Fantastic experience: We have had a very positive experience with Achieve therapies so far. My son has a Down Syndrome and he is a bit on a spectrum, so we have been visiting the place for years. All the staff have always been friendly and professional. Maria has always been helpful around the schedule. We have never had to bother about any administrative matter. Also we are very thankful to all the therapists, who have ever worked with my son! You have really been making a difference for him and we observe him progressing with your help and care. Our family appreciates everything you’ve done for us! Thank you for being kind, attentive and caring! You are awesome!

Negative experience: Owner of the place talk to people like I'm As if I owe her something.

Negative experience: There wasn't no care about my kid so I stand on my view. Never again. Best of luck to whoever thinks this place is amazing.

Elba y Maria fueron excelentes y muy eficientes para ayudarme en temas del seguro y espacios de horarios que se ajustaran a nosotros. Recomiendo este lugar maravilloso para sus hijos.

Fantastic experience: Achieve has been an amazing establishment for the almost 2 years we worked with them. Our daughter was just over 2 years old when she was referred to speech therapy. We went twice a week for about a year, then she was doing well enough to step down to 1 session a week. We just graduated with her after Thanksgiving 2023, 4 months shy of her 4th birthday. All of the staff is exceptional from the receptionist, Maria, to all of the therapists. Shout out to Danielle (no longer with them), Teresa, and Michelle, as they were the 3 main therapists our daughter worked with. I would recommend them for any therapy your child needs. So sad we are no longer needing their services, but that’s the point, right? If I could give 10 stars, I would ❤️

Fantastic experience: Love Achieve Therapy! My 2 year old has two amazing speech therapist’s and since meeting with them he has went from pretty much being non verbal to saying so many words in only a few months. I recommend this facility 100% for your little ones if they are in need of any services!

Fantastic experience: This place is great I have 8 year old that has ADHD and autism I have 4 years old nonverbal and has autism . My boys have been going to Achieve Therapy for a few years now. The way my boys have progressed and come along is amazing. My 4 year old who is non verbal says at least 10 words now and makes eye contact. That might seem like it's not alot but its really really amazing. They go for occupational therapy and speech therapy they still currently go. My 8-year-old works with Miss Danielle and Miss Rachel and he has progress so much he loves them. If you're looking for help for your child this is the place. The front desk Maria she's amazing she'll answer all your questions and she will talk to you if you just need someone to talk to. All around this place really cares about my children and they are great.. and the photo along with this is the picture they took of my boys they send home on the holidays of your children they really care

Negative experience: My son was referred here for OT for textural concerns. First visit I was told several times to not hold my son, that my two year old should do these sessions alone while I wait in the waiting room, he was too attached to me and told he should go to daycare because that helps with that… on the way out my sin didn’t want to put his shoes on leave and I was told I need to tell him it’s time to go and follow through. Second visit I thought went a little better until I was told several times my son is overactive because my two year old was jumping from one toy to the next… also said to tell Early Steps (the program that referred me to them) to re evaluate us since my son hasn’t spoke a word since she’s seen him, I told her they already did and told me I needed to come here for OT and not ST and she began to talk poorly about Early Steps and how they always do this. My third visit was a re evaluation the therapist suggested since she felt he wasn’t having too many textural concerns but more speech concerns… I was told my son should go to daycare, he’s too attached to me, he should do these sessions alone, he doesn’t follow commands and since he my two year old threw a tantrum because he was told we are done playing with blocks he is very hyperactive. I proceeded on asking her how is that not normal if we are around children his age every week and most of them do that when they aren’t done with a toy… she proceeds to tell me I’m making excuses for the behavior. Let me not forget, a colleague walks by and asks if she’s doing an evaluation and she tells her colleague yes and it’s a freebie. This office is unprofessional and has left me crying 2 out of the three times I have gone. I am not coming back to therapy to be told how to parent, I want to hold my two year old? I will. I want to nurture my son while he has a meltdown? I will. I want to not put my son in daycare? I won’t. I want to be present during his sessions? He’s two, best believe I will. I have never felt so drained and judged as a mother. I’m only sorry I had to put my son threw 3 visits of letting this lady disrespect me. The therapists name was Gloria and she has zero compassion and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: This is an awesome place, the service is 1 in a million....I've been taking my son to this Therapy for over 8 years and I never regret it for a second, he is now 9 years old and doing great with speech, Accupational and physical therapy. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Working as an OT at Achieve has been wonderful! The team has formed close bonds and we have become a family. The owners Santi and Heidi always have time to listen to our ideas for activities we would like to do with the kids like spirit week, water week, Autism walk and make sure we have all the necessary supplies for our treatments. We love to celebrate all the holidays around here and make memories with the team and our kids! Not only is it a great place to work it’s a great clinic for our little clients as we are filled with lots of fun and caring therapists. I ❤️Achieve!

Negative experience: Called to make an appointment and the person answering the phone did not seem interested in being there. I am definitely crossing this place off of my list. It is important when calling a place of business that the person is inviting, especially for a facility servicing children. Very disappointed!

