Fantastic experience: CORA physical therapy will have you up and going after just one visit, George Camel will make sure that happens. I was so afraid of not being able to function like I hoped I could after doing Crossfit, but amazingly; these guys fixed me right up! Negative experience: Súper mala atención fue mi 1 appointment en este centro y nada más llegar no había nadie atendiendo en el front desk solo un hombre atendiendo a más de 6 personas y el front desk al mismo tiempo que falta de ética y profesionalismo en un centro de Therapia me quedé súper insatisfecho el hombre atendiéndome Ami y se iba atender a otros clientes y me dejaba Ami solo con la pregunta en la boca increíble es una falta de educación tremenda y súper sucio todo en ese lugar muy poca higiene es un asco un lugar haci con lo que les cobran a los seguros al menos contraten personal con ánimos de trabajar y querer ayudar a que los clientes se sientan cómodos y se recuperen y contraten personal de limpieza no se roben el dinero de los seguros de los clientes para vuestro bolsillo y dejar hecho un asco un centro de terapia que van personas con heridas y dolores a recuperarse y el hombre súper grosero hablando con actitud cuando le preguntaba algo no es mi culpa que no quiera trabajar y ayudar a los clientes sinceramente un asco de lugar que no recomendaré a nadie porque hay otras compañía de terapia que si quieren ayudar a los clientes y que se recuperen y con higiene en sus centros este Miami está cada día peor con la escoria y dueños robando dinero a lo seguros no vengan a este lugar donde ni personal de trabajo tienen y súper sucio

Negative experience: Pésimo. Los terapeutas todos, parece que se olvidan que nosotros los pacientes pagamos por nuestros servicios, no es gratuito ellos cobran porque nosotros pagamos. Tenia referencias de que el lugar no era bueno y aun así quize venir. La experiencia es muy mala todos en gran y uno solo en particular Gigi es la preocupada por el paciente y la que está más pendiente por eso es el uno. Lo mejor la recepción muy buena atención. Quisiera que los terapeutas supieran que nosotros los pacientes no somos signos de pesos somos enfermos en busca de mejorar nuestros problemas de salud. Y pagamos. Hay que tocarse el corazón cuando tratamos con enfermos ,los que no lo hagan busquense otro trabajo.

Negative experience: You can die calling this place and they won’t answer, when they do and have to place you on hold… you might as well hang up yourself. If they tell you they will call you back, weeks can go by… they forgot about you. If you complain, they’ll just tell you they are busy. Good luck!

Fantastic experience: My experience in this clinic was amazing. Throughout my period here I had the best possible service from all the therapist and therapist assistants. George, the manager of the clinic was exceptional with the plan of care he created and working alongside his team of PT's (Gil and Jorge) who were very helpful and knowledgable. The PTA staff, Gio, Gigi, and Liset who treated me throughout my time at CORA went above and beyond to assist me with all the exercises and treatments. The team works very well together and want to ensure that there is progression and providing the best quality of care. Even the OT Nilka, worked alongside the PT's to be involved in my treatment and assist me in any way possible and did a great job. The front desk which was Leslie, Sasha, Flor, Lina and Evelyn were very friendly and attentive helping with any paperwork and scheduling.

Negative experience: I would give cero stars but I can't. I have to start with that the front desk personal is never available to answer the phones calls, to get my first appointment I had to call several times and when someone finally decided to take the phone just say: CORA!!! No greeting at all. The Physical therapist's are very unprofessional. The worst part is that they lack of empathy. Only a lady there was polite and enthusiastic about the patients well-being. Do you a favor, stay away!

Negative experience: After being reluctant to go, but the only place close to home, walked in, sat down and the two girls in the front on their phone and didn't acknowledge our presence. Definitely shows why Hialeah has such a bad reputation.

Negative experience: Lack of professionalism from the front desk to the therapist! Do not go here. Gossip is all you see between the employees. The therapist sees you and speaks to you only on the first visit. The rest of the time you are pretty much on your own. Worse place for rehab I have seen.

What a great way to walk in to a place when you are soar and in pain to have happy faces with an amazing welcome. The team is constantly making sure you are ok making sure you go to each of the exercises you need to do, cleaning the equipment from one patient to another making sure we’re safe from contacting anything. I am in Awe on how they know there patients by name and what they’re coming in for and how they shuffle from One to another with love, caring and those amazing smiles who make anyone feel better from The get go. Fantastic experience: I was an intern for the OT program at this particular location. I worked along with Adriana Reiney, to be honest, I am grateful of having such an amazing experience and an instructor like her. She was very patient and willing to teach me all her knowledge in the field. Each patient was treated with respect and provided with the appropriate treatment. I highly recommend Adriana as OT, she has everything needed to provide the patient the best therapy service.

