Fantastic experience: ProStar and Richard Kramer is an excellent facility/physical therapist. He really cares about his patients and goes above and beyond expectations to ensure the proper care and rehabilitation of his patients. I was well cared for every time I needed his services and appreciate my experiences. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Richard really seems to know what he is doing and has completely changed my perspective on physical therapy. It's not just for post-operation therapy. I have mild, but persistent lower back pain. He performed a thoughtful, thorough evaluation and gave me a couple of exercises to do at home. I wasted time and money going to 3 different chiropractors, who all wanted me to come in several times a week for months. To heal me or to help pay their mortgage?

Fantastic experience: I have been using ProStar for several months. I had a shoulder issue involving the labrum and the rotator cuff and I had physical therapy both prior to surgery, and after surgery. I saw Richard most of the time and have only the highest praise for his knowledge, professionalism and ability. I was seen on time pretty much every time I went, and never felt pressured to finish up and leave. I particularly liked the fact that Richard did not schedule more than one other client to be there at the same time so that I was never just left to be on my own. I always felt that I was getting individual attention and care. I saw Matt a few times when Richard was not available, and I would also recommend using him. In short, I would highly recommend ProStar to anybody that needs physical therapy. The hands on, individual care you will receive from highly knowledgeable therapists is second to none.

Fantastic experience: I had ACL reconstruction surgery and my rehab experience at Prostar could not have been better. The therapists were very knowledgeable and told me exactly what to expect through the whole process. The facility was clean and the staff was very welcoming. I highly recommend Prostar to anyone that needs physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I had a complete shoulder replacement in Dec 2015! I has been very difficult but Richard has helped to understand the healing process and given me confidence that i will get stronger. He is and his staff are very helpful. Richard has taken the time to show me the correct exercises that will enable me to have strength and use of my shoulder. He is intelligent, patient, and very knowledgable. Fantastic experience: Very friendly, personal, professional atmosphere. After a thorough evaluation of my physical therapy needs, post rotator cuff shoulder surgery, I have received assistance in exercises that are strengthening my shoulder. My therapist is considerate, but encourages me to me to do my best. I experience an improvement daily and feel confident that with continued therapy I will attain better use of my shoulder. I would certainly recommend ProStar Physical Therapy to others.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about Richard and the ProStar staff. They are friendly and the atmosphere in the office is positively upbeat! After having rotator cuff surgery in Indiana my surgeon researched and recommended ProStar to complete my therapy in Florida. Richard is "the best". He explained my condition in easy to understand terms. His one on one approach is a real plus. He made sure I did each exercise correctly....and explained "why". As a result my rehab is ahead of schedule.

Fantastic experience: Matt and Kim are fantastically amazing PTA's! They offer wonderful service and their therapeutic steps to get you back on your feet are certainly helpful. When you enter the building, you are greeted with a big smile and warm welcome by the receptionist, Laura! Very friendly lady!! The PT himself always have words of encouragement and will make sure that you get back to your best!! Very friendly environment, I would definitely recommend ProStar Physical Therapy to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: If I could, I would give 10 stars!!! The ProStar Physical Therapy team is amazing! Richard, Laura, Matt, and Kim are extremely professional, super friendly, and awesome to work with! Richard has a great bedside manner, the initial evaluation was very thorough, he is really knowledgeable and compassionate and took the time to explain the condition that is affecting me, was very reassuring in his approach to my recovery and gave me confidence and peace of mind. It is very rare to see doctors nowadays who actually know what they are doing and you will find this is the case here. Laura is a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. Matt and Kim are kind, caring and comforting and do everything they can to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Every single staff member here is super nice, and most of all, highly competent. They are really punctual with their appointments and will respect your scheduled time, another rarity. The Hands on approach is extremely helpful, and the comradery of the staff is a family like atmosphere. I love working with them all and I am very thankful for their support. Fantastic experience: I have been attending ProStar Physical Therapy for over two months now and I have been improving day by day. The Physical Therapist is very knowledgeable and creates the best treatment plan for your injury. I am being pushed to safe limits without hurting myself. The slightest pain and they will change the exercise to a safe and comfortable level. Their goal is to help you strengthen your area of injury, not make them worse. The staff is very friendly and answers any questions you might have. There is never a wait for your appointment. I have already recommended my friends and family. I highly recommend ProStar for any of your Physical Therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend ProStar. I go 3x a week the last 4 months as i had a serious knee dislocation and tore everything. With 5 surgeries to date, my progress has exceeded my Doctor's estimation. I feel I receive personal care and unparalleled knowledge every time i get my physical therapy. The team takes the time to educate me on my injury and constantly reevaluates and adjust the therapy to maximize my improvement potential. The place is very clean, professionally staffed, never once had an incorrect billing and they have been very flexible with my scheduling needs. I can't say enough about my positive experiences there.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying Dr. Richard Kramer at ProStar is amazing. I suffered a complete ACL tear in my right knee and I was quite skeptical about physical therapy after surgery due to hearing so many negative experiences with physical therapists. Glad to say all my concerns and worries were vain after my initial assessment with Dr. Kramer who is articulate, passionate and insightful of his craft. Not only is Dr. Kramer professional, but he is also personable and I would highly recommend his services to anyone in any age group.

Fantastic experience: ACL reconstruction was one of the biggest challenges I've ever been faced with & I cannot even put into words how grateful I am for the ProStar team for helping me through my recovery & making therapy something I actually looked forward to. Their knowledge, patience & incredibly flexible schedules made it possible for me to get back to work right away & helped me get back on my feet with full mobility in my knee. Everyone from the director to the front desk are professional, kind, accommodating & made me feel comfortable & confident every step of the way. I highly recommend this facility & cannot say enough about Matt, therapy with him was effective yet gentle & I could not have asked for a better experience! Don't let anyone tell you physical therapy is the worst part, because of their help it was the best & most rewarding part of the entire process. Fantastic experience: I wouldn't go anywhere else but Prostar for Physical Therapy. Jason does a superior job of scheduling at times that are convenient for me, insurance handling and payment, and Richard has unparalleled knowledge in his field of physical therapy. I never sat more than five minutes in the waiting room, and the facility is clean, well equipped, well lit, and well maintained. I had a frozen shoulder for which my doctor prescribed six weeks of physical therapy, three times a week, but Richard had my full range of motion restored in half that time. Both guys are a pleasure to work with. I've had physical therapy before, but this is by a landslide the best facility and the best care I've ever had. Thank you both, Richard and Jason.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how happy I am for having found ProStar (recommended by my doctor). Just like you, I was going through reviews and looking for others’ opinions to make sure I would end in the right place. Search no more. Richard is a fantastic therapist. He has more than 30 years of experience and he is honest and focuses on your progress. He cares for you and he will do everything to get you to where you need to be in terms of your recovery. One of the many things I like about ProStar is that they dedicated fully to you instead of getting distracted with other patients. They give you the attention you need while you’re in your session. I recently had a Laterjet procedure on my shoulder. It is a complicated procedure and not everybody knows how to tackle it right. Richard does! Happy recovery!

Everyone is super nice, professional and focused on making sure you get better and after having surgery...that’s what you need. ProStar is not located near me but worth the drive. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with ProStar, Richard is a wizard and then there is Magic Matt! After right shoulder surgery, they were appointed by my primary care doctor. I go from not been able to lift anything or move it but so far from my side. After 6 weeks of intense Therapy by there very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I'm now fully recovered and doing things I wasn't able to for over 30 years. I would recommend there services in a minute on a scale of 1-10 they are rated a 10 in my eyes and shoulders!