Fantastic experience: There are not enough words I can use to describe how much this place means to me and my family. Achieve Therapy has been phenomenal to our family and child. The time spent in a session is used efficiently, we receive automatic reminders the night before each appointment, and the staff here have great bedside manner. Maria in the front office keeps everything running seamlessly and has always been a pleasure to talk to and gives very useful advice. Therapists Karen, Danielle, Heidi, and Erin are witty, professional, and warm-hearted people. The owner, Santiago, is so personable and even jumps in and is hands on with the kids. They are professional, SO kind, and put you at ease, especially as a new parent. The therapists and staff at Achieve have taught us innovative ways to interact with and encourage our child to learn. The resources here are never ending, and the establishment itself is clean, secure, and child friendly. Our son has made tremendous progress while here for the past year, improving his motor skills, eye contact and even took his first steps here while working with his amazing Occupational Therapist. They have gone above and beyond- not only caring for our son regarding his Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapy needs, but also caring for his general health and well being overall. The first few years of a child’s life are VITAL to their development. It’s important to choose a team that cares and knows how to work with you to meet your child’s goals and Achieve Therapy is that place.

Fantastic experience: My daughter's speech teacher is amazing ... she is very patient.... the place is really nice and clean I’m really big on cleanliness.... the appointments are always on time and finish on time... really a nice place with nice people... my daughter has came along way in a short amount time.... she started in November and she is already speaking.... it’s March.... so I’m very in love with the place and staff ....

Negative experience: I took my 3yr old and what I thought would be a great experience for her. Turned out to be the opposite...my baby girl swas acting up aggressively after the 2nd time and she literally grab my face and pushed her little hands over my mouth and started screaming and saying to hush . I have never experienced this and to remind you. I'm a stay at home mom and she is with me 24/7. I was concerned and a little bit strange so I wanted to get information about the company and therapist but the front office receptionist advised me to contact her therapist directly. I try speaking with her but she never has time to call me. The Next time I took her for therapyShe was fine in the waiting area but once the lady came out my daughter sprinted all the way to the door screaming to go. And I stay there I waited in the hallway while my daughter finally went inside with the lady of course leaving her to trust this therapist that barely spoke English. I requested the name and her license information to do a background check on her while waiting for my daughter to come back. I tried to speak with the manager after explaining my concerns and the strange behavior but she literally advised me that the owners whom where literally there since I know they were listening but nonetheless they said that they are not be able to release any information pertaining to their therapist. That was my last visit. I told her pediatrician and she would not recommend any other children there and told me not to return since by law they have to display their licenses. Please PARENTS BE VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR Little Ones and ALWAYS trust your instincts

Fantastic experience: When my baby's pediatrician told me I had to start taking my baby boy to feeding therapy I knew I had to take him to the best place possible. I started researching different places and reading the reviews. Then I decided to come here and I am so glad I did. After some months and a couple of sessions my baby boy is doing sooo much better. I am so so glad I had the chance to have Heidi as his therapist, I could see she really cared about my baby and she was very interested in really helping him and finding out different methods to try out, she knows every baby is different with different personalities but she really gave me and my husband very good advise, not only with feeding but with other things that involve having a baby, like how to help him start sleeping in his crib by himself. I am truly thankful for Heidi and this place.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place I did not like that it wasn’t very clean the woman at the front always seems bothered & overall I do not feel like my daughter learned anything from her time there

Negative experience: Wow I am upset to the point of tears that I wasted 6 months at this place. My son learned absolutely nothing in his time at this dreadful dingy rundown establishment. He has only been with his new therapist for a month now, eye contact has improved so has his focus they are true professionals. During his sessions he would cry and be upset, not one time at this new place has he shed a tear or been uncooperative. Please do not waste your precious time at this waste of space. They hire a bunch of young girls that you can tell do not care. Stay away!

Positive experience: My daughter attended ST with Bianca for 2 evaluation periods, she was amazing but then left to finish school with short notice! There was a lot of therapy given to her from a high chair. The other therapists /and feedback couldn't compare. 5 for Bianca, 3 stars for office - communication in general was a concern. Overall OK and now my daughter is in PK and speech has improved significantly!

Fantastic experience: I have to say from the moment you walk in and are greeted by Harriet, you feel like you are in a loving & carrying environment with a lot of love. Achieve is the Best around. CeCe for speech & Molly for OT have moved mountains for my grandson. He always reaches his goals thanks to them❤️❤️❤️ Heidi & Santiago run a first rate therapy center. Negative experience: Son's Doctors office confirmed they didnt recieve his evaluation till 4 weeks later after his appt even though i called therapy office 3 times & was lied to that the doctors office already had it..will definitely not be sending my son there!

Fantastic experience: Speech therapist Carolina is very passionate and professional about what she does, it shows clearly in the way she treats each and every child, this location is so blessed to have such a devoted therapist working there, if you need a great speech therapist this is the place to look for individual and unique one on one interaction....

Fantastic experience: Ms. Heidi, Mr. Santi, Ms. Harriet are the best in the world Could not have met any other amazing individuals. Thanks to Diana Manny's first home therapist that told me about Ms. Heidi My son Manny was her first patient. I love you guys. As long as manny needs and is able he will attend Achieve Therapy. The rest of the staff is also great. There is so much patience within, it's amazing. Thank you guys for everything always! It's amazing to see the connection they have with all the kids.
