Fantastic experience: My 9 year old daughter has a long-standing back issue resulting from a rear-end hit-and-run collision five years ago. We have tried a back specialist, two chiropractors, and many other approaches. Due to the ongoing pain and the somewhat traumatic chiropractic experiences, she carries a ton of anxiety about her back problem and any treatment of it. Patrick is exactly who she's needed--I wish we had found him earlier! He's worked with her in a kind, gentle way, keeping her smiling while working through the issue. She does not fear her appointments and happily cooperates with him. I highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: Physical therapy was new to me when I referred to Optimal Physical Therapy Solutions by my doctor for knee problems. I didn't know what to expect and was apprehensive about the center and the care they would provide. I was pleasantly surprised by the very attentive and supportive staff starting with the personnel at the receptionist desk—first impressions start there. My physical therapist walked me thru each exercise ensuring I understood the reason for the activity and I could work at my own pace as I built up stamina. I'm now in my third week and I find myself looking forward to the sessions and enjoy the challenges of regaining strength in my once "banged-up knee." I was never much of a believer in the benefits of PT. But in less than seven 30-minute sessions, I can feel the difference and I'm optimistic I'll be entering 2023 at a full gallop—mentally and physically. When he is working on my neck and showing me exercises to do, he is focused on me and not watching the clock to see when the next patient is do in. From what I have seen, the staff and other therapists are equally involved with their clients.

After going to physical therapy for 2x with him, most of my hip pain as gone but I'm still experiencing neck discomfort.

Fantastic experience: My treatments for pelvic misalignment and lower back problems by Atetta Pitre was exceptional. The treatments helped greatly. She exhibited exceptional knowledge of the factors involved and how to fix them. Her instructions and guidance were very clear and helpful. She was always willing to answer all of my questions. She also gave my home excercises that were clear and helpful, with regular feedback. The entire organization seeme to be very well run - calm businesslike manner, accurate scheduling, billing, etc. I would recommend them to everyone, and will certainly request Aletta if I need physical therapy in the future. Fantastic experience: When I first started going I was really bad to fall. My doctor recommended the Therapy. When I first started I was an 11 out of 28 . At the end of the sessions, I was much more in control of my movements can and of sitting and standing. The people I worked with were such a joy and very professional. I can not say how comfortable they made me feel at ease When I got finished It was like a whole new me. I recommend them with HIGH marks!

I was given great service and my knee is doing wonderful. My therapist listened to me and patiently worked with all theses issues. The support staff (front desk and students) were the best. Was referred for one issue and quickly discovered I could be treated for another. Patrick Pitre patiently and professionally answered my never ending questions leading to a much more clear understanding of my physical issues. Not only was the end result a tremendous relief of pain in several areas, but the education about how to prevent future injury and therapy I can do to relieve the pain at home is priceless. Fantastic experience: Evan was amazing. His in-depth knowledge provided me relief after just one visit. At discharge I am currently 98% pain free and have tools to help when pain does arise. To provide a comparison, I was taking ibuprophen multiple times a day every day and was experiencing pain ranging from 5 to 8. I highly recommend Optimal and in particular even. As an additional bonus the office staff is extremely friendly, helpful and always on point paying attention to small details concerning HIPA and client privacy.

Negative experience: Very poor experience. My insurance pays for 25 visits a year, but yet i was required to pay 100.00 dollars a visit. Staff was not helpfull about explaining their billing procedure.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Optimal PT for therapy for back pain during my pregnancy. The staff was always very courteous and knowledgeable. During visits with Aletta, I not only received treatment for the pain I was experiencing, but was also taught exercises and recommendations for better body mechanics to utilize in daily activity to improve my symptoms during pregnancy and thereafter. Once my condition stabilized, I was not expected to attend unnecessary visits, but instead, was told that I was free to call if I needed anything in the future. I was very happy with my experience and would highly recommend this facility to other patients!

Fantastic experience: I'm a repeat patient at this physical therapy clinic, because I was so impressed with my care after my previous surgery, that I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. These folks are kind, caring, and give a high level of personal service. I've been to other clinics where I was hooked up to a series of machines and had very little personal care, and Optimal Physical Therapy is NOT like that. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing physical therapy - including my mom, who has an appointment this afternoon!

Fantastic experience: I was told about this facility by a friend and they really liked it, so when my Dr asked where I would like to go for the PT that I needed, I told her I would like to go to Optimal. I had never received PT before so I was nervous about going. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with very pleasant receptionists and the same with my therapist as well as the other therapist there. They all cared and wanted me to succeed in my therapy. I had a sever trauma to my leg and the therapist that worked with me was very reassuring and patient with me. He would always listen to how I was doing. I reached the goal for my recovery and am very happy with how well I am able to do all the things I could do before the accident. Optimal is clean and pleasant and they are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Optimal for PT therapy!

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Patrick Pitre and his staff on 2 different occasions, for 2 different injuries. One was a cervical disc issue, and the other was a shoulder issue. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to answer any questions you have may have, and is a pleasure to work with. I recommend them for anybody needing PT. Top notch establishment in every sense.

Negative experience: My father had a total knee arthroplasty about a month ago. Optimal Physical Therapy was less than optimal. Upon arrivng to the facility my parents were confused about where to enter, (there are no signs). On the ramp multiple pebbles scattered at the entrance. My Dad was concerned about falling. His therapist was rude, when my Dad asked questions she made him feel stupid stating, "I told you that when I saw you in the hospital" (as coming out of anesthesia, he should remember their conversations) I called the owner and voiced my concerns. She stated she would personally attend to the safety issue with the pebbles/stones. She added construction had occurred at the business next store, and that they didn't own the property, they only were renting. Even so, that is not excuse, for it is your ramp/entrance. The next visit, the pebbles/ stones were still there. My Dad contemplated bringing a broom and sweeping the area himself, to prevent "the older folks" from falling The following visit the ramp was still covered with stones, as my parents pulled into the parking space, staff ran out with a broom to sweep.
