Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Casey by a co-worker and am very grateful that I was! He's truly the BEST in Kansas City and offers top of the line treatment options! I was in a lot of pain and was able to get seen asap which helped me so much. I was seriously blown away by how good he is and felt very comfortable with him during my session. I honestly cannot wait to go back and highly recommend going to see him for any of your chiro/wellness needs!!

Fantastic experience: I visited KC Wellness primarily due to suffering 2+ years with neck pain due to a whiplash injury. I also suffered a fall and had other physical issues that needed more permanent remedies other than pain meds or other unsustainable treatments offered by the M.D.s I had visited. I was referred to Dr. Casey by a friend. After the first visit my neck pain was basically resolved. Just think, 2+ years of unnecessary suffering relieved so quickly. I had calculi in the kidneys that are now gone. Dr. Casey uses many beneficial techniques including treatments such as ultrasound and electrical muscle stimulation. You are sure to see results here. I am so glad I found this great chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Casey is far and beyond the best chiropractor I have been to. He took the time to really understand all my problem areas and was upfront about the timing it would take to get me back to 100%. I never felt like I was just another appointment on the calendar. He makes sure to do all treatments necessary in each appointment so that you fully feel the results. I was concerned about coming to a few treatments and then just reverting back to my same pain, but he made sure to teach me new stretches and exercises each time I was there to ensure my health remained after each adjustment. I’ve been to many other chiropractor offices and this one is BY FAR the best in KC.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Casey is the best chiropractor I’ve been to and has the best HEALING hands! I was in the worst back pain of my life and he was the only one who was able to readjust and realign my back/spine to the point where I feel no pain at all. So whoever is reading this, I highly suggest you go to to KC wellness and see Dr. Casey. You will not be disappointed. I promise you!

Fantastic experience: This place is a self-care sanctuary!! From the sauna, to the whirlpool, to chiropractic adjustments, to laser treatments, Dr. Kowin Casey has the most amazing services to offer. He is always very friendly and provides valuable health-related knowledge. He even offers personal training services, and I’ve got to say, they’ve put me in the best shape of my life. Scheduling is quick and easy, with helpful appointment reminders. Needless to say, I am always looking forward to going in to my appointments, which go by pretty fast depending on how many services I have booked that day.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Casey is awesome. On my first vist he did a full eval and adjustment with recommendations. He even adjusted my wrists a fingers that I never thought could or needed to ve adjusted. He is very knowledgable and patient. I highly recommend!!!!! Especially the full spectrum!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Casey and the team are amazing. Lots of patient education, friendly, and so many services offered! Facials, ilipo, micro sculpting, chiro, and of course PT. They have a new medical sauna. It has bi level, chromatic lights with essential oils in the steam and soothing sound machine! :) Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Went in for a bundle of three ilipo treatments, I left every appointment feeling lighter, and by the end of the treatments there was a whole inch difference on my waist!! The staff were super personable and an absolute joy to be around. One of the most beneficial aspects of my treatment was showing me how to do certain exercises correctly, working on my diaphragm and how to target certain muscles.
