Negative experience: Okay, we all got that front desk is a problem here and they are ruining the revenue stream for their lack of empathy and flexibility, just being simply rude and unapologetic. But first, let me mention why I am giving an extra star. Saying upfront: Melissa (the one who does assessments is a jewel - she is great to work with and does her job with passion and great involvement). Sadly, after visiting two other therapists we were not very happy with their approach - they never did the massage before starting working out the leg. They only did it when we insisted. I am not saying they are bad, but all we wanted was Melissa. When I asked the receptionist to assign her to us next time, she told me it was not possible. I know it is not true as Melissa sometimes does therapy sessions when she can. We had to cancel all the upcoming sessions, because we really don't want to experiment more, just want to work with the therapist we requested. I am just curious if Matvey (the business owner) is okay with losing a revenue stream because a simple request such as choosing a therapist can't be accommodated. Obviously, this is a rhetorical question. If this review stays unanswered and we are not offered a solution, we are picking another rehab and this rating stays here.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place, this team has very knowledgeable therapists, so far I was with Melissa, Oscar, & Steven, each has their unit touch hence I am happy with the swaps, Waiting time is non existent and they truly know what they are doing ‼️is a game changer assuming you also have great shoes Hoka or Acsis…the improvement was immediate Highly recommend without taking away from other places, due to my line of work, I have been pretty much everywhere in the area with my patients and SOS Physio for me is the best‼️

Negative experience: Unfortunately some of the staff is impolite up to rudeness, don’t show any level of professionalism enough to work with direct clients. Highly not recommended for the elderly clients.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very accommodating and listens to you. The Hollywood facility is very clean.

Negative experience: I am deeply saddened and outraged to report an appalling incident involving my senior citizen parents, who were subjected to an abhorrent and disrespectful encounter, particularly with two staff members at the front desk at SOS Physio. This egregious experience is not an isolated incident but a reflection of a disturbing pattern of neglect and disdain towards paying clients, as evidenced by previous one-star reviews. It is a fundamental principle that all clients, especially senior citizens who have contributed so much to our society, deserve to be treated with the utmost respect and dignity. The blatant disregard shown by SOS Physio is not only unacceptable but demands immediate and serious accountability. I am compelled to take a stand and ensure that this reprehensible behavior is brought to light and addressed. This incident will be reported on all major platforms, including the Better Business Bureau (BBB), to amplify the call for justice and prevent such deplorable treatment from recurring. A formal complaint will be filed, and I will not rest until this matter is rectified and the company is held accountable for its actions.

Negative experience: The mistreatment received from the people in the front desk is unacceptable. I deeply regret not having read the reviews before making an appointment there for my patient. I do not recommend it. Very bad experience.

Fantastic experience: Amazing and exceptional service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful to my needs. The office manager Jacki truly goes above and beyond to help with anything along with the amazing staff and Therapists. I highly recommend.

Negative experience: I had been warned not to take my mom to this place for her physical therapy, but either way we went. Very bad decision. We had a terrible experience with the customer service at this place. The two ladies at the front desk are rude, unempathetic, and treated patients poorly. They didn't respect the scheduled appointment times and on top of that, they treat you with such an attitude. It's very unfortunate that in a place where they work with patients, the first two people you encounter have no idea how to treat and respect a person. I wouldn't recommend it.

Negative experience: Therapists are wonderful. Front desk staff, which is the beginning of your therapy, is INEPT and RUDE. Why make an appt. only to find front desk changes appt. time? I don’t need an ATTITUDE from this local business.

Negative experience: Saw all 4 therapists at SOS, with no relief for my sciatica pain due to an S1/L5 herniated disk. The session are 30 minutes, they were always late, same exercises with no advancement or relief. They don’t listen to you needs just follow same protocol

Negative experience: My boyfriend had a very difficult experience with the front desk staff. The receptionist was aggressive and difficult when trying to schedule an appointment. I’ve attempted to contact the office manager to address the matter but was unable to get a hold of her. Despite this, Karla the physical therapist was great and pleasant as always. But ultimately the encounter at the front desk affected the overall experience at this office.

Negative experience: Front desk person named Jennifer is absolutely rude and do not do her job. I’ve asked her 3 times to send the new request to the insurance company every time I was coming to see a therapist . She didn’t do it , instead she scheduled the new appointment, and when I come there, spending my time and organized my day, she laughed and said ohh you do not have any visits left . Seriously??? Now I have to delay my visits because of 1 person just not doing her job.

Fantastic experience: Quiero recomendar este centro de la 207 en aventura fl.desde kas chicas de la recepcion que son muy amables hasta mi terapista Gabriel que es excelente profesional y gracias a el y a Karla otra muy buena terapista salgo hoy día caminando y recuperada .llegue a este centro sin poder doblar mi rodilla y sin poder dar un paso.con el pie pues tuve fascitis plantar y problema en la patela con mucho dolor y mi pierna tiesa literal y hoy día recupere mi movilidad gracias a ellos gracias.muchas gracias.

