Fantastic experience: My 9 1/2 year old daughter went in yesterday (6/14/24) with severe stiffness in her neck. She was in a lot of pain when we got there. We saw Dr. Mike and had work done to my daughter by a few of Dr. Mike’s amazing staff members. By the time we left, and after Dr. Mike’s incredible adjustment, she was able to move her neck better, had more range of motion, and overall felt a great deal of relief. Today, 6/15/24, she’s able to move her neck from side to side, chin to her chest, and had even more range of motion. I’m also providing massages for her at home as I am licensed, but the adjustments and care from the team at All Broward Chiropractic has helped tremendously. We are following up again on Monday/Tuesday. Thank you so much Dr. Mike!!

Fantastic experience: Ladies and Gentlemen, and those that hurt. I have had frozen shoulders and arthritis. I have been in exquisite pain, but not full time. Yet. Note: in my opinion; An MD or DO are not hands on practitioners. After seeing both of those, and a pain specialist, and been offered pain meds (I don't like pills) and told to get another MRI , a real friend told me to visit Dr. Surdis. I walked in, in bad pain. After a careful, experienced exam by Dr. Surdis, then X-rays, was followed by another consult with Dr. Surdis: a diagnosis and agreement on treatment was put in place immediately: simply the most intense massage session by Chris, then an adjustment by Dr. Surdis, and the pain is gone. Fantastic experience: I expected a normal mundane visit to my chiropractor, however, I was pleasantly surprised. Instead it was a delightful experience, my expectations were exceeded, not only by the great staff, beautiful facility, but by my amazing Dr Lutz. Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! They really care about your health, not just making money. I threw my back out right before a cruise. (I'm from out of town). I scheduled a chiropractic appointment. They didn't just adjust me. They used massage, stretching, ultrasound, they threw everything at me. I hobbled in there with a cane, and walked out on my own, slowly but on my own. I continued to improve every day after that too. I was in horrible pain before that. I was quoted $100 on the phone for a new patient adjustment and xrays, and that's all they charged me. I was there for a couple hours! Everyone was so nice and helpful too. I wish they'd move to Ohio!

Fantastic experience: My first visit was fabulous! I was treated warmly and with respect by the people at the front desk. Each step of the process that would take place was fully explained. Prior to the visit, staff worked with me over the phone to determine how my insurance would be billed for visits and the coverage available. The treatment rooms were clean, well-organized, and supplied with modern equipment. Treatment was holistic in nature and included a variety of reatments. I wasn't just told to sit on a table and have my neck popped. First order of business was a discussion with Dr. Mike Surdis regarding my current issues and past history. Dr. Mike was intelligent, easy to talk to, and very informative. He sent me off to have X-rays of my problem areas. Next, came heat and electrical stimulation, then a massage using application of pressure to help release the tension in those knots in my back.. I think the therapist's name was Christian. He had strong hands and was very good at finding those problem areas. Next came passive stretching by another delightful staff member. All of the above was done in preparation for the final adjustments that were done by Dr Mike. His technique with pelvic/hip adjustment seemed to be quite effective. I noticed an immediate difference. Dr. Mike reviewed the X-rays with me and explained the full implications of what we were seeing. A treatment plan was discussed as well. I left the office with positive feelings about Dr Mike and the entire staff, and trusting that the utmost would be done to alleviate my neck pain and try to correct the anatomical issues that are causing that pain as much as is possible after years of damage.

Fantastic experience: WOW!! I don't even know where to begin!! Well, beginning with My Precious Michelle's Voice over the phone, besides her having the perfect Phone Etiquette, She also remained in top of My famous Cano Health's office in sending me My Referral to Your office in order for me to be seen at your new location! And in that process, Michelle kept me on top of every step, which I felt so rewarded from, that She'd take that extra step in keeping Me up to date, which sadly enuf other offices don't even bother doing so, much less care. It was Soooo Wonderful to just Sit in God's Silence while I waited to be seen, and meditate on the beauty and Simple way in which Doc has his front area made, not too busy yet very catchy with that awesome little Rock rt under the Sign-in counter! That one was a complete classic✨. Next, once Your Lunches were over, if I'm not mistaken, it was 'Kim', I think (forgive me but I'm terrible.woth Names, but I never forget s Face!!), who Saw me in the waiting room, and like IMMEDIATELY noticed and remembered Me, which made me run to the inside and She gave Me the warmest, Heart- felt Hug for what felt like nearly 20 Seconds long!! Then, when I got called back, I immediately noticed Doc's Voice as He was helping his initial Patients rt after Lunch, and I thought to myself, 'Wow, not even His Voice has changed!'. Then when he walked into My Room, it was as though We'd just seen one another YESTERDAY!! And I realized within the time He spent with Me, that He'd Never lost his 3 Gifts (among others I'm sure)) of 'Time, LISTENING and Understanding!!', during Our Catch-up time. I truly feel in my heart of Hearts that there must be a really Strict training to any and all who walk in to Work for such a Phenomenal and Well known Chiropractic Doctor such as Dr. Mike, cuz I even remember that despite his Awesome Positivity and Wonderful Energy FELT the minute you walk into that Office, I personally at least noticed just how each and every one of his Workers connected so well, as well as Just how wonderful the 'Communication...!!', amongst You All still stands Strong!! In the end, all I can say, is that I will never stop being Doc's Free Marketer around Broward, as He's got a Golden Heart which isn't seen and much less heard of nowadays, and for Him to have had the opportunity as well as tremendous Blessing to have chosen the Staff of which You All are, --- Think twice and 3 times before. Fantastic experience: Dr Mike is the best Dr you will ever see. From the moment you walk in the front door to you finish your treatments you will be grateful you made the decision to go to his office. His staff is so nice and makes you feel that they are concerned and have your best interest at heart too. He truly cares about you and finding the best way to help you feel whole again. Unfortunately, I was having issues with my back again, since Feb of 2022. I’ve been to several doctors and surgeons. I am petrified of having surgery on my back. I finally remembered how Dr Mike saved me many years ago. I called his office on Thursday afternoon and saw him on Sat. He truly took so much time with me, explaining every detail as to what my problem is and the course of treatment that he has planned for me. I honestly have never seen a doctor who really made me feel like there was hope for me and my situation as he has.

