Negative experience: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They gave me a price for the work to be done to my teeth that I paid in two installments, which I have in writing and now they are billing me $309 because they made a mistake on their quote and now are threatening to send me to a collection agency.

Fantastic experience: great place and great people.

Negative experience: family members if you have your loves ones in this place make sure that they get treated like the staff there say because I had my mother there and their service sucks, I had to make two complains about the staff witch I'm not going to put names. all they promise to do is not been done even do I placed a complaint in like the member that's in the bed is not related to them they DONT CARE ABOUT.

Fantastic experience: My dad has been at this place for a month. They give him awesome attention and abundant love. The therapist are top notch, and the food is of high quality. They have plenty of activities like domino and bingo and even a once a month party. Wish he could stay much longer. We highly recommend this place to anyone contemplating it for their loved ones.

Fantastic experience: Palmetto care center is an A+ facility I have never seen such a caring staff at any other medical center. Our grandfather talks every day about how well he was treated and that means the world to us. Definitely want everyone to know this group of people is above them all.

Fantastic experience: I have never seen a group of employees who care so much about patients and their staff. They treat you like family but most of all they take care of your family member and when your loved one had to pass to a better life they would pass by pray offer a helping hand and condolences I don’t know how to thank them for what they did for my sister I have no words just a great full heart.

The place is always spotless the nurses are fabulous patient are always clean, I visit the place daily , if you are in need of any changes they are always there to help. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Nurses are loving but most importantly the patients are very well taken care of. I’m happy to know my Abuelita is happy to be there.

Fantastic experience: My experience to date with Palmetto Care Center has been nothing less than excellent. The Administrator Mr. Suarez is always everywhere to be seen and seems to me he is all hands in management approach. As far as the nurses, staff and faculty, the work environment is professional and delicate concerning there patients. The facility is clean and everything seems to be in working order and maintain on a continuous basis. I am very grateful that my mother is in Palmetto Care Center. I would recommend this facility for Hispanic culture patients where the language and the attention is more recognizable and not an obstacle.
