Physical Therapy Now Aventura/Hallandale

Negative experience: Itm not sure what happened . Did my knee therapy there? They were great now I need more therapy. I go there at 8 o'clock. Says they open at 8 o'clock. Doors closed. Call them. It's like trying to get through to the president. They don't call back. What a shame he was such a nice warm family business and how it seems quite opposite. Good luck!

Positive experience: I came here when the brothers i owned it and it was fantastic. New owners, they are open less and never answer the phone EDIT YOU BUSINESS HOURS ON GOOGLE!

Fantastic experience: I started PT sessions today at this facility. Kat is a great PT therapist. She takes her time with each patient. I felt she truly listened to me and cared for my well being. I highly recommend her. Xiomi the receptionist is attentive and kind.

The front desk receptionist Xiomie welcomed me with the warmest smile and was incredibly friendly and understanding. She made me feel comfortable right away, setting the tone for my visit. During my session, I had the privilege of working with Dr. Batya Komarovsky, and I cannot praise her enough. Dr. Komarovsky's sensitivity, professionalism, and wonderful mood made the session not only effective but also enjoyable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the treatment to my needs, providing invaluable guidance and support throughout. Overall, my experience at Physical Therapy Now exceeded my expectations, thanks to the exceptional care and service provided by the front desk receptionist Xiomie and Dr. Komarovsky. Fantastic experience: Ms. Xiomie the office manager treats me very nice every visit.. When im running late, she always find a time slot for me to get therapy. She even helps the pta set up the treatments when it's busy in the office...she is noticeably very courteous and committed to providing great service to the patients....My physical therapist assistant Kat has has the magic touch with the methods she uses to aid in reducing my pain levels...I leave the office feeling invigorated and ready to take on the world..They play soothing music also !!

Fantastic experience: The best place to go for treatment. The front desk Lorena is amazing and super sweet, she is always willing to help. The office is clean and everybody is respectful. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Brought a groupon deal. The language problem is what hurt me the most. They’re closed Tuesday and the manager said she could honor the groupon in another location but when i asked about it in another location they said they couldn’t do it… they made me wait for their call for 3 hrs . 2-5 pm .. and they asked me on Wednesday today if i can come and i asked if 12 pm works, and the manager (Desiree ) said ok… when i came she said she misheard that and cannot see me until 1pm as its lunch break. What the heck is this? Why don’t you put all these terms and conditions on the Groupon coupon and why can there be a uniformity of rules. And why don’t all the managers know the rules. I am severely disappointed in the treatment of customers. They don’t value their time and underestimate miami traffic

Fantastic experience: I started my appointments at Dr. Mark Solotoff’s “Physical Therapy Now” office several months ago when I experienced severe back pain and, while being a university professor, was not able to normally work, stand, walk, drive, and sit at my computer for more than one hour. Mark patiently started working with high degree of compassion, applying the wealth of his knowledge, expertise, and hands-on experience for the sake of success of my treatment. It was not easy for me in the beginning, however from session to session I felt an improvement in my health. My back pain stopped at night, I resumed driving long distances again, started again standing in front of students in class, became able to bend over while cleaning my house. I started walking, swimming in the pool, and riding my bike much better. I owe everything I have achieved in the fight against my illness to a large extent to Mark. He is a high-class professional, a thoughtful, wise therapist, an excellent coach, mentor and just a friend. Thank you very much for everything Mr. Solotoff!

Fantastic experience: I was at PTNow as one of Mark's PTA students, he and his brother Jesse, the DPT, are very knowledgeable in the field, and I learned a lot from both of them. The knowledge I gained from being here has helped built up my confidence in the field and I'm so glad I was able to help with the patients here. I'll miss learning from them but maybe one day I'll be back, never know!

Fantastic experience: I had knee surgery in early January at home and then came to Florida. Found Physical Therapy Now online. Both Jesse and Mark were terrific. The sessions were helpful and challenging. Feeling much better! Try them!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars + for PT Mark & his team. My husband & I went 2X/weekly for different issues. Both of us were comfortable with treatment & felt better. Mark was: experienced, gentle, patient, knowledgeable, respectful & caring. He took time to educate us to understand our issues & to continue exercising when our sessions ended. Sometimes it can be busy, but Mark manages to oversee what everyone is doing. Will definitely return if needed!

Fantastic experience: Went into clinic with really bad neck pain with thought in mind I would need surgery in future. After only 6 weeks therapy working with Mark on my posture and neck strength my symptoms completely resolved and I was able to return to my job working on a computer pain free. Highly recommend this clinic for any PT needs
