Fantastic experience: Best doctor I've known he is very straight forward and that's what people don't like I didn't like him on first visit because of how honest he is he don't sugar coat you he let's it out as is supposed to be good doctor going today...

Fantastic experience: This is the best clinic I’ve ever been to in my life. The staff and the providers are knowledgeable and friendly and go out of their way to make sure we get better.

Fantastic experience: Excellent doctor he had been treating my mom for many years until she moved to San Diego, but she still wants to come to this clinic because she had better health when he was treating her. Thank you, Dr.

Negative experience: My mom went to this Dr. and came home crying. My mother was mistreated by the Dr. and the Dr. was very unprofessional. The nurses were asking her questions that they are supposed to note down but didn’t, they asked her for her own temperature four times since they didn’t take note of it. The nurses had to ask if she had taken her weight and height because she didn’t know if she did. The Dr is verbally abusive. The dr. Asked her when was her last hospital visit was and why, she answered saying it was years ago because of a C-section and the Dr. kept saying that isn’t what he was asking and that’s the only answer she had because that was why and when. Over all never ever come to this place. You will be mistreated. His name is Carlos Luarca, he had to write his own 5 star review because of how bad he is.

Negative experience: Muy mal el doctor me grito feo dijo que llevaba la presión estúpidamente alta y no dio ningún medicamento solo decía que yo me moriría de un rato a otro y quería que fuera hacer unos exámenes la verda no recomiendo por la firma de ser de ese doctor

Negative experience: Doctor was so rude basically said I’m not a social worker if you don’t have money to pay for the exams he wanted to run to just leave , he refused to refill my blood pressure medicine even though he said I’m a walking time bomb for a stroke , So disappointed
