Fantastic experience: Rose City PT has been the best. I tore my ACL, had rehab surgery, Sasha and Leo worked with me and my schedule to get me back up and running for ski season the next winter as an instructor for Ski Patrol. Then 2 years later I had a Tibia Plato fracture, same knee, and once again Sasha had me ready to go on the mountain for ski season and my instruction responsibilities! As an athletic female who takes in a lot of education about my health as I age, I greatly appreciate Sasha's experience working with other female athletes of all ages. Women have different challenges to think about due to hormone differences when it comes to healing and Rose City PT took that into consideration when working with me! Love them!

Each time I worked with Sasha during my recovery as well as prehabilitation before each surgery. She was so attentive to all my needs and is just a joy to work with! So knowledgeable And really tuned in to the latest treatment modalities for various injuries. She does a great job helping you understand what you need to do to be successful in recovery as well as why it’s important to perform various exercises or other treatment modalities. If in the future I have another injury that requires physical therapy, I will most definitely return to RCPT!

Fantastic experience: I had a total knee replacement at the end of 2022. My surgeon recommended pre-surgery PT at Rose City and then after the surgery, I could go anywhere I wanted. I did my pre-surgery at Rose City and felt very convinced that they knew exactly how to help someone with my knee issues. So after the surgery, even though there were more conveniently located PTs, I continued at Rose City through my knee surgery re-hab. I had the opportunity to work with Karl several times and mostly with Leo. I actually looked forward to each appointment, knowing I would be pushed to improve, but never to a point past discomfort. I cannot say enough good things about these two PTs. My knee healed very well, I am back to walking 4-6 miles a day, and I would definitely return to Rose City should I need PT again in my future.

This is not a mill, your time is one on one for the entire appointment. They are very mindful of the time needed between appointments to get appropriate results and don't just prescribe unnecessary appointments weekly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went to Rose City Physical Therapy due to a shoulder injury. My physical therapist Tom was awesome to work with. He thoroughly assessed my shoulder injury and provided excellent care. A couple times Karl, the shoulder expert, came in to monitor and give guidance and learning. Overall my experience was excellent and I would recommend and go back if needed.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Rose City PT on and off for over 7 years. First with rather major surgery of both shoulders. Then with various upper and lower spine issues, assorted radiculopathy problems, too many aches and pains, and 'beat-up-my-little-body stuff'. Their staff are all top-notch, professional, thorough, and enjoyable to be around. The facility is quiet, immaculately clean, well designed, well lit. (With dedicated parking as well.) .. I've tried other places suggested by various physicians for their reasons and frankly did not like them nearly as much. This place is the best. I highly recommend Rose City.

Fantastic experience: I've been working with Karl the last couple months to repair my acromioclavicular (AC) joint via physical therapy (PT) after having been through extreme pain and limited physical activity nearly all year. He used a combination of cold therapy, manual therapy, exercises, and homework. None of the treatments caused me any pain, and now I'm completely free of pain while continuing to regain normal levels of activity. I am forever grateful to Karl and the Rose City PT staff for helping me avoid surgery and get my active life back.

Fantastic experience: I am so appreciative of Rose City PT. I had a difficult recovery after a series of knee surgeries, but after working with Leo I was able to get back on track. I just completed my first half marathon and am able to run with less pain than prior to my injuries. Strongly recommend this team.

Fantastic experience: I just read a review by Valerie. I can understand her frustration. Often when patients don’t follow through with their exercises and treatment plan laid out by their Physical therapist, frozen shoulders and scar tissue tightening may occur. Therapists are not responsible for a patients misunderstanding of the therapists role in her care, especially 3 years later. The patient taking the initiative to follow the therapists home exercise plan is primary to one’s recovery. Also, if a patient is getting worse why not contact your physician or get a referral to a dermatologist regarding your scar. I can see why you were confused Valerie. You mentioned a therapist Leo. Being in the medical field I can assure you Leo is an exceptional therapist. I see that you are a google reviewer and are collecting points for the 75 reviews you have posted already. I also see the PT Board never returned your call. How frustrating. Keep trying…

Fantastic experience: Recent rotator cuff surgery winner, I was referred to Rose City Physical Therapy by a coworker who had just finished PT for a labrum tear. Sasha Kolbeck is currently my physical therapist and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Profession, knowledgeable and engaging, Sasha and the rest of the staff there are who you want to see when you can't move! I'm 46 years old so when I tear my other rotator cuff I'll be going back to see Sasha because I know that she will get me back to healthy in no time at all. Well, it does takes time but you know what I mean! :-)
