Negative experience: BE AWARE! If you had car accident go to MD specialist, as this chiropractor may want you to sign letter you are healed yet in reality you are damaged and sick for long time. Never mind double billing.

Fantastic experience: Great office staff, physical therapy staff very professional and knowledgeable. Dr Andrew Schmer is very professional and listens to his patients.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is wonderful. Very professional. Christina at the front desk is very efficient. For physical therapy Clarita and Marisol are excellent. Physicians are excellent. I definitely recommend for anyone in pain to go to this highly recommended facility .

Fantastic experience: I had a horrible bout of vertigo. Typically it will come around for a day and be done with. This time, I had it for over two weeks. In the middle of this, I started looking for answers. I found Hialeah Wellness and Rehab Center with such high reviews. I was a little skeptical at first, but after speaking to the wonderful front desk person, I was ready. 4 sessions later, I feel night and day! Dr. Schmer taught me techniques to help treat the vertigo along with treating me with electrolysis and chiropractic adjustments. I am a new man! I’m grateful to the team at Hialeah Wellness and Rehab! They truly care about their patients. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Staff is amazing starting with Christina at the front desk, all the nurses in the treatment area to Dr. Schmer. I had the pleasure to sit with Dr. Schmer and he took the time to explain the importance of chiropractic treatment. I limped into this treatment center with bad lower back pain and within a week I feel amazing with no pain.

Negative experience: The customer service over the phone was enough to make me not even go. The lady that answers the phone calls should be seriously trained and instructed on how to treat clients.

Fantastic experience: Been going there for year! They are amazing. I wouldn’t trust my back to anyone else. I get adjustments throughout the year and feel amazing. Had a motorcycle accident and a car accident and they’ve got me back to 100% every time. Would recommend this facility to anyone. Weather you are 15 years old or 80 years old. They do it all.

Fantastic experience: There aren’t enough stars to say “thank you”. Dr. Schmer and his team at Hialeah Wellness are incredible. He treated me in 2014 after a major car accident and today, my 7 year old son who messed up his back at the playground. He is simply the best chiropractor in Miami, period. Thank you, guys. Fantastic experience: The experience and care here is unlike anywhere else. The staff is great, knowledgeable and so helpful. From the reception area to the therapy to the doctors. I had a car accident on a Thursday night in November. I walked in the next day at 8am and they immediately did an MRI, explained why I was in pain, what the steps were to get me feeling better and how long it would take. I’m now almost done (4 sessions left) and feel so much better. I’m honeslty a bit sad I won’t be seeing the same friendly faces 3 times a week but will continue to come at least once a month for adjustments. Every experience here was great. They care about me as a patient and more importantly as a person. Definitely recommend, you will not regret it!

Negative experience: Worst service ever! When I started best customer service, but as I got to the end of my treatment they started to slack. I'm unable to drive and they would over book the driver and the answer from the doctor "Take an Uber"..... They have a poster in the lobby " Free Transportation" but at what cost?
