Fantastic experience: I went to SOS Physical Therapy with Arif Salla for BPPV, an ear disorder causing vertigo. After just one session, my vertigo was completely gone. I’m so grateful and highly recommend him!!!

Negative experience: It occurred to me to call this site for information on some therapies and I got a woman so unpleasant and with such poor customer service ethics that even if I got the Dr's order I would never go to that place that

Fantastic experience: Hola a todos quería escribir a cerca de SOS physio es el mejor lugar de terapia física , hay mucho profesionalismo , te tratan muy bien los Terapista muy buenos , las muchacha del front desk, Nicole y Angela, son super profesional tratan a los paciente con mucha educación , amor y eso es lo que los pacientes necesitan y que les puedo decir del doctor Arif salla , DPT es el mejor tiene unas manos increíble llegas con dolor y el primer día ya te vas sin dolor imagínate , yo llevo 3 años visitando esa localización , Hollywood , y no la cambio por nada el es muy bueno en su profesionalismo , en su trabajo que bien lo hace sus técnicas , masajes sus ejercicios son muy bueno he estado en otros lugares de terapia física y no hay nada de eso este es el mejor lugar que dios le de mucha salud y bendiciones para que nos siga ayudando a todos los que necesitamos de él amén

Fantastic experience: My experience with Sos has been superb. The staff is empathetic as well as sympathetic. I certainly want to give my therapist, Derek, the most highest review possible. I don’t believe any other therapist could do the things that he’s doing and get me to the point where I am now and will continue to improve to reach my goals.

Negative experience: The experience I had during my visits was not pleasant The receptionist had a nasty attitude Leaving this place after therapy I heard a laugh and one of the therapist focused on my nationality Don’t recommend this place to anyone

Negative experience: I have autism and I feel disgusted by the way I was treated. I was attended to 10 minutes late(not a problem) and when I was filling out the paperwork I was taking a while and the receptionist started complaining in Spanish to the other receptionist how I was taking to long and how I was going to make all the other clients late so they shouldn't attend me. When I stood up and asked if I should leave she looked at me like I was crazy I explained I have autism, that I spoke Spanish and was offended and I wasn't even offered an apology. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they gave me a phone number but no one has responded or appears to be taking this seriously. It takes alot for me to go to a new place and deal with new people not to mention all the pain I'm in just to move around. I am truly disgusted another client witnessed this and said they would not be back either.

Negative experience: The experience I had today was not pleasing. There was a misunderstanding with previous appointments. And before I could get clarification with the person scheduling. She was over talking me with a very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL tone. I wouldn't recommend this place. To bad I didn't get her name.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful place, people and environment. RIFF, DIANA and CARLOS awesome people. I would recommend to anyone who would need therapy. They are patient, funny and know how to let know when you need to important. As well love the bed side manners make me feel like it's a family. Love this place Even your a pain in the butt to them they are still nice to you.

Fantastic experience: In this place, all the therapists are good but not as good as Carlos. He is the best therapist ever. He is patient, highly skilled, and goes above and beyond taking care of patients. I recommend this place to anyone in need of Physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care from the first visit or the second, everyone is terrific. I have been going for a few months now and always, enjoy listening to the fun banter, from Therapist or customers, it's always an energetic yet fun time. Go at your own rate until they say you're ready for more. Again, Excellent Care.

Negative experience: The receptionist that sit on the right side of the counter has no people skills. She was very disrespectful on the morning of 2/27/23. Even when my insurance company tired to speak to her she was very disrespectful. The other receptionist wasn’t present that day . Maybe that’s the reason she had such a nasty attitude. This has nothings to do with the therapists they are all respectable plus the other receptionist that sit right at the front door.

Fantastic experience: Gabriel is my angel and fixed my shoulder that was broken in 3 places. Orthopedic surgeon said I needed surgery but Gabriel fixed it without having it.

Fantastic experience: I am Mireille I have had injuries from a car accident I have been for 3 years going to therapy all over and pain management. I finally found SOS PHISIO and I am amazed of their work their exceptional technique really State Of The Arts The therapists in Hollywood are awesome they are polite patient knowledgeable stand behind their works I walked in limping and leave with no more pain for once after therapy today I slept all day without any pain pills I highly recommend them SOS PHYSIO IN Hollywood I thank you Mireille . Fantastic experience: Excelente servicio, definitivamente un lugar donde regresar para mejorar tu calidad de vida.

Negative experience: I had the service in this office today. There were four therapists and four patients. Only one therapist worked with all four patients on the same time. One other therapist was sleeping on the couch,two others were watching movie on the comp and talked between each other. I spent 15 minutes on the bike . Then therapist said that I should do 4 exercises for 30 times each. I did it for one leg . For my question about treatment for another leg, therapist said that it will be next visit. He said that insurance pays for 30 minutes,and time is over. It was worst experiences in my entire life. Do not recommend this facility to anybody.

Negative experience: 5 stars for the therapist, Rif, who helped me with some exercises I could do to improve my knee pain. -5 stars for the receptionist. She was so awful and had the nastiest attitude. Such an unpleasant way to begin what could’ve been an all around great experience. She didn’t greet me or really acknowledge my presence at all when walking in. She asked me to sign a form and I asked what it was for and she just kept saying “it’s for insurance”. I tried to be patient with her and asked if there was someone else who could better explain the form to me and she just kept repeating “it’s for insurance” (complete with the dramatic eye roll). At the end I told her the next time she has that attitude to just stay home -so she responded with this gem “if you don’t like my attitude you can have a seat”.

I'm not forced to do beyond my strength or ability. I'm able to go the length I can. I'm also encouraged to do some simple follow up routines (they will give me) at home to help loosen up and stretch, to help increase motion in my movements. Positive experience: En lo personal, desde un principio, hubo desorganizacion y cero profesionalismo. Te hablan bonito pero te atienden poco, bueno, es lo que yo viví, nunca estuvieron coordinados con mi cirujano. Después no tenían personal, te cambian el personal, hasta el dueño estuvo, que estaba más perdido que yo, de nuevo, fue mi expericia, porque se ve que hay gente que le fue bien, por las reseñas y le sirvió, y he visto gente grande contenta ahí, en fin, espero que mejoren. Y aclaro, donde yo fui, es en sheridan.

Positive experience: Had awesome experience at sos physio. They make sure you step out of there feeling strong and better because they take their work with you very serious. I urge anyone needing help to check them out.
