Primrose Post-Acute

Positive experience: Primrose skilled nursing facility has a great physical therapy team. I really like the strengthening sessions to help prepare me for hip replacement surgery in the near future. However some of the CNA staffing have a problem with answering a call light and I have been met with unexpected unacceptable nasty behavior. I can understand a busy shift. No one should have to be told that the pain management nurse will never come and or to get a blanket for God's sake would take an act of Congress. I have been terribly nauseas and experiencing excessive vomiting, dizziness, severe hip pain. Why should it take an hour to get a call light answered? Unacceptable!

Fantastic experience: Very nice staff, everyone friendly. Facility unbelievably dated and needs renovation badly.

Fantastic experience: The facility staff are professional. Caring. Thoughtful. They make sure the patients are comfortable and attends their needs with ease and grace. The staff again are Outstanding-Caring and supportive!!! This is one of the BEST care facilities I have witness during my mother’s stay. I’ve been shadowing my mother at multiple facilities for more than 20 years.

Positive experience: Overall the center is a good place for local and community families who need care for their loved ones and want them nearby. It is an older facility and it could use an update, but my family member is comfortable and he feels well-taken care of. I appreciate the kindness and attention of the staff. The facility follows appropriate procedures to ensure that patients are not exposed to any contamination by guests and they use a self-service check-in/out process that makes tracking easy.

Fantastic experience: My nephew is currently in the facility. All of the staff I've met thus far have been friendly, courteous, and very professional. He is there short-term and has nothing but praise for the staff and services.

Fantastic experience: My mother has been at this facility 2 mos. She has had excellent care during her stay. Staff and caregivers are great. Facility and rooms are cleaned daily. Thank you Primrose

Negative experience: I was told by a staff member that they wouldnt let their dog stay in their laundry facility. It's just that gross

Positive experience: The check in procedure and Covid testing was unexpected & a little frustrating at first...maybe because l was a 1st time visitor from Orange County, l wasn't used to all of the scrutiny & security. The rooms are very small & no privacy at all for the residents...too many staff, & medical personnel walking up & down the halls constantly, a little annoying & noisy.

Fantastic experience: My mom is there . She been in a couple places that were not the right fit for her. David is admission coordinator called me . He was very honest .So i let her go.The nurses are kind to her .Blair is asistant don .she is very smart and knowledgeable and payed attention every details of my mom. Blair is class with a capital C The cooks are very good. I went unannounced and mom's bed was not dirty .Elizabeth social and infectious diease nurse were kind and helpful. ID nurse was so kind and loving to my mom.she calls me to give updates. She alway goes by to say hello to her..And ask her if she needs anything. The CNA's love my mom.They all go to her room if they thinks she is upset .The business office he was so kind. I met monica the nurse practioner she took time to talk to me.David and the Director had my mom interest and me at heart. If want you to have a love one go there talk to David

Fantastic experience: Each time I have visited our family member I have been nicely greeted, and the check-in process is super efficient. While we are there the staff stops in to say hello, and my questions are quickly answered. Looks like the facility has a lot of events for patients, and is kept pretty clean. I have a lot of admiration and gratitude for all the staff members, thank you for all that you do!

Fantastic experience: When looking for a nursing home I knew I couldn't leave my relative anywhere. I did my research and came across Primrose Post Acute. There were many of good reviews so I decided to call and ask for information. I was provided all the information I asked for and was even offered a tour by this sweet young girl named Rosie. When taking the tour I felt relief, I was picking the best place for my relative. All my questions were addressed and I knew this was the best place I could choose. I would recommend taking a tour so you can get first hand experience as to where your loved one will be staying. Also know that Rosie will be in every journey and the staff too, it truly feels like family.

Don’t let the outside fool you this place is filled with great people who really care about their patients. From the Kitchen to Nurses and all Administrative staff they care about their patients. They are not perfect but they do try to accommodate all their patients and their families needs. I give an A for effort!!

Fantastic experience: It was a pleasure being accompanied by the activities director Maribel and assistant Lupe the nurses were great and very attentive. I enjoyed my stay here to the rest of the stay I say HIP HOP HOORAY! YALL WERE GREAT! Thank You! I have to add Social Service team. A BIG SHOUT Lisbeth and Nelly for giving special attention to my needs. Covering all basis. Simply put a Grand Slam! Once again Thank you all at Primrose, for giving care to the care I needed!

Fantastic experience: My aunt was here for about a month and the care was amazing! She was back to her prior level before her fall. She is back home and strong thanks to the wonderful rehab department!

Fantastic experience: Primrose has been a great clinical learning opportunity for new upcoming nurses to get experience from veteran nurses on patient care. They have a great supportive staff, team, and always willing to help improve productivity but most of all the residents are treated with dignity and respect!

Fantastic experience: I came in to visit a family-friend and I was really impressed with the facility. Blair the RN Supervisor (I think that’s her title) was really helpful in explaining her plan of care and assisting us.

Negative experience: This a horrible place. The staff is ghetto .they don't check on their patients..I hope all the staff that showed carelessness is haunted by ppl that passed in their care ..this place needs to be investigated!..Do not bring ur family here .!!

Positive experience: Everyone at Primrose were great with my son he is 32 years old. He was getting even more attention and service than at home!¡ Great and the whole family is happy!!! This is the place they care about their patience their welfare comes first!;

Negative experience: Horrible place to be don't don't bring your family here if you care for them. Horrible staff staff horrible nursing not the place for your loved ones

Negative experience: Nith staff is the worst, staff is not inform they cover up for each other. Don't take your love ones there.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful place, they actually do the things that other facilities forget about like oral care, hydration and attending to the residents special needs. If you're looking for a place where they actually care about the residents this is the place for you and your loved one. #HighlyRecommended

Negative experience: Why aren't they bosses "supervisors" in the weekend? Who's accountable? Many things can go wrong on the weekends. U need a change primrose and u need to make it quick!

Negative experience: They r horrible, watch them especially on the weekends when there r no bosses around. They lost my moms clothes an her dentures. Wasn't given her the proper medicine. Jus awful place.
