Fantastic experience: Dr. Robert Leshaw is the best Chiropractor in Hollywood & is now Officially "In The House!"

Fantastic experience: I'm going to have to write a review every time i come! The staff is amazing, Dr. Marco Marcheco is so attentive, informative, and kind. Let's not forget Alex, who helped me when I was about to pass out, and Leah in the front always so accommodating and kind. They even gave me money so I could get a soda from the machine to not feel so lightheaded! 20 out of 10, I recommend.

Negative experience: I highly do not recommend it, choose another one

Negative experience: Terrible, same thing every time. Front Desk is worth. also charge my insurance for every visit which shouldn't. Not going there again.

Positive experience: The place was small but intimate. The therapists made me feel at ease

Negative experience: I have been trying to contact them at the Hollywood office to change an appointment that I have for 3:00 today. It's now 1:55 and I am still not able to talk to anyone. I keep getting VM saying it's the Hialeah office and they would call me back. This isn't the first time all I got with this same message when trying to contact you. This stinks!

Fantastic experience: Natalie is the best girl ever that can help you with everything at front desk , anything you need for your therapy session she will assist you , you won’t regret it . They have the best therapist ever around

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Action for over a year; the PT guys, Duane, Richie and Jared are all wonderful. Problem is now they are very busy and it is difficult to get appointments. I will be returning after my procedure. Thanks to Natalie who is very helpful at reception.

You are NOT "just another patient” to them. Therapy goals are individualized for your needs and all therapists are doing so with compassion, caring and professionalism. I highly recommend this facility and I surely see the positive results.

Fantastic experience: The physical therapists and staff have been a great help to me. I came in with severe pain in my shoulder and upper arm and with the sessions and exercises to do at home, I am much better. The pain has drastically subsided. Thank you to Richie and Jared for helping me.

Negative experience: I called this place three times this morning and nobody called me back. When I finally got the secretary on the phone, she offered me one date and then put me on hold for more than 5 minutes because I couldn't make the appointment. This place is very unprofessional. 10:22 a.m. on 12/7/23.

Fantastic experience: If you're in need of physical therapy, look no further than Action Physical Therapy! My whole experience, from start to finish, was wonderful - the entire team was always friendly and welcoming, and they make you feel comfortable. I am forever grateful to them for bringing me back to life with my ankle injury - so much so that it was actually sad to "graduate" from PT. Hopefully I'll never need it again, but if so - I know where I'll be going!

Dr Odalys, Therapists Richie and Jared and the Front desk agent Natalie are equally the best group of people you can get! They are super nice caring, caring, kind and accommodating. You not only leave feeling better but also like someone genuinely cares about your progress and well being. If you ever need physical therapy, I strongly suggest you go to this location! They are great!
