Fantastic experience: This place is an answered prayer! I completed Dr. Sarah Rubio's Mamafit course and later saw her for pelvic floor therapy. I would recommend the MamaFit course to any woman pre- or postnatal! I attended the course 4 months postpartum, very weary! In the time of the 8 weeks I regained strength & confidence in myself, my mind & my body (enough to continue my strength training through Crossfit)! In addition to Mamafit, I saw Dr. Sarah Rubio for pelvic floor therapy. She is truly the best and is passionate about this phase of life for women - her desire to heal, help and empower is evident in every interaction! I am so grateful!!

Fantastic experience: If I could give a 10 star rating I would! I am so grateful and pleased with the care I received from In Power PT and Dr. Sarah! I began seeing Dr. Sarah when I was in my third trimester of pregnancy and I was experiencing pain. My OB had assured me there was nothing I could do for the pain and it was just what came with pregnancy. Dr. Sarah helped me alleviate all pain and I felt amazing throughout the rest of my pregnancy. I believe I had such an easy and quick birth because of the PT/pelvic floor therapy I was doing leading up to the birth. I also did the Mama-fit class and loved it! It was nice to jump back into working out and also have a professional there to assist with any discomforts. Dr. Sarah helped me understand more about postpartum recovery and exercise and helped me feel confident moving forward in my exercise journey. It’s a great class for any woman at any stage of life. I recommend anyone and everyone to In Power for their PT needs!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for Sarah and all she did to help me in physical therapy while pregnant. I can happily say, thanks to her, I had little to no pain through the whole pregnancy! She is compassionate, tedious, and puts in the most effort to make sure results are made. With Sarah’s encouragement, I successfully completed her MamaFit class feeling confident and energized at 34 weeks along, then continued on with CrossFit at CrossFit 806 until 37 weeks! She’s the best of the best and I highly recommend her specialties to any woman!

Fantastic experience: Looking for one on one personal Physical Therapy, In Power is your place. Dr Andrew is Great. He listens and will get you going on a program best for you. Physical Therapist Meredith will guide you through your program at each visit. Always adding new exercises to keep you progress going forward. Although I’ve finished my one on one at In Power, I have taken their knowledge they’ve give me and joined a gym and continue working at keeping Healthy. Keeping the body moving in a Positive direction. Thank you Dr Andrew and Meredith.

Fantastic experience: This is THE place to go to for physical therapy. The office staff are all so friendly and helpful, especially Brooke. Meredith is awesome And I just can’t say enough good things about Andrew. Andrew took charge of my therapy, and this is the first time in 2 1/2 years that I am almost pain-free after a total knee replacement. I can walk and sleep better. I still have to work on stairs and distance walking, but I am getting better. I am almost back to my old self prior to my surgery. I had gone to three prior physical therapy facilities with failed results. Andrew worked with me, and he found what was needed to help me specifically. He monitored and encouraged me and always made sure anything that we were doing was safe and not beyond my ability or causing me great pain. He is absolutely the best. Thank you, Andrew for giving me my way of life back.

Fantastic experience: Front ladies were very sweet, kind and accommodating to getting me scheduled with my PT. Andrew my Pt was the best at explaining everything, answering my thousand questions and giving me true evaluations that also helped to know what I needed and how I've improved. They had students assisting the PTs that were doing their clinicals all were also helpful to me and extremely sweet. The place gave me a good updated vibe and not a normal feel of Physical Therepy places I've been before.....overall a really great place to heal and get stronger.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for PT for pain, mobility, pelvic floor and more, In Power PT and Performance is the ONLY place in Amarillo, TX! I started going due to experiencing lower back pain for 3 months. After my initial evaluation, which also included treatment, I learned about the importance of daily mobility whether you are actively working out or not. Dr. Sarah Rubio also taught me exercises to reduce tension and increase muscle to specific areas, including lower back, glutes, abs, and pelvic floor. Dr. Rubio is extremely knowledgeable and passionate in her field. I am forever grateful for her expertise! I am now able to move during my daily activities without pain, sleep soundly, and workout without pain. She also offers cupping and needling which can be very helpful in reducing tension and improving circulation. Thank you Dr. Sarah Rubio at In Power PT and Performance!

