Negative experience: This place is a hell hole. They never really took care of my father. He ended up going to the hospital twice from there. After the second hospital stay, he never returned to this awful place. Since then, I have been trying to retrieve his belongings from Inglewood healthcare center. However, I have run in multiple problems trying to do just that. The social worker never seems to be there. My father was gravely ill and ended up passing away peacefully in another nursing home where they took better care of him until the end. All I want is my father's belongings. Don't ever bring your loved ones here.

Negative experience: Just recently my family went to visit my grandmother noticed she had a bruise in her face that looked nasty, and she suppose to have round the clock sitter. This place is a no go not putting hands on someone family member they don’t care. This is very hurtful what if it was they loved ones, I’m extremely pissed how can a staff worker do such a thing. Unacceptable, disrespectful, not doing what they should, I can go on and on.we visit often.

Negative experience: The staff is very rude and not helpful at all! They treated my father very poorly. Please do not leave your loved ones at this Home Care. Please do your research. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES AT THIS HOMECARE CARE FACILITY !!! Staff do your job!!! What if these were your loved ones.!!!

Fantastic experience: I was looking to find placement for my grandmother, and I was looking through various nursing homes around the area. From the five nursing homes I have been to this facility proved to be the cleanest and the most odor free. The staff is very friendly and helpful.My grandma stayed for a few months and she told me how wonderful the care that was given to her and the daily activities kept her very occupied.

Fantastic experience: Went beyond my expectations. Sanitation is given utmost importance, plus the staff are very friendly. My grandma was here for only a couple of weeks, but I can say that her stay here was worthwhile. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: The staff here is amazing. All the nurses were very helpful and caring towards my grandmother. Everyone there always helped answer all my questions or would direct me to someone who might know the actual answer. I will always be thankful for them taking care of my grandmother.

Negative experience: This isn’t a good place ! I hate I put my mom there ! My mom pass there out of nowhere ! I got a call telling me my mom isn’t Responsive The paramedic is there working on her giving her CPR I was told that they noticed her head was down and her glasses was hanging off her face and they called her and she wouldn’t respond question is how long was my mom like that , Before they noticed her ? mind you they always have her sitting in front of the nurses station so why no one had notice ? Because they to busy Socializing in the act real suspicious when I came up there to get my mom’s things I also saw two workers throwing balled up paper at a patient that was in the bed ,they did not know I had walked in the room with them ! So I said this is what you guys do to the Patients and they laugh and said she’s mean she’s always cussing us out !! Rite then I was worried about my mom safety I reported them but I’m sure nothing happen ! I truly feel it was Neglect that cause my mom death I just can’t prove it and the Rec / dining room is to small they have mean Patients sitting next to quiet patients hitting them

Positive experience: After a bunch of complaining and numerous phone calls I can say my mom has made it safely through her Radiation treatments. They have some good staff but some staff that are careless, unprofessional, and uncaring. They have a ways to go to get better with the care of the patients. It sad some people can’t seem to do their job. I must say if you have family here you better check in often. I will always check to make sure my mom is getting the care she needs and if anyone at this facility have a problem with me oh well. Do your job. Your all adults why do you need a baby sitter? I suggest the Administrator get on her JOB.

Positive experience: I myself spent time inside of this place recovering from my lungs shutting down back in 2015 I must admit it needs some fine tuning on it it's not perfect but I have seen alot worse they do there best I guess with what they got to work with

Positive experience: So far ok..had a issue of my husband being soiled..because he can't walk..the staff is always plesent and friendly

Fantastic experience: My friend was there for a few weeks he said he liked the place & sraff,only thing is they got everyone in wheelchairs and he can walk but they wouldn't let him now he's too weak to walk he's 95 years old

Fantastic experience: It made me happy!!!

Negative experience: Accepted my parent with dementia. Ended in hospital malnurshied and dehydrated, plus. Staff stole snacks and clothes. Shower flooded when I was bathing her. When I removed her dentures they were brown. When asked about her case no one, from the CNA to charge nurse gave me the same answer.

Negative experience: First off this place is understaff, undertrained and unprofessional. My dad fell out of his bed which sussposely has a sensor on it to alert the the staff of this however, he managed to get out of his bed causing himself to fall. Now he has a knot on his head and a soar shoulder. Every single time my mother and I go to this place the staff are always hanging around the nurses station. Loud, laughing and cursing. Inglewood Health Care Center needs to be investigated.

Negative experience: I'm so hurt, my grandmother was robbed and stripped of her valuables here at this place And she was brutally beaten by the staff members
