Fantastic experience: This is an incredible pilates studio. Mary is such a sweet instructor who explains the moves in a way that makes sense. Classes are small and not intimidating. She provides individual attention in them which is wonderful. Going there makes you feel good.

Fantastic experience: So glad to have found this place. The owner Mary is so careful and kind. She is very careful about making sure you’re doing things properly and won’t get hurt. She started me with PT so I could be aligned and not cause problems with my existing back issues. Even in a small group class she gives each person individualized attention. She also makes it totally enjoyable. In addition the place is immaculate. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Mary is wonderful! Her classes are very focused, and she explains each exercise well. The studio is not large, so the classes are personalized to suit your fitness level. This is a fabulous fitness routine and approach for those who need targeted therapy. Update: 11/30/2023 Love how Mary changes the class routine to target different muscle groups. It also adds spontaneity to the routine

Fantastic experience: This place is great! Mary is an excellent instructor! She knows proper techniques to avoid injuries and delivers a quality workout. She’s also very personable, plus with her PT background knows the body! The studio is spotless with the latest equipment. What is also great, there are plenty of classes, especially morning, to work with my schedule. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE Mary. This is not just a regular Pilates class, but it’s a class where Mary gives everyone individual attention if she sees you are doing something incorrectly. Her being a Doctor of Physical Therapy, she knows the importance of doing movements correctly to prevent injury. I like that it’s a small boutique Pilates with no more than 6 people so she can focus on everyone. I already feel stronger and less pain in my back. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent combination of Pilates training and physical therapy Mary teaches proper form needed to Do Pilates exercises unlike some studios which rush through the exercises with no emphasis on doing exercise correctly also the first class is free I have been doing pilates for six years and she has shown me exercises I have never ,seen very clean studio new equipment
