Fantastic experience: I was hit by a mini van when crossing a street in New York while visiting in April 2023 and tore my rotator cuff. I've been going to therapy at RJ Therapy since May 2023 and credit them with helping me get through this. The staff is "amazingly friendly" and very knowledgeable. The music they play makes the atmosphere enjoyable for the patients to do their regiment. Dr. Johnson is a Yankee fan, so you know he's ok!

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue. I became a patient Feb 2022 after having sustained a horrible ankle break. Before I began therapy I was really afraid and unsure of how I would recover from my injury. The first day that I met Drs. Johnson and Wortham I knew that I was in good hands. I arrived wearing a boot and crutches but by the end of my session I had completed several exercises that included riding the stationary bike. The anxiety that I initially felt melted away as I progressed through each exercise. I felt very confident and motivated to return. They were very patient and reassuring. During each session I was never rushed to complete my routine and would easily spend 1 1/2 hours there. The environment was very welcoming; didn’t feel like a medical facility. Wonderful music was played which helped to pass the time. The entire staff was so amazing. It was truly a blessing to be in their care.

Negative experience: wouldn't recommend. Dr wortham seems overbooked and busy and cant give you her full attention. Aids/Assistants are rude and unpleasant.
