how I can help myself recover without pain. She is the BEST, having gone to another therapist who didn't tackle my pain "Headon".

They encourage you to be part of your own recovery while giving you 110%. Depressing days turn into happy days, while you struggle to reach your goals. This entire team is amazing, do not scroll by- if in need give them a call. I had my doubts in the beginning but am on my way to recovery, you can be too!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Samantha Johnson, yes she is a Doctor because she has Physical Therapy doctorate, is top notch. She is straight forward, personable, extremely knowledgeable and someone I unreservedly recommend for vestibular and balance issues. Ongoing for several weeks has not changed my mind. My primary practitioner, subsequent neurologist, multiple x-rays, ENT MD, had no answers. She diagnosed my problem in my first visit and has made significant progress towards solving my balance problem, probably caused by Covid.

Fantastic experience: I walked into Fort Worth ENT, frustrated and a tad bit hopeless, because I couldn’t understand why I was experiencing weeks and weeks of vertigo symptoms. I was greeted by Shauna, who checks in patients. She was so nice and accommodating. Since my equilibrium was off, she helped me walk into the room and ensured I didn’t fall. She informed me that Sam (physical therapist) was the best and I was in good hands. Well, she didn’t lie! Sam was extremely thorough, detailed oriented and made me feel so comfortable. I realize the healthcare industry is on a time clock of getting patients in and out, but this was not the case with Sam. I asked so many questions and she explained everything in depth. The staff is so kind, professional and efficient and are truly concerned about your well being. They really listen to what your individual needs are in that moment and realize that not everyone has the same issues. Their positivity is infectious and makes me look forward to going instead of dreading it. I suffer from severe chronic pain and require ongoing therapy due to a spinal cord injury. When Sam evaluated me she helped me understand what I needed better than any doctor I had ever seen. It has been a long journey but my physical (and consequently my mental) condition has improved 1000%. If you need an excellent PT to go to this is the place!