The receptionists Shantel and Genesis were very welcoming and explained the different options I had to get best treatments and feel the best that I can. Maria the masseuse helped me so much to get the tension out of my muscles and figure out where the tension was coming from and how I could alleviate it a little from home. Then Sarah gave me the biggest and deepest stretch I've ever had. She also did some of the other treatments in a very professional manner explaining what they do and how they will help me with my goals. She made feel very comfortable always asking if everything she was doing I was comfortable with. To top it off Dr. Michael Surdis gave me the best neck adjustment. I have tried all kind of treatments, anti-inflammatory pills and stretching all with limited to minimal success. To star I am extremely thankful for the experience that all this team has bringing to me, I came into with ankle injurie and spine. After 4months they could help me to recover my ankle and walk without pain which is awesome I’m still working with my Spine with exercises and decompress machine and I’m definitely way better. The front desk “crew” are the best! They have always been understanding about appointment changes due to unforeseen circumstances. Negative experience: I had a car accident (someone hit my car) and went to this place for a while. It's a great facility and the doctor is very nice, however, some girls including two receptionists are SUPER gossipy! First of all, I’m very surprised that they don’t know how to handle the patients’ confidentiality Including the patients’ visits. Also, one time, they put me in danger by wrapping me with a tight belt and left me alone on the bed when I was having the decompression machine treatment. I noticed that the machine was not working properly. They are supposed to leave the emergency call button to the patient but they didn’t do that at that time. It was so scary and I wound up removing the belt by myself and escaped! Since then, I totally stopped going to this facility. First of all, they should know the importance of keeping the patients’ confidentiality. Also, putting the patient in danger with the machine is the worst thing to happen in the medical field! P.S. Instead of leaving a comment on Google, the doctor personally spoked to my husband to delete this review and the office manager has been calling me and leaving a message every day. The doctor said that he wanted me to consult with him about this issue before posting the review and he was very upset. Well, I already wrote a letter to him as below a long time ago. He was supposed to talk to the girls to handle this issue and get back to me, however, I haven't had any response from anybody and the thing had gotten worse! I am very upset about my experience as well. I don't know why I have an obligation to delete this post in order to keep their flawless 5 star review despite these incidents behind it. It's OK to damage my name, my husband's name and my husband's business name in order to save their business?? I don't think so.

Fantastic experience: Wow what a great clinic. The customer service is excellent and the staff are cery friendly and knowledgable. The owner came out himself and spent quite some time with me and made sure my visit was smooth. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Mike yesterday. Today is the first day in weeks I woke up pain free. This office is the best drs office I have ever been to. Staff is friendly and professional. I felt like I had been there before and that I was part of the family. I am so grateful I went to this office and have several therapy sessions scheduled for next week. I’m actually looking forward to going. Highly recommend. Day 2… I forgot it hit “post”, so my earlier message did not go through. Anyway… I saw Dr. Mike and his staff yesterday. Again, I had a great, healing experience. A young lady by the name of Shaqu gave me a massage. Perhaps the best I’ve had. Another therapy session on Friday that I am looking forward to. Dr Mike put some ribs back in place that have been causing me a great deal of pain for quite a while. This office is a gem.

Fantastic experience: As soon as I stepped foot into the office, it was just looking, clean, smelling clean, and the whole staff. All the men and women were smiling talking and offering to help the processes. I went through were awesome. I actually fell asleep during one of them they know what they’re doing. They’re very very good at what they do and I’m very very impressed and I am going to share this with my friends and family whether massage or they just Need to be stretched out

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mike, Dr. Lucas and their entire team are incredible. Super shout out to Kelly who did my therapy and was an absolute sweetheart and Shaq who hurt me (in a good way) with a much needed massage that made me feel like the tension was physically gone from my back and hips when she was done. Thank you thank you thank you for always being so helpful and making me feel so much better! This staff is an EASY 10/10. I’m sorry I didn’t get the names of the girlies who work up front but they’re extremely nice as well. I could go on and on!