Negative experience: Their gossiping during care should minimize. Even when they are not busy the assistants are constantly chatting about and forget about their patients. Management should correct this asap for consistency and professionalism. As a patient it's hard for me trust a clinic where 99% of time they are huddled in a corner laughing, unfocused and straight up gossiping. This is the location 5021 w 6th ave

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this facility for anything that has to do with post surgery physical therapy. I underwent bicep and rotator cuff surgery this past January and I can honestly say that after a few months I feel so much better. You can tell that this team is second to none starting from the top George takes the time to follow up with me on my progress every visit. Then you have Gio and Jorge making sure I stay with the process and they do a great job of keeping me on schedule. I even have to show appreciation to the front desk Jules and Priscilla are always on point for any questions I might have or rescheduling requests i may need. In closing I couldn't have asked for a better place to go to for my rehab. Thanks Guys Continued Success!

Fantastic experience: In July 2018, I had a lateral meniscus meniscectomy on my left knee. Surgery was a fiasco. Epidural was used instead of general anesthesia and I ended up with femoral nerve palsy: in a wheel chair for over 4 months. I went to two “top rated” therapy clinics, fox therapy and University of Miami sports physical therapy. NONE of their therapists were able to get me walking. They had tried everything they’ve learned and nothing was getting me better. I was discharged because they just couldn’t find what was wrong with me. That's when I started coming to Cora Hialeah around November. George the manager evaluated me and said I’ll walk but it could take years. We started seeing some progress after 1 month. We got rid of the wheelchair and was now using two crutches and a brace. In February, I was down to one crutch and a brace, but I was finally able to bear weight onto the leg. Eventually I reached a point where my progress came to a standstill and I couldn’t even climb a small step. Despite some progress, my knee also continued to buckle, but he was still persistent and even asked his colleagues to never give up on me. Gilberto one of the therapist there said he’d take the challenge. With a lot of manual work and thinking outside the box, he looked at my leg closely every time I came to therapy. After extensive research, he figured out that my tibia wasn’t internally derotating "out" of the "screw-home” mechanism causing the buckle. He would manually mobilize it before starting my exercises. I was finally seeing great improvements and got rid of the crutch and eventually the brace shortly thereafter. Not 100 percent yet, there was a lot of instability and my patella pulled laterally to the point that I felt like it was going to dislocate. Doctors wanted to operate and perform a lateral release but Gilberto was positive that if I let him manually stretch the retinaculum, I wouldn’t need the surgery. He did it. He released the tightness with intensive manual work. I am now going up and down the stairs, walking for hours, and able to stand for long periods of time. I am so thankful for people like Gilberto and George whom are truly passionate and caring. I highly recommend Cora Hialeah if you truly need people that’ll care to listen and help.

Fantastic experience: I’m really glad I picked CORA from all the physical therapy places I inquired into. Cora really takes the time with each patient. My personal experience was stupendous. But I saw during my treatment how they attended to all the patiences and truly the care is extraordinary. Im pleased to say that 2 weeks Into therapy Im able to bend my knee and ready to resume my normal duties. The manager Jorge is knowledgeable and pushes the patients to a quick recovery. Thank you Cora you are the key element in my knee surgery recovery.

Negative experience: Today is July 23, 2019 Manager Ever "George Camell" I Dr. Edwards the daughter of Willie Mae Woodard which is "George Camell" patient. My mother is 66yrs old, Disabled- can't Walk nor feed herself, Advance Stages of RA, & Wheelchair Dependant and George Camell will NOT release a correct written paperwork for her to get the appropriate wheelchair to meet the requirements of her needs. HE KEEPS SUBMITTING WRONG DOCUMENTS, INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTS & UNSIGNED DOCUMENTS!!! Meanwhile, my mother suffers with no treatment & no medical attention due to NO WHEELCHAIR. Due to the incompetence of this office and the Highly Questionable skills of George Camell the manager.....my mother is now "WITHOUT A WHEEL CHAIR" for seven months (12/28/2018 til this very day 7/23/2019!!!! She can't: 1) Visit her doctors appointments 2) Attend Family Gathers 3) Attend Sunday Church Services & seeing that she is a devoted Christian this has put her in a state of Depression. Also, She has missed 2 funerals of close family members. All in all my mother is a victim of this charlatan and his practices. PLEASE BEWARE YOU ARE NOT GETTING THE SERVICES YOU EXPECT & SHOULD DESERVE!!! This office is location: 5201 W 6th Ave. Hialeah FL

Fantastic experience: I'm currently a student volunteering here at CORA, and I sincerely have only positive things to say about the facility and it's employees. The head PT, Doctor George Camel, does a great job creating a welcoming environment for his employees, patients, and volunteers alike. From a student's perspective, the physical therapists and their assistants, along with the techs, are all very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions about the nature of the work and what it entails. Their elaborate explanations demonstrate their passion for the field and provide a glimpse of what to expect in a DPT program. Furthermore, although I was not a patient, I have only heard comforting and loving remarks from them which was also exhibited upon their countenances. Overall, whether you're a student looking to complete your observation hours, or a patient seeking care, CORA and it's employees will guarantee a learning experience for the student and a hasty recovery for it's patients! I would highly recommend them!

Negative experience: Filthy place, disrespectful staff makes fun of elderly, heat blankets are disgusting , felty, dirty, due to lack of space the place is overcrowded, I don't know why the health department or Fire department, have not shut this place down!
