Fantastic experience: The staff I have dealt with so far have been great. Haley, Tonia, Theresa and Ben are professional and friendly. They make these therapy sessions a lot of fun.

Negative experience: My only complaint about this place is they could have mentioned the appointment would take hours. Literally it has been 3 hours and I am still here. I didn't know I was going to need to clear my whole day to sit around and wait to be seen. I know im not the only one here but dang 3 hours... Absolutely Ridiculous

Negative experience: Nutritionist was nice but a month later I got a bill for 205 for a 15 minute meeting where the basically told me to quit eating cheese. A little heads up on the cost and I wouldn't have wasted either of our time.

Fantastic experience: Tonya, Haley, and Teresa, are the best. I had back surgery not too long ago went through therapy for the back surgery. Went through rehab at another place. It was OK, but not like BSA. I’m very thankful that God directed me to you. These ladies mentioned above are outstanding very knowledgeable. And make you feel extremely comfortable. Thank you again for your acceptance.

Positive experience: Emergency Care - incredibly slow! Arrived at 8:30 pm, Left at 7:30 or 8:00 AM. Surely there is a way to see patients quicker.... I was in one room for @ test and left there for hours. Then transferred to another room where the doctor finally saw me for 5 minutes. Using two patient rooms meant using two sets of sheets, pillow cases, blanket, etc., figure out a way to change this and cut down on having to use so many supplies and time to clean rooms in between patients.

Fantastic experience: My therapist Krista Caldwell was superb. I truly feel my therapy progressed quicker because of her direction.

Fantastic experience: Thankfully this was my first experience of receiving any type of therapy in my 74 years of life. Pamela Upshaw helped me tremendously, she pushed me to reach my goals. She shows care for her patients, and she is definitely a blessing to me!

Fantastic experience: Great bunch of nurses! I love how they laugh and joke with all of their patients. They are very professional when it comes to the treatment they have you doing and they watch each and everyone of us to make sure we don't over due it! I will miss them when my 12 weeks are up.

Fantastic experience: The people that work there in the cardiac rehab are friendly and very knowledgeable and do a really good job trying to get you to where you need to be.

Fantastic experience: I have had some awesome physical therapist.and I have 1more appointment this month before I get evaluatedThe last 6 weeks I have been been pushed to reach l goals and strength my areas that are needed.Knowing that they are limited with the therapy because of my other issues with my health they have taken great care to my limitations..Everyone very professional Very nice and share ther stories of family and makes you feel right at home .Teaching me how to care for my pain and exercise at home . This is a great place,glad Iwas referred here.

Negative experience: The two therapists who I had were great but the rest of the staff were literal Mask Nazis The had no regards for my faith or the fact that I didn’t want to wear a mask Bsa policy states well i don’t work for BSA and I have rights period But the THERAPY WAS GREAT!!!!!!! ID RECOMMENDED THEM

Fantastic experience: I was highly impressed by the quality, dedication, caring, and expertise of the staff of the BSA Cardiac Rehab Program. They did an outstanding job on an extremely important program that saves lives. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to take this program. The combination of mentored aerobic exercise with group class training made a tremendous impression on me and provided a structured pathway that I will carry forward in the future to better cardiovascular health. The staff could not have been better. They are gems! Thank you for this tremendous resource in our community.

Negative experience: This is outpatient and not at a hospital but they charge hospital rates. They signed me up for Care Credit without my knowledge or permission. The care was substandard. BSA PT doesn't not provide quality care.