Fantastic experience: The Team members are very kind and understanding. They work very hard to get you scheduled for your PT. Meredith was amazing. She worked very hard to get me to the point of an early discharge. The dry needling was the best I think that help me get to the point of discharge much earlier. Fantastic experience: I went in with neck pain and weakness, thinking that I would never heal. Meredith and Andrew worked together with me, and I feel like a completely different person, much stronger and no more numbness and pain. They were patient, calm, and SO ENCOURAGING! The one on one training made me feel important and cared for.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Sarah for pelvic floor therapy after I had my first child. She helped me regain my strength and navigate dealing with postpartum symptoms. I continued to see her throughout my second pregnancy. My second birth was incredible and I credit Sarah to giving me so many tools and helping me maintain my strengthen as my body grew and changed. I could not recommend Sarah enough!

Fantastic experience: I went to Sarah at 15 months postpartum with my third baby. I had never done pelvic floor PT before, but I was dealing with embarrassing symptoms that were not resolving with time. I could tell a huge difference after just one visit! I felt so strong after our weeks together that I had the courage to try CrossFit for the first time! I absolutely recommend Sarah. She is amazing at what she does! I wish I had gone to her sooner!

Fantastic experience: These folks will take care of you, from the financial and scheduling side, to making sure you leave them in tip-top physical condition on your last appointment. They put their hearts into helping people and will make sure you get the exact, personalsized treatment you need to fully heal. They will challenge and motivate you the perfect amount. Dr. Evan Jones is amazing! And my therapist, Meredith, is an absolute rockstar and quite possibly one of the kindest people you will meet!

Fantastic experience: The physical therapy provided by Evan and Brandon was awesome. They listened to every concern I had and personalized the therapy based on my needs and abilities. They also pushed me to try to do “more” each time. It’s a “no judgment “ zone. The guys are pleasant and comfortable to work with. I’ll go back if I need to.

Fantastic experience: Just hit a new deadlift PR of 265 (on 10/18). I injured myself lifting 205 months ago and they've gotten back to where I was and better. They also did my rehab post shoulder. One of the few places in town where PT and patient are one on one for the whole hour. Can't recommend enough. But, be warned, they're going to put you TO WORK. All I can say for after a session with them is.... but did you die?

Fantastic experience: Everything about my experience with In Power PT & Performance was great! Had been having issues with pain in my knee and also wanted to work on mobility with hips/ankles. With Andrews help I increased my mobility significantly, and strengthened my knee to get my confidence back. He’s very personable, encouraging, and listens to your concerns. He was also very good at breaking down the exercises to help understand what is being worked on and how it will help in the long run. I would not hesitate to go back and can confidently recommend them!

Fantastic experience: My experience with In Power PT and Performance was outstanding. I was having issues with my knees that was gradually getting worse. I sought out their help with strengthening my legs to avoid surgery. From my first visit to my last I was encouraged and challenged to increase my strength, stamina and performance. My leg strength has increased and doing everyday activities has become much easier. I have experienced a measurable improvement in my mobility. One thing that stood out to me was all the therapist have a genuine interest in their client's getting better. My PT, Andrew, listened actively and would adjust my therapy accordingly. In Power PT and Performance has a team that loves what they do and are passionate about it.

Positive experience: I called about a possible double charge for my husband, and the lady I spoke with at the front desk was extremely rude. As a professional dancer growing up, I spent much of my life in physical therapy, and I've never encountered such disorganization where appointments are billed weeks later, claiming the first charge never happened. This is concerning and could create financial problems for families who carefully budget their weekly expenses.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Moffett was excellent. She helped my shoulder and ribs when a lot of other methods wouldn’t work.

