Fantastic experience: I have been going to Palm Rehabilitation in Hallandale Beach for Physical Therapy for Achilles Tendon pain since May. Tom is an excellent Therapist his terrific massage, ultrasound and electrical stimulation therapy has been shown to improve the healing. Claudia is also an excellent therapist the exercises are very helpful. I am feeling much better. Also the office receptionist is friendly and very helpful with the appointments. The office environment is very relaxing and love how they treat me and the other patients with kindness. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Run-Away in another direction! This place is a bit Dirty, Smelly, Un-Kept and Poorly Organized. Firstly- I was Firstly Turned-Off by the Stink at the front door. -Smells Like a Mans Dirty Locker Room like the other place. Second- The wait area has few seats with empty reception desk. We've learned that there is "ZERO" communication between the staff and patients. We have since sourced an alternative rehab establishment.

Fantastic experience: DRS Medical Rehab has been treating me for the last 2 months and I am very happy with the service. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I had a microneedle facial at this office and it was fabulous! I had several and nothing compares to Giovannas service!

Negative experience: I thought this was a great facility until I found out they are law breakers. It is perfectly legal to charge a convenience fee for using a credit card at a merchant, but it is illegal to charge a fee without disclosing it. In addition, unless this is a government entity, they have no taxing authority so charging a "credit card tax" as the front desk referred to this fee as, it is also illegal. Only the government has taxing authority. It they are willing to hide this fee which is legal only if disclosed, what else are they hiding? What other laws are being broken? Why does their sign say DRS Medical Rehab, but they say US Medical on calls? They only ripped me off for a few dollars, but how much have they stolen from others? I guess my complaint to the State of Florida and the City of Pembroke Pines for illegal taxation will determine how much they have padded charges. If they charge more than my insurance contracted rate, they violate that contract too. I won't go back to a facility willing to break the law to hide fees and you shouldn't either.

Fantastic experience: This place is truly amazing, i brought my brother-in-law to their place and they are truly taking care of him, they are stayed on his side the whole nice , very nice and patient and they gave him half hour massage after all the practice, people are super friendly especially Peter, he is so awesome, his been helping every possible way, i can tell if a therapy truly care about a patient or no. I'm so glad i find this place and we planing to stay for a long time until his fully recovered.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is knowledgeable, caring & simply wonderful...therapy sessions have really helped & exercises at home great & all feel well.....deep tissue massage is fabulous!!! I'm just going to continue that once therapy sessions are over!!!

The staff are super courteous, accommodating, and helpful. They actually care about you and improving your health! I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Started coming 2 years ago. Had bulging discs at the time in my back that were not diagnosed. They sent me for an MRI that diagnosed the discs and put me on a therapeutic path. I made the mistake of stopping when I was feeling better in the end of 2016. I returned this year as my back started to hurt again. Very quickly my back has been feeling better. This time I am not going to stop coming and keep in ‘maintenance mode’. I have even lately been getting comments regarding my improving posture.

Fantastic experience: Needed some physical therapy and my doctor recommended DRS. I’m glad she did because I keep going back even after they fixed my original issue! The staff is phenomenal and the care is tailored to the individual. Pete and Jiovannia’s massages keep me going back!

Fantastic experience: Pete and his staff rescued me after experiencing months of excruciating pain in my neck, back and arms areas. They are experienced friendly professionals whom are extremely knowledgeable in assessing your problem areas and applying the necessary therapy to make you feel better quickly. Pete and his staff are great listeners, which makes the environment comfortable and relaxed for you to discuss your ailment. I am feeling much better. It was a great experience, especially the massages. I can truly say that patient care is there main focus. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Visited DRS Medical for a frozen shoulder with Bursitis. Pete, Marck, Sanjay, Isabella, Dalila The whole team work using different modalities from Massage, streching, electro stimulation etc etc etc. They'll create a combination designed towards getting your issue resolved. Great team with customers wellbeing in mind just bring your best attitude. You'll get better!

Fantastic experience: This rehab facility is very professional and caring. They make you feel very relaxed and the massage therapist...I just want to take her home with me. She is AWESOME!
