Fantastic experience: incredibly helpful and friendly staff

Negative experience: I had appointment on Thursday, suddenly they told me no provider available so it got rescheduled to Monday. My appointment is at 1:20 and now is 2:30 and yet still waiting for a doctor. I mean it would be understandable if it’s busy, but i’m literally by myself in the waiting room. And the provider’s door are open, idk what’s going on. But why schedule ahead if you can’t do it?? at least the ac is cold enough 3:08 Update, almost 2 hrs and still waiting

Negative experience: Don’t bother driving here!! They are not open even though it says they are at the door. I got here at 7:30 am and there was not one soul on site. I called multiple times and no one answered. Do not waste your time! It’s a shame that this is a public health center. LA county residents deserve better!!

Fantastic experience: I didn’t actually go here but I was calling around trying to find a clinic that would take walk in TB tests. The woman that answered the phone was named Dana. She immediately asked a few questions pertaining to my needs, then proceeded to giving me as much in formation as she had available that was relevant to my search. She was very helpful and courteous. Much appreciated with some of the terrible customer service experiences I have had recently.

Negative experience: This clinic take long time for everything I wait for 1 our and nurse take her time everybody no specific everybody .......

Fantastic experience: Estamos muy contentas y agradecidas con todo el personal, seguridad, front desk todos son muy amables, las enfermeras muy lindas nos han tratado muy bien, son muy eficientes!!! Tambien muy agradecidas con la Doctora Lisa su paciencia, su gran dedicación en ayudar y mejorar la salud de mi mama , verdaderamente a sido como un ángel en nuestro camino ... Mil gracias por todo!!!

Fantastic experience: I have 3 children. Every year I children come here to get their back to school shots. This place is a life saver. They keep current records so I always know I can come and get a print out of my childs records. The wait is a little long but its worth it. My oldest is 17. Ive been coming here since he was 5. Good staple for the community.

Negative experience: As a nurse I know that performing a TB or even drawing blood should not take two hours before here it does! The wait is entirely long just to get a TB shot!

Fantastic experience: Been going here as a go to emergency for women’s issues for over 30 years. They are the best. Thank you!