Fantastic experience: Everything about In Power was exceptional. From front desk interactions, to each PT appointment. Dr. Andrew Homen knew how and what needed to be done to help my daughter with her knee injury/pain. Andrew was very professional, but also established a great rapport making his interactions with my daughter and myself very personable and comfortable. He truly is great at what he does. Piper said "she will miss you Andrew." She enjoyed PT days even though she moaned and groaned. Fantastic experience: Incredibly impressed! I went to In Power for some PT on my lower back and other issues. I was extremely impressed with Sarah Rubio and her skills and knowledge. She completely exceeded my expectations and helped me in so many other ways other than just PT. Her knowledge of nutritional and muscular health was amazing! Sara Rubio is extremely knowledgeable, she answered every question I had, and I learned stuff I didn’t know about my own body. She’s very easy to talk to and a great listener. Fantastic experience: Andrew was my guy, and went above and beyond when helping me gain my neck rotation back. He is attentive and even gave tips for strengthening other joints I was concerned with! Not only that, the whole staff greets you with a smile everytime. Definitely an encouraging environment with positive vibes.

Fantastic experience: Hello, my name is Helen and I have been working with Sara, one of the physical therapists. The first thing I would like to say is she is absolutely amazing. She is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and overall amazing at what she does. You can tell she is truly in her element when she's working with patients. She makes the visit fun and establishes rapport. Needless to say going to PT isn’t just work but a part of your day to enjoy. I have weak back muscles and started off not being able to lift anything over 5 pounds ,After 10 visits I feel 75% better. I really did not think PT would help me but thanks to this amazing woman name Sara , I can function much better than before. A huge thank you and I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Moffet to deal with some lingering neck and knee pain. She may not be a miracle worker, but she was pretty close. After a few sessions, my neck and knee pain is completely gone, my flexibility has increased, and I have a host of stretched and excercises to use going forward. I can't recommend her or In Power enough!

Fantastic experience: I had a nagging knee pain for months. My doctor recommended In Power physical therapy and I couldn't be happier. I've done traditional physical therapy for previous injuries, but In Power exceeded my expectations. Andrew (my assigned PT) was able to tailor a plan to my wants/needs. I weight lift regularly and I feel like most physical therapy places won't get you back to the level I was looking for, however my last couple visits, I was starting to have no pain with movements such as squats that previously hurt. In Power is a great facility and Andrew was very personable, kind and helpful.

Chase has been great, and his approach to my shoulder injury has been spot on. Fantastic experience: I went to evan with low back pain so bad I could not sleep. Surgery was offered to me. Evan believed he could help me with my pain. This man is smart! And it shows, he was able to get my range of movement at a level I never thought was possible without surgery. He is crossfit certified and is training me to do exercises I would never be able to do with my injury. I am dealifting now and my pain is minimal. You can't go wrong by goin to see Evan at in power. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: When I first came to In Power PT & Performance I was getting around on a walker or a scooter. I can now walk about 15 minutes or 120 feet without assistance. I can now dress and shower myself and fix supper with minimal help. In Power PT & Performance is a God send.

My insurance didn't cover it but it was well worth the out of pocket expenses! Communication is great, the location is clean, the equipment is great. If you need a PT, this is the place to go. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jones. He is very knowledgeable and good at what he is doing, won’t tell an athlete to stop working out, and is also very positive (which is what you need when you’re in pain). It’s clear that he enjoys his work. I had two different overuse-type injuries that were being treated simultaneously: one of them was about 9 months old, the other one was on and off for ~5 years. After about 2 months of treatments and exercises I’m pain free. It’s incredible. He’s also the only PT in town doing dry needling, which I think was crucial to the relief I felt. I highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how happy and thankful I am with In Power PT & Performance. I've had issues with my shoulder for a long time, went to visit other places and they would give a short term solution to my pain or having a negative forecast about it. Evan helped me build strength and confidence in my workouts for a long term. He developed a program for me that I have been using to keep my shoulders healthy and strong without having to rely on him after the PT. I came back stronger and doing things I couldn't do before!! And to this date NO PAIN AT ALL!

Fantastic experience: I have dealt with neck pain on and off for 14 years and I was referred to Dr. Jones. I am extremely pleased with our plan for my care.
