Fantastic experience: I recently got into a vehicle accident and one of my acquaintance recommended me this clinic, and I couldn’t be more happier. Fast service!!! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Hello this Clinical has horrible staffing , mainly the person Alejandra . My mother went in 1 time for 4 minutes late from her appointment she told her that she can't take her because she is late. In the policy paper it's says you can be up to 15 minutes late . So Alejandra didn't pass her in. The next appointment my mother was 45 minutes early in the appointment. Alejandra never pass her now that she came in 45 minutes early . Her appointment time pass and she never passed her. Horrible worker and she thinks it's funny laughing at people face she is so unprofessional and disrespectful. We ask to speak to the case manager she denied for us to speak to her . Such a beautiful clinical but it ruined a because they have horrible and unprofessional workers please get back to me if you need more information but replying to my review with an email . I willing to still report Alejandra .

Fantastic experience: This office has been such a great relief after my mom and I were in an accident. When we go to our appointment with our aches and pains we always feel better walking out. Usually it’s Yesi, Isabel, or Mary that helps us but ALL the ladies in the office are very nice and attentive!

Negative experience: 2months in still don’t know doctor name never had my 3x a week the staff unprofessional they role over appointments w/o notice then argue with u that u only make ur appointments.wow!!

Negative experience: Terrible service. Treated a human worst than a pet. The doctor was notified how his staff and the ESL program people at the entrance are not very kind to his clients. They mad me sad. Already in pain from car accident and they never had open arms nor heart for the positions that they ar getting paid to do I never returned... STAY AWAY FROM THE HELP

Negative experience: Si llega 15 minutos tarde aun que no tengan pacientes no lo atienden conmigo paso un mal entendido y le dijieron cosas que no eran al doctor y el doctor terminó mi tratamiento sin ninguna explicación ahi son muy especiales con los clientes

Positive experience: The staff runs a tight ship; you're taken in within 5 minutes of your appointment time and you must reschedule your appointment if you are mire the 15 minutes late. The clinic is clean and some of the staff are friendly.

Negative experience: The stuff are very racist against African Americans! I had a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend them. This company shouldn’t be open for business!