Fantastic experience: Shreya is such a nice and patient therapist. I am so happy to have had her as my physiotherapist she made me work hard with a smile and a lot of good humor and has helped alleviate much of my pain. she really gives me hope for a painless future.

Fantastic experience: The therapy is excellent, and the staff are well trained. However, clients are not screened for COVID-19 when entering the facility. Tempetature should be taken, several specific questions should be asked, and clients should be asked to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer before entering the therapy area.

Fantastic experience: Physical therapy was great experience I never had to do physical therapy before so I didn’t know what to expect, but the guy was real down to earth n straight forward wit the follow ups...the work out was intense but I’m glad I got through it. I would recommend anyone to this spot for therapy because the vibes are all there very people friendly.

Fantastic experience: 3 weeks ago I finished my therapy in SOS Physio in Adventures and I can said I am free of pain. Everytime I entered the excellent treatment of Tatiana Llases make feel welcome and relaxed. Then the guide of my therapy Jennefer Trejo and finally my therapist Marc Beeber, thanks for being excellent professionals and knowing what are doing. It is a pleasure for me that if I recommend to my family and friends they will be in the hands of professionals who really care about the welfare of the patients. Thank you again. Mark is an outstanding professional, he is amazing. Service was on time, polite and therapeutic. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Mark is one of the best therapist ever! Thank you for being in our life and help us with our physical problems.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt my experience with the people at this facility was excellent. Extremely professional and personable, and they actually healed my problem. I would give a special thank you to José Rodriquez who was incredible as a caring and professional healer. Eric Rosenfield also worked with me and was helpful as well. All of the therapists that had a part in my healing were well trained in their field. I am grateful for all and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs this kind of service.

Fantastic experience: Therapists did a great job with my frozen shoulder. Special thanks to Karla who took care of me the last few weeks. Also to Alan who kept trying to get me to drink more water and be healthier. All the staff and therapists were great. Definitely recommend this office!

Negative experience: I was referred there by my doctor for a broken bone in my hand. The referral required that I be seen by a certified hand therapist. Although at the time they didn't have a Certified Hand Therapist or OT ( only came every other week for one day), they took me anyway under the pretense that they could provide this service to me. Additionally , when I asked if the rate per visit being quoted to me was the rate my insurance had determined they stated that it was. It took me a month to get around to calling my insurance, and I found out from the front desk that they don't take my insurance and that was a rate they were quoting me (not my insurance). I had specifically asked them if they took my insurance. My insurance in turn denied every claim they submitted. Lessons learned: Call up your insurance company, confirm everything you are being told is indeed how your plan works. Check in with your doctor and accurately describe the treatment you're receiving. Ask the people who are treating you what their title is. Be better informed so that you aren't taken advantage of.

Fantastic experience: My wife had a frozen shoulder and was directed to SOS Physio by her primary care doctor. She made remarkable progress under their care. Wonderful people and a great facility. We highly recommend SOS to anyone needing physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I was in a bad automobile accident last January being hit from behind in a highway multi car accident. I sustained tears in my right knee meniscus. My doctor recommended conservative treatment first before having surgery. He referred me to SOS Physio for physical therapy for my treatment. Matvey Gorzhevsky is an outstanding professional experienced therapist. He is genuinely concerned with his patients care and recovery. I witnessed this with my treatment and as well as other patients in his care. After many months under his care I'm able to function almost as well as before my accident. My Orthopedic doc was pleased how my rehabilitation progressed and how SOS Physio keep him updated with after visit reports of my condition. His staff of professionals, Jackie the facilities manager and Carla another physical therapist working there are the Best! I have previously needed rehabilitation physical therapy for other injuries using other therapist. They can't hold a candle to the level of care at SOS Physio provides in my opinion!

Fantastic experience: SOS PHYSIO is great! The facility is pristine and equipped with brand new top quality equipment. There is lots of parking space available. The Physical Therapist is very professional, experienced and more important of all: extremely willing to help. Mat is thorough and compassionate and will not give up until he is able to help the patient. The front desk lady is very nice and friendly. It is wonderful to have such needed services in Aventura. I recommend them without hesitation ! ! !

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering for very long time from constant general overall pain due to osteoarthrosis, 2 hip replacements and shortness of breath for years. My doctor suggested physiotherapy to alleviate pain and correct posture. After an extensive evaluation at SOS Physio, I started a customized care and treatment through interactive sessions. As a result, I have been improving so much and so quickly that I said goodbye to pain killers in no time. Mat and his team are constantly caring and taking the time to listen to my needs to alleviate my discomfort. I wholeheartedly recommend them. They are the best hands down!!!!
